After seeing the pictures, they say there is nothing they can do. $1800 for what is now junk that cant be fixed. No help from the seller. I wish I would have seen a post like this before I went into the store. Look at all the fake views with 5 stars and it’s the only review. Could be store employees writing them all.

An ad led me here for a dining table set. The set was $1,300 but marked down to $799 for the holiday. I went into the store and asked to see the set in person. I noticed the tag on the table said $1,099 so I asked the saleswoman if they were honoring the ad pricing. She said she had to call and see. She walked away on the phone, so I went and asked the personnel behind the desk on the computer. She asked to see the ad on my phone, so I showed it to her. She was unaware of it, but I asked if they would be honoring the pricing since its literally what led me to their store. She asked a man standing next to her and he replied, Oh yes. That is cash pricing only. I was prepared to pay cash, but the ad didnt state that, so I asked where that was indicated on the advertisement since there was no fine print. He didnt answer. I didnt spend my money there. Went elsewhere and found out it was a manufacturers sale...the table was $749 for them - I bought it for $799.

Ordered my first bedroom set from here (online) and I am glad I did. The staff was very responsive if any questions or concerns. Delivery guys were extremely careful with my furniture, made sure my order was correct. Very friendly guys, very fast too. Only thing that was a tiny bit inconvenient was that since I paid with my husbands card he had to be here upon delivery, name on ID and payment info had to match. Sure I understand it’s to protect the customer but my husband had to leave work a little early for that. My bedroom set is beautiful by the way :) thank you guys ! Keep up the good work

I purchased a mattress/box spring in May and Ive been having issues ever since. The mattress dips towards the middle. I was hoping it would adjust but hasnt. In July, Ive contacted management through email because she seemed to always be with another customer when trying to reach her by phone. Ive sent pictures of my defective mattress and have yet to resolve my issue (its now mid August). I only received 1 email, stating they were waiting on the manufacturer, whom is off Jensen St. The only reason I received that email was because I called UR Furniture.

We bought our sectional and just recently a new bedroom set. They have provided great customer service. Love their delivery guys. Great quality and the sales people are not pushy or begging.

My initial experience with this business was great, however, I decided to conduct business elsewhere due to pricing being more appealing, better furniture quality, and customer experience. I later found that there were drafts from my finicial institute for charges of merchandise that I didnt receive and I verbally and physically informed them that I no longer decided to do business. Currently, theyre reluctant to return funds to my finicial institute and requiring me to pay 25% of the retail price in order to terminate the contract. Also, within reviewing the documentation to find that my signature was FORGED, the manager Carina stated that she attempted to contact me in regards to the purchase, but after reviewing call logs and voicemail, the information wasnt able to be discovered, shipping address was completely incorrect along with the delivery date. Advice, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.In addition, it was also found that my personal information was stored in her personal cellular device.
