Expired peanuts inside the engineer department of Harris county permits office . Realized it too late after I had already eaten some. On top of that they charged my credit card 3 times by mistake of $6 per transaction . Whats wrong with you guys!

Do you realize how many annoyances have to occur to write a review for a vending machine company? Constantly putting the wrong drinks in the slots. Machines constantly stealing money. Etc. Etc. Etc. Want some expired candy? This is your place.

I work at an active senior center and theyre forever attempting to get a beverage out of our vending machine...but its been empty for a few months now. I called Fresh Brew two weeks ago and was told our machine was listed as defective so we werent on any schedule. Our machine isnt defective, just empty. The man on the line assured me he would get us back on their schedule asap but theyve yet to send someone out to fill us up. Just tried calling the office and got sent to voicemail EVERY time. Have worked for other employers that used other suppliers and would suggest using just about any others than this one.

Machines at 9250 Kirby have taken money twice in two days and not provided product. For the products, it has taken the first dollar and then still shows that the $2 for the product is still owed. Have pretty much given up on them.

These people are thiefs they charged my debit card over $20 6 months after my initial charge and then told me to dispute it with my card company. DO NOT USE A CARD IN THESE MACHINES!! And if you have you better keep an eye on it!
