Great selection for black customers but I dont feel welcomed because Im black. Its crazy.

Ive been patronizing this business ever since I moved to Jersey Village. They are ALWAYS helpful and are genuinely nice.Also, they have a nice selection of wigs, weave, and hair products.

The man at the register yelled at me for returning a pair of broken sunglasses. He checked the camera and found out that he sold me broken sunglasses. He didnt apologize and refund my money. After he did that he still yelled me for his ignorance. PAY ATTENTION AND DO BETTER!!

Enjoyed my shopping spree, my sister was visiting me from out of town and found a great sale here and all her products that was on her list she needed. I will go back to shop again the customer service was great.

Ive been coming to this beauty supply for about 7 years now. The growth has been exponential! The staff are very friendly and helpful (but not too knowledgeable on their products) and the products are always fully stocked. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate and the prices are fair for the area. There are a couple of other beauty supplies in the area, but this one is always my go to. They pretty much always have what I need

Nice people that work there. Huge selection. My only issue is Im woke now to where and how much the things sold there truly cost. These people are making three to four times profit on some items. So they not getting dds money no more

They have a pretty good variety of items but there were a couple of items I was looking for but the didnt carry them.

They treated my like a criminal....watched me and followed me around the store. This was my first and last time here. I have never stolen from a store. There prices are ridiculously high. The average price you would find for a product is......$10 or more here. I hated my experience here and I would not recommend it.

I love this place for most of my beauty products. They have low prices and so many selections. I go there all the time and the owners and workers are so nice.

Worst experience ever, my wife and I decided to walk over and look at their hair extensions.My wife spoke to the owner twice he did not respond and was following us around the store like criminals. I hate it when a group of people set up shop in communities and treat the local people like trash.

There was multiple people in store that weren’t black & the manager was outside smoking as SOON as I walk in he puts cigarette out and starts watching me on camera . I refuse to give this man another penny of my hard earned money.

I was racially profiled and assumed a criminal after being a loyal customer for over 5 years. No black women should buy anything from them ever. Seek black owned business and you won’t be treated like a criminal just because of your skin color.

Love this place, been going here ever since I moved to Houston back in 07. When they recognize that you’re a regular customer they become even more friendly.

Very good supply of ethnic hair care products with great service.

It has all the hair care needs for African Americans. From shampoo, conditioners, treatments, perms, dyes, wigs, weave and hair accessories. The items are priced as cheap as Kroger and Walmart for the products that are sold in those stores. It is open everyday. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable.

Only shop here because its close to home and they usually have whatever im looking for so I get what I need and go but im going to start driving the extra few minutes else where and spend money where the energy is more pleasant. Both of the owners need to learn better customer service skills especially the man. If im in your place of business at least act like you want to say hello.. and once I spend my money at least say thank you or have a nice day. Simple customer service goes a long way. Someone else shouldnt have to tell me to have a good day because the owner ( also who checked me out at the register) cant say one word.

Ive been coming to this store for years, The only beauty suppy i go to! Usually i only get Eyelashes and Lace front tape, but they have a selection of everything i love it! The owner/ Family is so helpful and sweet! they dont make you feel uncomfortable like the rest of the beauty supplies in the area, I highly recommend this store for all your beauty needs

Always pleasant and helpful!! Today I visited Kyungs Beauty shop to pick up a few items. I was trying to select a satin scarf to use while sleeping. I found one and placed the ring that was used to hold the scarf on the shelf on my pinky finger. I kept browsing for a different type and color. After finding a different scarf, I went to the cashier and purchased it along with several items that were already waiting for me at the counter. As I was leaving the store one of the ladies noticed the scarf still hanging from my pinky. LOL I noticed the scarf once I saw her reaction. I quickly placed it back on the shelf. THANK YOU KYUNGS BEAUTY SHOP FOR NOT ATTACKING ME AND THROWING ME TO THE GROUND. SILLY ME! I FORGOT THE SCARF WAS ON MY PINKY. LOL

Prices are okay. May have extended hours. Research your product it may be a lower price somewhere else.
