What a great place! Quiet, but friendly. Small groups regularly in. Sometimes its bustling and sometimes its peaceful. Ride in, they have an inside bicycle rack.😄The bar tender is the only bartender and has been here the whole time...about three years. He is super friendly and knowledgable. Peaceful, a true professional.Oh, and the beer is amazing. They can their own growlers and rotate their menu once the keg is done. 👍👍

They have a fantastic selection of mead, sour beers, and others from around the country. Our favorite little getaway located right next to home. They often have food trucks and nice little patio in the back.

Extensive list of beer. Theres wine too, but I dont drink wine so youll have to ask and arm-chair somm (or a real one) for their opinion on the selection. Its a nice neighborhood spot to grab a few drinks and nosh on whatever food truck/pop-up has to offer out back. Gentleman behind the bar is attentive and friendly. Whether you live in the neighborhood or showing some visitors a neat local watering hole, this place should take care of that.

This is my husband and I’s favorite place! The drinks are amazing, staff is amazing, environment is amazing, and the local pop-up food trucks are, you guessed it, amazing.

Large variety of beer on tap. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on what he serves. I had a glass of both meads he currently had. Ill be back to learn and enjoy more.

This place is amazing. Trust the Google maps, there is no large sign from the road that I saw, but the window does have the bar name. Excellent tap list with some small local stuff, and a mix of other breweries. One of the only places Ive seen that serves mead. Prices are good, and I appreciate the option to do half pours.Really comfortable and cool space inside. 10/10 will return.

A very well put together very peaceful brew pub. Its also not just beer because these guys have paid attention to the wine drinker as well. There is something here for both sides of the aisle but no hard liquor so if thats your thing this may not be your spot. This is about fermented beverages. The staff is highly knowledgeable and knows all the breweries that they get their beers from. If you go any place in this city nobody compares to the knowledge level of cobble and spoke

Really great atmosphere and range of brews on tap. Came down for one specific mead and ended up trying out several different meads, sours, and ciders based on their great disruptions about them. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Cool neighborhood bar in a small shopping center. Excellent Texas craft beer variety on draft. Wine selection was unimpressive. Food was provided by a separate group (food truck). Beer was on point. Bartender was knowledgeable. Food was ok. Would love for them to offer beer flights. Definitely plan to return to try more draft options.

Where to start! We love this little hidden gem right next to our sons Karate class. The owner Kyle is hilarious and is such a delight to hang with and have a nice cold craft beer. This place has a great selection of rotating beers on tab and the decor has a great quirky vide to it. There is a nice patio in the back to enjoy this great weather.

Spent an extremely enjoyable day before Fathers Day afternoon here. Relaxed setting, friendly staff. After a few half-pours we grabbed food from the Greek food place next door and enjoyed a few more rounds w food. Draft selection is large and high quality. Definitely returning.

We had the pleasure of speaking to the wonderful owners yesterday over a couple of drinks. Tried a couple of meads and a rosemary sorghum beer. A much needed craft beer bar in spring branch. Will definitely be going back!

Really quirky and cool place. Nice decor, and the bar looks immaculate. The bartender was quiet but really meticulous and I could really appreciate that. Could really see the pride he took in serving those beers. Which the selection is huge. A lot of Texas brewed beer from all over the state.

Awesome place. Friendly staff and an upscale without being pretentious atmosphere. One of the best beer lists in Houston that changes daily. They need a better sign as it is hard to find when I invite friends who haven’t been here before. Best of Spring Branch for sure!

Zack the barrister made good suggestions and offered cold pours. The drinks we had were on the strong side but well worth it. The atmosphere is open yet conversations are always at a whisper. All in all a great place to take a friend and send them on thier way thinking, that dude is hip :)

Legit craft brew selection. I even had an Earl Grey Mead and LOVED it. I’ve purchased many of the cans and bottles to take home to family, too. This is a place to explore beer in a welcoming environment with no pressure, no Pretense. Seems like each time I visit this gem, I strike up a fun conversation with the regulars. It’s a friendly vibe.

Just a really cool place to chill. FYI food isnt made by them. They have various vendors and food trucks come on site. You need to call and ask whos there if your looking to eat here.

This place is so freaking cool! One of the best selections of unique beers of Houston for sure. I love all of these new bars popping up in Spring Branch but this is by far the coolest. The atmosphere is great and so is the outside area. I didnt catch our bartenders name (a bald guy with tattoos) but he was great too.My only qualms are that they close so early on the weekdays and that they definitely need a better wine selection. Their wines are pretty pricey for a mediocre selection and they need more to choose from.Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely return.

This place is a hidden gem! The drinks are always changing and staff is more than knowledgeable. I learned so much about the world of beer. I was able to taste and try until I found the one I liked. My friends and I played battleship and board games. Definitely a place to take people to impress. Awesome chef out back. A very refreshing place indeed!

Great atmosphere and great selection of craft beer. They have some wine and mead that are also really good. I would recommend trying the earl gray tea mead. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can also bring food over and enjoy some brews. They also have some board games as well. Overall great place to hang out.

Good not-so-noisy place to grab a beer and watch a game. The design is simple and the food is basically grilled in the tent outside. But still a pretty good place.

The beer selection here is uncanny. The bartender was super cool and laid back. The environment is mellow, people come and go. There can be anywhere from large groups, to six to ten patrons, or just the bartender, you and your date.Theres a Greek restaurant in the same strip and they allow you to order and eat with your beer there.I cannot find anything wrong with this place. I like that more and more bars like this are popping up in the Spring Branch area. Full disclosure, I went on a date here and it went...really well... So that also may or may not have influenced my rating. LOLIn all seriousness, this place is a nice getaway from sports bars and chain places. As far as I know it is independently owned, so make sure you check it out and support local owners.

My only concern with Cobble & Spoke is that theyre so good, so well-put-together and professional-looking, that I know theyre going to be mobbed before long. Very solid beer list, reasonable prices. Owners seem friendly and responsive; Im expecting the place to just get better and better. I really like the decor/vibe, especially for a plain shop front in a strip mall. Looking forward to coming here a long time!

A small spot in a strip center but the personalities inside were huge - we got there around 4:00 on a Wednesday afternoon and there were quite a few people already there for the evening. My husband and I started off at the bar but eventually moved to a table to play some of the card games the bar had. I really enjoyed the beer selection - not massive but it was a curated list of dozens of Texas brews. The bartender was very kind and offered to let us try anything before we committed to a full pint of it. We enjoyed everything about our stay and with the card games, we easily stayed for two hours. It looks like a couple folks have made it their local hangout spot as well as we saw several groups of friends sitting together and enjoying the bar. Well definitely return the next time we can get a babysitter.

Always interesting and local breweries featured. Not just beers either but meads and.cider. Tonight they even had a cyser which I had never heard of before. Also great bartender of course. Fantastic local bar.

Cozy little craft beer bar tucked away in Spring Branch. Great selection of taps and a crowler machine, too. A few bottles and cans and the grub is limited to bar snacks for now. So happy to have a great craft bar in my Houston neighborhood without needing the services of I-10!

Ive been a bartender for 10 years. Ive worked in dive bars, music venues, night clubs.... the works and this place makes me jealous! Their selection is amazing!! Their atmosphere is great, very homey! Their snacks are even delicious. I want to be here all time! Im so glad I live minutes away so I can come here often! I wish more bars were like this. I hate dark smelly dingy bars with drunk bros hanging off the walls! Visit this place at least once!

Its great to have a great bar in the area with owners that can be found at the bar or even behind it. They try to keep the taps filled with local Texas beer. They will also let you bring food in or order from Simply Greek next door.

Excellent, rotating menu is craft beer, this bar is one of the few in the city I never miss when Im in its area.
