I purchased an expensive leather recliner. The owner of this place did not tell me that he was selling me the one on the floor. I was thinking that I purchased a brand new furniture until they brought the display item to my house. Of course, once they deliver the furniture you cannot send it back because they charge you for delivery which is very expensive, (and you cannot get that money back ). When I called the owner to explain my disappointment with this dishonesty, he apologized. I think he thinks that apology will take care of dishonesty. Honesty (saying things ahead of time, making customer aware of what he is buying) is important in business.I have a one year warranty with this item. I will see how they will treat this warranty promise for one year ahead of us. Accordingly, I would update this post and hopefully modify this rating. But for now, it is one star.

I have purchased all of my fine furniture from Castle and frankly, I only trust them to give me the best quality and the best price! We have been assisted by Chris who took the time to show us not only whats available in the store based on our criteria, but also showed us other options from the catalogue. He printed the options and let us review at our own time With no rush. When we were ready to purchase he assisted us thoroughly! What sets this place apart is not only the trusted customer service but also the quality of the furniture! Definitely check this place out!

This place was great. They had very good furniture. Chris the salesman was the best. He was patient. He listen to what my wife want and work to make sure she was happy with the items she purchased. From the store all the way to our home he saw the whole sale though. Great job CHRIS.

My husband and I shopped around at so many stores in Houston before ultimately landing back at Castle Furniture. Their pricing was the absolute best and customer service was remarkable. Chris helped us and took his time answering every question we had and we had a lot. Sam is very knowledgeable about the brands the carry and super helpful! We visited several high end stores like Noel and Cantoni and still came back to Castle. This is our store for sure from now on! Excellent choice for you if you need furniture.

I purchased several pieces of furniture last week and love all of the them. All the staff were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.They offered to bring several items so I can see at home and decide if I want to keep them. During The delivery, two of the staff came to help me move the furniture around several times to make sure they are the right fit to my house. They took back the items that did not work with an amazing attitude.The furniture, despite being high quality, unique and beautiful, are not overpriced at all. This is not my first experience with castle furniture. I purchased a bedroom set and some other pieces of furniture eight years ago and they still look as good as the first day. I would definitely shop there again.

Adorable I wish I had a home to put all of there wonderful pieces in. Someday. The people there were helpful and kind not at all stuffy. Ive recognized some of the items on the show room floor like Bernhardt and Caracole. Speaking of which the sales person educated me on the transitioning of a few companies that have changed over all style. Nice knowing the staff know their product and took the time with my questions. Was told they do offer Financing with Wells Fargo for a year with no interest so thats a very nice option given this is high end furniture. But the prices are not ridiculous at given the quality. Was told they mostly sell off the show room floor that way they always have and sell the newest trends and styles that are out. Which is cool and makes sense in my book. But that if I didnt like that option and was not in a rush they could order the pieces for me. We recently bought a custom sectional couch from Castle . I must say their customer service was simply awesome from the beginning to the end. Chris (our Sales Rep) and Sam (owner) spent quite a bit of time with us during our selection process on several occasions - this all was done without knowing if we would ultimately purchase the custom couch.Finally, after the sectional couch was purchased and delivered, we notices some minor cosmetic issues. I reached out to Chris and they sent out their truck the same day to get the pieces. They fixed them to perfection and we had our couch back in a matter of 2 days. They really take care of their customers. We would definitely use them for future purchases. Highly recommended!

We bought a dining room table and china cabinet here and the quality of the furniture is so beautiful, not at all what I had been seeing in other local furniture stores, but not outrageously priced either. Chris was beyond helpful- never pushy, always knew answers to my questions about types of wood, manufacturers, etc. I would go here first if I was ever in the market for more furniture for our home. Also the delivery process was so simple- between us and the store- no 1 800 numbers to deal with, no customer service representatives- they were a pleasure to deal with! Thank you!

Chris was my sales person. Helped me in store and then sent me pictures of other items which i purchased. Just set up delivery, so they held the items for a few weeks until I needed them! Great experience!

Store staff was friendly and helpful. However the store did not notify me when furniture arrived after already waiting a few weeks. A customer should not have to call to check up on arrivals. Staff was respectful and friendly when I addressed the problem, however, ironically it was the manager I found to be quite unsympathetic and I did not care for his tone. I received much better service from Modern Furniture just down the street.

Really a fantastic store with great merchandise. Also I noticed they Carried both contemporary and Traditional furniture. One store carries Traditional the other carries Contemporary, the two stores are next to each other. You cant go wrong with their selection and the best part of it all none of their sales people were pushy or annoying which is a great plus compared to other store Ive been too.

We came to Castle looking for a new bedroom suite. They had a good mix of traditional, transitional and modern furniture. We settled on a Caracole bed and night stands. I enjoyed the shopping experience because there were no ‘shopper stalkers’ following us as we browsed. Once we settled on the bed, Chris Refaei, was there to help and was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Our furniture was promptly delivered two days later and the crew put everything together. I would shop there again. Expect to pay more than you would at your big chain stores. This is truly ‘fine’ furniture.

The furniture is for big homes and not very modern.

We chose a lot of furniture from this store by that I mean we bought almost all the furniture for our 5500 sq ft home and Chris was very helpful ensuring that we get the best pieces to fit in the spaces we were buying them for . The rest of staff were attentive and helped us select exactly what we were looking for and were very helpful in assisting with choices, In terms of color, style, dimensions.They have really lovely furniture at Castle Fine Furniture if you prefer traditional things and also I would say that what we bought was more that just plain traditional furniture as all the pieces were very special, unique and hand crafted and hand carved and the pieces suited my Italian designed house perfectly!! They do also have some beautiful glamour styled pieces if you like that sort of furniture and I was really tempted to pick a few of these pieces instead but in the end I decided to stick with the lovely traditional options .If youre looking for special pieces of furniture for your home and not just the plain old sofa but something thats beautiful comfortable and will last Castle is the place for you . As for my family and I this is what we were hoping to find and at Castle Fine Furniture and we did find stuff that we are sure were not going to see anywhere else for sure !! The salespeople were very helpful and patient with me, they should me the whole store and some other selections online, it was lovely, I bought chandeliers, the delivery crew were very careful and professional, the manager even came to make sure everything was perfect
