Kristen is an amazing photographer. I took maternity photos with her in my 3rd trimester and needless to say I was tired and not feeling beautiful but she made everything so easy. She set me up with hair and makeup and she had a full wardrobe for me. During our consultation we discussed what I liked so I didnt have to worry about anything. I showed up, they made my beauty shine and I have beautiful pictures and art. We also did newborn pictures. She was fantastic with my baby who was just a week old. She took so many wonderful pictures and is very professional. Very high quality work and you get your photos and artwork in a very timely manner. She has great communication via emails and text. She really just makes the whole process easy during such a busy time in your life. I cant wait to do our 6 month milestone pictures!

Top three things I am so glad I invested in during pregnancy: prenatal massages, body pillow, and my maternity photoshoot!! First of all, the pictures came out amazing. I dont know how she does it, but Kristen does an amazing job making you feel beautiful during pregnancy (a time when I felt so exhausted, sweaty, and frumpy). My husband and I love being able to look at the photos and remember that it was also such a magical time. Second of all, it was so easy! She had so many gowns and wraps to choose from in the studio. Plus she helped set me up with someone do to my hair and makeup that came to the studio (less running around for me thank goodness). Third, she helps make the session so personalized. At the consultation you get to go over your preferences and shell give you ideas as well. I also got to bring in my own items that made the photos even more special to my husband and I. Kristen is really the best and I am so glad we found her. We will cherish our photos forever.

My experience with la vie photography was phenomenal! While I was pregnant I was really looking for a photographer who photographed soft, not over photoshopped pictures with touches of glam in a studio and I found it with Kristen! From the beginning at her consultation I was in awe with the pictures she has hanging at her studio and all the herloom albums that show her amazing work. Apart from that a huge plus was that she supplies clothing as well as main props. Her studio is very clean and has a great atmosphere to it, you can really tell that this is Kristen’s passion and she puts so much time into her work to come out with amazing products. Moving on to my shoot I gave her ideas and examples of pictures that I wanted to recreate or be similar to and she put her own twist to it. She really made my vision come true at the shoot! The final products of my prints were to die for and I’m obsessed with, even months later! She really captured my pregnancy as well as myself in a beautiful way! I truly loved the overall experience that I just had to come back for my newborn shoot and I know she’ll do justice to my baby girl as she did for me! Happy Valentines day to all ..well i dont really post anything cause i dont do social media, but i felt i had to on this ocassion.i would have put more stars but truth be told there still wouldnt be enough because WOW!!!! Just an incredible expierience I can safely say and Im sure every other one of Kristens customers would agree, she is the best new born photographer in houston probly in Texas . She took pictures of our son Eden and he was 4 months old and she still made him look as a week old, shes amazing she was so gentle with him he slept through the whole session, I think he slept more in her arms than when he was brought home from hospital, the pics were my husbands idea, am I glad i Iistened to him and did it, since I dont like going to pic studios, but this is one decision i will never regret, she is so creative and professional she works hard to get the perfect shot and she gets it . She also worked her little heart out to get me the pics before Christmas as I was going to give hubby as his present and she delivered, my husband had tears in his eyes from how beautiful the pictures came out, i will defendantly be using her in the future, any mamas out there ready to have your baby or planning to have one do yourself a favor, dont look else were go to la vie photography you wont regret it.
