Exceptional customer service! Same day delivery. Highly recommend.I recently purchased a mattress, mattress cover, and pillow. The customer service received from both William and Hugh was exceptional. They listened to my sleep concerns and recommended products to meet my needs. They were very knowledgeable of the products and explained things well. They didn’t pressure me to make a purchase or upsell me the way some other stores do. They were able to schedule same day delivery!The only opportunity for improvement was the communication around delivery. The store reps advised I would receive a call telling me a 2 hour window for delivery. I never received that call. I did receive an automated call 10 minutes prior to the truck pulling up stating they would be there in 10 minutes. Luckily I was close to home and able to get back in time. When the delivery drivers did arrive, they called to notify me they were outside. They wore masks and shoe covers. They were very pleasant and friendly even after a long day of moving heavy products! My mattress was delivered at 7:30 pm and they still had 4 other deliveries to make that day.I highly recommend. Thank you for helping me get a good nights rest!

Stopped in to check out a mattress for the guest bedroom. Very new to Houston. We were greeted by Eva. She took the time to explain different options that would fit our needs. Eva was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Found a couple options that could work but my wife wanted to sleep on it as we weren’t on a time crunch. Looked at other options online but decided to go back the next day and see if the sale mattress was still available. It was and we pulled the trigger. Working with Eva was a pleasure, no pressure, very easy to talk to, worked with her Mgr to get a slightly better price to make it even a better deal and processed our purchase quickly. Came here to buy a regular mattress. I had the mindset of not paying anything fancy for a bed. Brittany helped us out. She let us look at the cheaper mattresses we wanted, then showed us a few options on the floor. Even a special we could not refuse. And wow! It’s been one of the best decisions of my life. You don’t know what a difference a mattress makes until you have a really great one. I love my bed. It makes me so happy. I rest better. Better than any hotel bed I have ever tried. And Brittany was so great. Such attentive customer service. I recommend this store hands down!

UPDATE: Mattress Firm and their personnel have gone above and beyond to resolve my situation. I have to admit that I wrote my review while I was very, very angry and disappointed with my experience. Since then, Eva, Hugh, and the rest of the Mattress Firm family have done everything necessary to remedy my problems - most importantly - the delivery team would not give up until adjustable base was repaired. I love my mattress and my adjustable base is now fully functioning. I retract my previous statement that Id never buy from Mattress Firm and highly recommend you visit Eva at the Tanglewood Store. She is outstanding.My sales experience, I thought, was outstanding, but have since learned that I spent thousands of dollars on a TempurPedic adjustable base that is not fully functional. Eva, my salesperson, NEVER mentioned that when I agreed to purchase an outlet adjustable base, that it may not be fully functional. I called the store and spoke to Hugh who stated that since I bought the base from the outlet that it is sold as is and Mattress Firm will not assist me. I have to make a claim under the extended warranty I purchased. I get it. My fault for trusting salesperson and Mattress Firm. I mistakenly believed that Mattress Firm would provide me with fully functioning items upon delivery. I tried to make a claim under the warranty today and they said I wont be able to make claim until at least 30 days from now. Totally unacceptable. I will NEVER purchase from Mattress Firm again and would recommend that you avoid this company as well.

Dealing with Hugh was easily one of the Best Customer Service Experiences I have had. From the introduction to testing beds and even the call to make sure delivery was good, I am pleased and impressed with the entire experience. Bravo!

Hugh helped me find a great mattress within my budget and got me a great deal on an adjustable frame he was able to source from another nearby store. He also went above and beyond to help me arrange transportation of my mattress and frame to my new apartment.
