I worked with Nick Landry to create the sign for our new dance studio located in Sugar Land, TX. Being new business owners, we knew nothing about channel letters and definitely had a lot to learn. We knew we wanted our full name, Core Dance Alliance, but we’re not sure about color, style, size, etc. Nick was extremely patient and worked with sending us mock ups of different sizes, fonts, and colors. At one point we thought we wanted the letters black but he advised us of why that would be the best decision. Other sign companies we spoke too, didn’t even bother explaining the risk of dark lettering. SBT is very fast! Nick’s response time was always within an hour or so. The sign removal happened so fast, we didn’t even realize it was gone. The payment process was very easy and they even partner with a company to allow you to essentially finance your sign. I have nothing but great things to say about Nick and SBT. We will definitely be returning customers!

I have used these people many times for my real estate signs. Literally all other printers would print some distorted image of my artwork. Not only did they not notice, they didn’t do a quality control check either and I’d have to drive all over town or wait for a mail delivery and then it would be (obnoxiously) wrong. I’ve been in the print production business for a long time so I really appreciate Signs By Tomorrow because they always do it right. I will continue to use them and also recommend them. They have good customer service and reasonable prices as well.

I don’t leave many reviews so when I take the time to do so it’s usually because an exceptional service was provided. My company needed banners printed out for an event and this Signs by Tomorrow, lived up to their name and came through when everyone else I called said they wouldn’t be able to. Holly was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place for their low cost, quick turn around, and quality of work!

Needed a banner last minute . Called in on a Tuesday afternoon, the proof and cost were confirmed at 11:00am on Wednesday and at 4:30pm that same Wednesday, I received a call saying that the banner was ready for pickup. Quality was excellent, employees were very helpful and I was extremely pleased with my experience - would recommend them to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I cannot emphasize enough how bad their customer service is. This was my experience from working with themPOSITIVES- I asked them do a 3D interior sign and mount it in our offices lobby. Even though they changed the material on me and used PVC instead of acrylic, it looked pretty decent.NEGATIVES-I provided everything they needed AHEAD OF TIME for them to make the sign : wall dimensions, sign dimensions, vector file, even a mock-up I did in Photoshop of what the final design should look like. It took them A MONTH AND A HALF to finally complete the order.-As I mentioned above, the order was LATE BY 3 WEEKS from the day promised in the work order. The Manager blatantly lied to me on an e-mail saying my sign had been cut out and would be painted that same day, and they were just having some delays because of other projects (Monday). After not hearing from them, I walked into the store that Thursday and the sign HAD NOT EVEN BEEN CUT OUT!!!- I asked for a picture when they finished cutting and painting the sign so I can rest assured about them doing the sign (at this point I dont trust them anymore): still took them 2 DAYS to send me the freaking picture, plus constant reminders to the store manager. When she finally sends the picture, MY SIGN IS NOT LAID OUT IN ORDER!! took her another day to send it right.-like I already said, they changed the material on me which in turn delayed the production even more-The store manager WILL HIDE FROM YOU!!! I had to deal with other employees before she actually introduced herself-THEY ONLY HAVE 1 IN HOUSE INSTALLER!!! this created a problem because he had to cancel TWICE before he could remove an old sign in our lobby, and DID NOT EVEN INSTALL the new sign because he was not available. They had to call an installer from a different company to complete the work.-THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE A PIECE OF MY SIGN FOR THE INSTALLATION!! they missed the trademark symbol with the R enclosed in a circle. I had to go to the store and pick it up myself (15 mile drive)- if that was not enough: THEY KEEP A DOG INSIDE THE STORE!!!! I love dogs but they do not belong in a sign business. Very unprofessional.I just want to recap the nightmare:-THERES A DOG INSIDE THE STORE-MANAGER WILL HIDE FROM YOU WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS-ONLY 1 INSTALLER AVAILABLE-MISSED DEADLINE BY WEEKS-MISSING PIECES DURING INSTALLATION-CONSTANT REMINDERS TO THE STAFF ON THE STATUS OF YOUR SIGN-OVERALL BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF.As someone already mention, theres so many sign companies to pick from, you will definitely find someone better than signs by TOMORROW????thank you

I agree with a previous comment. Dont be fooled by the name as it is a contradiction and does not imply that you can get anything by tomorrow or even in the same week. Regardless of how minor of the project. When I spoke to them they indicated that they were backlogged for over a week. I appreciate the transparency as I would have been more disappointed if it had been promised the next day and it was a week later the work was completed.

Richard Joe or whoever the owner is should be ashamed of letting Holly deliberately lie to her customers. I had evidence of her mistake of my sign installation and just waited to see how much she would lie to me before I manually took down the sign and brought it to her in person after lieing to me atleast twice over the phone and twice in person. She then told me there was nothing she could do even with the evidence in her face. After a few back and forths she told me that I would still have to pay *again* for the reinstallation of the sign even though it was her fault. Such a terrible person. The owner should be ashamed of allowing people like this to work for him. Stay away from this place. 0 stars......

**WARNING, DO NOT HIRE THESE POEPLE** If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid these people $5,ooo to install my businesss sign and do the permitting. It took them over 3 months to perform the work after I prepaid for everything. After about 2 months, one of my signs fell off the building b/c they used 1/8 x 2 long self-tapping metal screws instead of the required 3/8 x 5 bolts mandated by the city of Houston for concrete. They also failed to submit my permit to the city for said installation. Come to find out that they are not bonded to do this type of work. They stole my money and illegally installed my sign, now I have to pay someone else to come and re-install my buildings signage. **DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE** You have been warned

TERRIBLE! I paid a $700+ deposit and approved a proof on December 6th and was told by Lisa Holder, the owner, it would be shipped 10 days from that date. It is now January 12th, and I still have no tent. Lisa wont respond to ANY of my emails, and the people at the store tell me she is working remotely so there is a time difference- which shouldnt matter since Ive emailed her 4-5 times and gotten NO repsonse. And those at the Houston location cant tell me anything about my order. Working on filing a small claims suit to get my deposit back. Notice the review below by Thor Holder is obviously someone related to the owner.

The new owners of Signs by Tomorrow have really turned this business around. I have purchased multiple custom signs, received great pricing and my signs on or before the date of my event dates

Wide format printing, ADA signs, 3D signs, Banners, and innovative designs, you imagine it and it will be done.

They actually said their company name has nothing to do with how fast they make signs. They quoted me three weeks not by tomorrow or even a few days.
