GSP created our magnets exactly as we had imagined. Tasha was awesome, and the lead time was perfect for our needs. She made sure that we were taken care of quickly, and we did not have to compromise on the quality. We having been ordering from them for a few years now, multiple orders a year. It is such a quick order process, price cant be beat and the shipping is fast and FREE. I normally have dealt with Rosemary, but my last 2 orders this past week, I had the pleasure of working with Tasha, whom was very nice and helpful! We are a landscape supplies company in WI and the weather just got warm, and I had ordered signs on a Monday knowing it takes a little over a week to come from TX. But I just got notified today (Wednesday) that our order will here on Thursday!!! Just in time for the beautiful weekend we have coming and we really needed those signs to promote our new retail business. I have purchased yard signs three times from Custom Sign Banner (which I assume is part of Premium Graphicx). Each time they were shipped incredibly quickly (and free) and arrived in perfect condition. The signs are sturdy and have high quality printing. The orders included two free car door magnets in the same design as the sign. As if the great product wasn’t enough, the customer service has been exemplary. My sales rep, Tasha, is intelligent, intuitive, personable and very competent. If I even thought about dealing with another sign company, my rapport with Tasha would be enough to keep me coming back.
