The troutdale store is run by amazing staff, the store is stocked. They can special order. Everyone on range has been polite. The annual is worth the price indeed!

Not only the best archery shop I’ve been to, really the best store I’ve ever been to. Accepting of all, experts or noobs, and will stand next to you and talk advice forever to make sure you buy what’s right for you. They don’t urge you to do anything that isn’t right, and will do what it takes to make sure you leave satisfied. From now on if I’m buying anything archery, I do it here because I want them and only them to get the profit.

These guys are awesome. Definitely a customer first environment and their inventory is incredible. The range is usually pretty quiet and makes for a relaxed experience.

Walk in with a broken arrow rest string thingy. Dropped what they were doing fixed my bow and cut and glued 2 doz arrows while waited in a few min. They be like the best

If nick is working dont go there. Every time I ask him questions he seems irritated and he is suppose to be in charge? Joe the owner is helpful but he is never there . Go to g4 in hillsboro or go to bow rack in Springfield. Those two stores have great staff and you feel welcomed there. Sadly yesterday was my last time buying anything from archery world .

I love Archery World. I was a complete newbie, and the staff helped walk me through the entire process of getting a new bow. They taught me proper form, how to adjust sights, and all of these things are difficult to master from just YouTube. I’m so glad I went with them rather than ordering online and trying to figure this all out myself.The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they have all made an effort to learn my name and always warmly great me. It’s tough breaking in to niche communities like this, but everyone at AW has been super encouraging and helpful. I could not say more positive things about my experience. Thank you all!

Went here as a complete newbie at the recommendation of a coworker. I was first helped by Joe. He explained a lot about different bows in my price range.I went back the next after I had made my decision and was helped by Nick. Hey set my new bow up and was very helpful.All in all the staff was great. They have quite a selection and are well priced. I would highly recommend this shop.

Yesterday I went in and wanted a new bow because mine was out dated and haven’t done much research on new equipment and the staff was awesome helped me with all my questions and they didn’t push for my to buy the most expensive product just the ones that fit my needs. Squeezed me in during the busiest time of the year, after my bow came out of the factory with a short DL. They had the mods in stock, installed, tuned, and timed the bow. Had me shooting on the range in an hour, and came back to check up on their work after I had time to shoot a few arrows. Super friendly and passionate about what they do. Will definitely be back.

Went in looking for compound bows for me and my daughter. Nick was more than happy to help us with our first compound bow purchases even when we didnt think wed get hers there. He was very instructive and patient with us as well as serving all the other clients showing the same professional courtesy. Both me and my daughter are very pleased with the service we got and our bows. My only complaint about the store is they dont appear to have alot of inventory but the customer service made up for that.

I took a disabled Client of mine to Archery world. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to him. They took time to help him in every way possible! They assisted with his equipment and helped him navigate the facility. A really good group of people!

Archery World Troutdale is my go to proshop, they have a quality selection of accessories and arrows, a great line up of bows, competitive prices and a great staff.Nick the manager is an amazing bow technician and really knows the product he is selling.Endlessly appreciative of their stellar service.The shop is also a great destination to shoot, $10 to shoot until your arm falls off.

I popped in to have them tie my peep in place after shooting my new bow for a while. Needed to pick up some more arrows and they busted them out in a few minutes while I waited. This was during bow season and I expected to have to wait a couple of days for both. Excellent Service as usual.

I came in wanting a specific bow but it wasnt at this location. Joe put out a bunch of different bows for me to try out and it started to get interesting. Lol. I like how he encouraged me to try all different bows then just the one I went in for and Im glad I did because the bow I wanted I didnt end up getting. I recommend going here and not just because the different product but because of the knowledge and great customer service.

Paid for a tune up including paper tune they said they didnt have time? Took my bow to another shop and had it adjusted and paper tuned. Will not be going back to the know it all behind the counter!

Havent actually shot here but got a tour of the facilities and staff and pricing was very appealing. Edit: came back to shoot. Boy shot compound for the first time. Staff was just as friendly and patient. We will be back!

I may change my rating later when I can actually visit. Im a bit frustrated because according to Google maps theyre open on Sunday. Dont be fooled. Theyre closed. A lot of wasted driving. Ill try again another day.
