This is the second time we have used Precious Baby Protectors to outfit a home (two different homes). Both times, Rick and his wonderful crew were such a pleasure to work with, even finding ways to save me money with simple solutions while keeping my child safe. And our pool fence looks spectacular. Highly recommend!

Called Precious Baby Protectors on a Friday at 2 pm. Explained I had a handy man install two gates for me a week ago. My 10 month old leaned on one and it fell out of the wall. I called the handyman and he said it would be a 125.00 charge to come out, after all the gate was fine when he left. So I asked for Precious baby to come out. At that point I did not care what the charge was.the owner, Rick came out after hours Friday evening as he said he would. Looked at the gate, said not a problem, but One issue, can my daughter come inside and wait while I fix this. OMG after hours and I was cutting into family time, so sorry.Rick put the gate back up, showed me how the handyman hung the gate just in Sheetrock. Rick rehung it into a stud. He also redid the other gate. Neither one of theses gates he put in, but he fixed them. Oh it gets better. He hands me an invoice and when I went to pay it I looked down and the invoice said NO CHARGE. What? Here he is after hours and into family time refusing to take payment, wow. Friends this is more then customer service, this is professionalism. I should of called them from the beginning. Next week they are going to my parents home and my Sisters house at the Lake. Thank you for the Quick customer service. What a great company.

Rick and his install guy did a great job. They were very responsive and worked with me on the design of the fencing. It was just installed and looks and functions great! Would recommend.

Purchased pool net last year. They came out and installed cover while I was at work and never returned to show us how to remove it or put it back on. I have called the company several times over the last year and they have yet to come back out. After leaving the net in place for about 4 months we removed it and it has never fit well again. When you spend this kind of money you atleast expect a good product and customer service.

Rick was responsive and a great communicator. He told me which of the stuff we had already done was correctly installed or with a modification could be used somewhere else. I appreciated those money saving tips. We have a three story townhouse so stairs were my concern and their construction did cause for a creative solution which Rick made happen. Everything has been easy to use and we havent had any issues since the install over one month ago. Appreciate everything he does and cant recommend him enough!

Precious baby did a great job installing our gates. They were punctual and explained the process. I like that they used a higher grade hardware to install the gates and made everything look clean and professionally installed in my brand new home. They made several suggestions that we didnt end up installing just yet but we plan to bring them back in for phase two. Thanks Precious Baby - these new gates are a game changer for all of these stairs.

Rick came and installed 3 gates for me today. I have a bit of a unique situation in that the gates arent for babies, they are for my 2 dachshunds. One of them just had major back surgery and I had to stop them running up and down the stairs and the plastic gates I had just didnt work and fell down all the time. The work was done fast and very well. Rick was super nice and professional and I would use him again.

Did an excellent job. Feel much better now that I’ve made the house safer for visits from toddler grandson.

RICK IS A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I called hoping to get good customer service and they guy was completely rude! I asked to speak with someone in charge, he hangs up. I call back, nothing. I go visit, hes rude, being mean for no reason, he acts like he hates his job. He comes to install and does a half job, my 3 year old nearly drowned thanks to RICK. That man does NOT CARE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

This company has done excellent work and all my friends and neighbors rave about them! This company is #1 in my book!We had our gates originally installed 5 years ago and this company has been nothing but wonderful. We had our whole house baby proofed, and a poolfence. Last year we took the gates down as our daughter was 5 1/2....little Joey came along unexpectedly and is now starting to walk....Rick and Robert were back last week to re-install my gates and they were wonderful. These guys are so honest, do excellent work and I would never trust anyone else to do our install. It bother me that people would have the nerve to lie!

Poor service and bad installation of generic gates. I was ready to pay for the custom made well and securely fitted gates, but all they have is just regular gates which are hard to fit to many homes. Today my child fell downstairs WITH THE GATE which Rick installed.We are very laky she is ok. Bottom line - they refuse to think and solve each case individually. We were much better off with gates installed by random handyman in our previous home.There are tremendous safety issues associated with their services.

Rude management and horrible service, do not waste your money with Rick and Preciouse Baby Protectors, hes an absolute liar!
