We’ve been coming to let our baby float once a week and had such a GREAT time every time. Cute store front and amazing staff. I highly recommend Float Baby for baby’s exercise and bonding time with all the family member. Our baby gets more and more active in the tub every time she comes back to the tub.

We drove all the way from Fort Worth just to take our daughter to Float Baby and it was very well worth the drive! Our daughter loved floating in the water, the toys and the massage. She was so thrilled she made sure all of the other babies heard her. I really wish there were one nearby. Otherwise, our baby would be there weekly! The owner Kristi was incredibly wonderful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and our family that traveled with us.

Love Float Baby! It is such a peaceful experience for the babies and a perfect place to connect with other moms to just chat. Kristi is so knowledgeable too - a baby whisperer for sure. The new location is so beautiful!

After a few rough weeks of our baby crying endlessly (5 weeks), we decided to try out float baby to see if we could get our girl some relaxation. Our first class was overwhelming which had absolutely nothing to do with the Float Baby team but rather the pains of getting a new baby out of the house, arriving on time, settling in a new environment, coordinating her schedule with the time of class, etc. Kristi and her team (we love Teresa!) were incredibly patient with us as we showed up late, as our girl SCREAMED at the top of her lungs through the massage, and they encouraged us to come back again. As we came back week after week, we found Float Baby to be an escape, a social outing in the midst of a global pandemic that was safe and welcoming for our girl. Kristi loved on our daughter and caught on to her personality so quickly. She talked me off the ledge when the doctors were telling us our girl had reflux, she helped us teach our girl to LOVE baby massages, and most importantly, she helped me feel confident as new mom. Floating helped our girl relax, find joy in the water, absolutely love bath time, and get some energy out!With the best ambiance and all these fun products (which we practically bought all of since it was our only outing each week), Float Baby was a special part of our first 6 months with our baby.If you are struggling to adjust and need a safe place to take your baby for an outing, where he/she can be safely floated in a tub and out of your arms for 20 minutes :), and maybe you even need a community to talk through all your motherhood questions, i HIGHLY recommend checking out Float Baby. Just fair warning, dont judge the success of floating by one class...give it a few tries because it might take you and your baby a little while to love it just like us.

It was our first time at Float baby with our three month old and he enjoyed every minute of it! They were very organized for being open only a few days at their new location and followed safety COVID protocols. Kristi had our baby’s tub ready as we walked in and took the time to show us how to properly massage our baby afterwards. He slept like a champ the whole day! Excited to try their moonlight float that they offer for parents and babies Friday’s/Saturday’s.Thank you for making our first float experience welcoming and enjoyable.

Im not giving a 1 or a 5 star. Ill explain why...I have been purchasing authentic formula from this place since 2018. Kristi and the front desk staff has been very helpful and kind with helping me find the right formula especially for my youngest daughter who was allergic to cows milk based formula when she was 6 months old. and we discovered Holles Goat milk formula through them. I would order in bulk to get generous discounts and to help me save a trip from going back and forth and mainly to save money and time. Also I would notice the inventory would run out really fast. It was very understandable when their shipment would get delayed or they dont have anymore in their inventory because they order internationally.now the main reason why im giving 3 stars only is because i just found out that we have to pay a 1 time membership fee of $75 starting July 12 and they will increase the fee on August to $125. I was trying to get an explanation on why formulas are only for members but i was still confused when she was explaining to me that it was because its shipped internationally which i completely understand but i thought they already increased the price for it to break even.I have been buying formal from their place for years, for my eldest daughter and now my new LO and its very unfortunate that moms have to pay an additional fee on top of very expensive formula.

Called to reschedule due to possible COVID exposure, didn’t want to risk giving it to their employees. They didn’t answer but TEXTED me saying they were unable to give me credit. Unprofessional and rude

I am so grateful for Krisits guidance on the overwhelming world of European formula. My daughter was born 6 weeks premature with severe reflux and Kristi helped us find the best formula for her needs. Her level of knowledge and service is unparalleled. I missed the pickup cutoff time for orders and was panicking because it was right before the freeze. She had our order ready for pickup on a Saturday night just to make sure we were covered. Hands down, one of the best run businesses in Houston! Cannot wait to float at the beautiful new location :)

I have been purchasing formula from float baby since my daughter was born. This past weekend i was late to pick it up because of an error in the closing time information due to the fact that they are moving locations and they were going to be closed for the next two days. I was desperate as my 11 month old refuses any other type of formula other than the brand we purchase from here (it is not sold in stores anywhere else in town). I left a message and received a call from the owner herself stating that she would personally go to the store, pick up my order and deliver it to my house later that night. This was on a Saturday night! Her dedication to her growing business and her customers is unbeatable. I am so grateful as my daughter was going through a very bad case of teething as well as thrush and was refusing most solids. I would have been lost without the formula. I cannot thank her enough.

I love Float Baby! My little one really enjoys floating in the water. We tried it for the first time as soon as he turned 9 weeks and he slept for approximately 8.5 hours that same night! It soothes and relaxes babies. I highly recommend it!Ps. I really do hope they open a location in The Woodlands or Montgomery soon.

They were rude to my wife when all she did was ask a simple question, and then she points out their mistakes and the company says she asked for a cheaper price when she in fact did not do, and has screenshots to prove it lol. Definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone, doing the opposite for that matter. Hire somebody who can respect and value customers when you waste their time and contract a social media marketing agency to fix your mistakes online.

Me and my grandson love Floatbaby! Someone said in another comment that the milk is a bit pricey, you get what you pay for and you cant put a price on your child or grandchild well-being! I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is nice. The people and atmosphere is awesome!

These classes are an awesome activity for new moms, dads & their babies. It helps to have other people talk about what they go through on a daily basis. Kristi & Sam both have great amounts of knowledge and help you get to 6 months & Beyond (plus their formula is the BEST!)

Can not say enough good things about this experience. They always make us feel so welcomed and actually remember the babies names!I’m so happy we found this place and look forward to coming back!

What a fun experience for my baby and a neurotic first time mommy that I am! Kristi was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and has such an ease when dealing with babies that she makes you immediately trust her with all things baby related. Every suggestion that she had to make my little one comfortable through the experience worked like magic! The baby massage tutorial was such a treat and the blissful baby nap that followed allowed my friend and I to have a 3 course lunch and drive home in complete peace and quiet. Aaaaah :-))

We absolutely love Float Baby. The environment is focused on baby and making sure baby, mom and dad have a memorable experience. Our little guy sleeps much better and is SUPER relaxed after his float and massage. Would highly recommend!!

Just went there with my wife and the baby loved it! Unfortunately she cries when we take her out so we have to make her happy quickly. You get time after the bath so its cool. I like how she tried to touch the bottom. Maybe this will be a good leg exercise for her. Lol. Well It worked out in the end so thanks!

First of all, they dont do phone calls. You have to TEXT them. I booked an appointment for my son to try their new soak and swing class as a little celebration for his 6 months. I was so excited about it since I thought my son would be given the chance to float using the hoverfish (as stated on their website) since I think hes still a little wobbly and it would be unsafe for him to sit up on the tub by himself. Today, I decided to text them and confirm he will be given the hoverfish for his class to ensure my baby will not be in danger when we go. They replied rudely saying that they do not combine classes to save people money, since the soak and swing class is more affordable and that what is said on the website is a mistake on their end. I asked if there was anything they could offer me for the waste of time like a float only class said on their social media. I didnt want anything free, I just wanted something my son could experience without being in danger with the money I had already paid. They offered nothing and said that the float only, cheaper price thats on their social media was another mistake, and that its not up to date. However, it didnt say seasonal/limited time offer on there so how are the customers supposed to know? Get organized Float Baby and learn to make up for your mistakes. Make customers happy. I cant even imagine what would have happened if I wouldve waited until the appointment to find out my baby wouldnt be offered a hoverfish for safety! What couldve been a very nice experience for mom and baby got ruined! And i dont understand why??! All i needed was to be ensured my baby will be safe if he cant be in the water alone. Surely, you couldve spared one hoverfish to do that. On top of that, they did not provide me with a refund after saying they would.

Love it here!! Kristi is so sweet and friendly. My daughter has so much fun floating and its nice to socialize with other parents.

My friend invited me n my little one to go,and she actually apologized for recommending me to come. she said it was nothing like the first time she went...I told her I felt like the instructor was kinda in a hurry to get the class over with and she agreed. we actually finished 20 minutes early!

I enjoyed our first visit this morning! & we will be returning next week already 💕👶🏻 Beautiful!

Cant recommend this place enough! Its a great experience for the babies and even more so for the parents. Kristi is super fun and full of tidbits of wisdom collected from parents over the years. Ive learned at least as much about baby care from Float Baby as I have from our pediatrician (not knocking our awesome pediatrician). We also pick up our baby formula here, since the Holle formula works so much better for our baby than Similac. Definitely stop by with your little one for a float!

We really enjoy coming to float baby. We usually take class on Sundays to avoid traffic and Samantha is great. She truly has a way with babies that is terrific. The staff is super friendly and seem to really care about the well being of your baby. I was having issues with trying to find a good milk for my baby when i spoke with kristi and she recommended Holle. We breastfeed but im not producing enough for his appetite. Since my baby has been on it he has less gas and sleeps through the night!! The only thing is the milk is a bit pricey. I wish she would have some kind of discount or point program for babies that are continuously on it. One box last 2 weeks and cost 27.99. But od course you will pay anything when youve found something that gives your child peace. Thanks so much and we will continue to come.
