Edward and his business scored top notch reviews so I gave it try. All I can say is EXCELLENT all-around. They diagnosed my suspension issues, provided a thorough walk-through pointing out each issue, and allowed/encouraged me to take photos for evidence in any potential warranty claim. What was intended to be just a diagnosis turned out to be a full on repair made easy thanks to Edward and his crew. They took care of all the extended warranty paperwork and claims procedures got me up and running pronto. You will appreciate their honesty, upfront fair pricing, and solid workmanship. I have used them twice on relatively major repairs on my 2011 Mini Clubman. Pleased so far. If you want honest and responsible, this is your place.On the second repair there was a need for some follow-up work. Not only did the owner fix it for free, he then drove it to my home for free. He takes responsibility for his work. I was satisfied.

I had a short somewhere in my wiring harness . The found it and had it fixed very fast. Their professionalism made the ordeal with my Mini Cooper barrable. The price was not to bad at all. I will take my car there for all future issues !

They diagnosed my BMW i8 and had it ready to go quickly & were nothing but professional! Communicated every step of the way & didn’t try to up sell me or invent any issues. You really get a feeling when you talk to these guys that they’re passionate about cars & want to do right by you. I’ll never take my cars anywhere else ever again! I meant to leave this review a few months ago, but I was just thinking back on what a great experience I had with this shop and wanted to give them credit. I cant remember the owners name, unfortunately, but I was really impressed by his honesty, expertise, and customer service. Whatever the issue with your car, I would recommend his shop to be certain that youre getting good work for a fair price.I went in with an issue with my transmission on a 2007 VW Rabbit - it was driving, but shifted very roughly. He ran a couple of diagnostics, but the computer didnt register what the problem might be, so he explained that he could try to flush out the transmission fluid to see if it would fix the problem. He told me the price of this process and warned me that it might not fix the problem and, in the worst case, could cause the transmission to fail completely. I agreed to try it, and unfortunately, it did not solve the problem, although it didnt make it worse. He then let me know that the only remaining option was to replace the transmission, and given the age and miles on the car, it made sense for it to be time to replace. However, he advised me that fixing my transmission might be more expensive than the car was worth, as he often sees continued mechanical issues in these cars. I really appreciated his honest advice in this situation, since it meant losing a job for his shop. I agreed with him and decided to leave the transmission as it was. When I picked the car up, he had discounted the cost of flushing my transmission fluid significantly, replaced a headlight bulb, and given me a free car wash. All the while, he and his employees treated me with the utmost respect, complete with massage chairs and free coffee and snacks in the waiting room. Unfortunately, weve moved away to San Antonio, but if we were still living in the Houston area, I would have absolutely been a return customer.

The best. Edward and his team looked after my JCW after I had taken it to the dealership. The dealership promised me my car was fully maintained to standard but within a month my check engine light was on. I called the dealership and they said bring it in because there must be a new problem. This was after I had spent 2K on repairs. I took it to little shop and they were able to get the dealership to correct the work they had done on my vehicle AND make another repair that had been overlooked for a fraction of the cost. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you little shop.

My car engine light came on and I called Edward right away. Note this was @4pm and they close at 6pm. I took it in for a diagnostics test to see what was going on and Edward was very honest by stating that they could not figure it out and would reset the computer. I returned the next day to leave my vehicle and have it checked. It turns out the batteries needed replacement. Service was fast, reasonable prices for my vehicle make and upon pick up my car was detailed. Super clean, even the leather seats!!! I highly recommend this shop for any European vehicles.

To say that Mr. Edward and Little Shop of Motors LLC are phenomenal is an understatement!!! I was ripped off by another mechanic shop and in tears, searched google and saw all of the stellar reviews for Little Shop of Motors. I called Edward and explained my experience. He was kind, patient, very informative and extremely helpful. He even took time to call the dealership to see if my parts were still under warranty. I had several issues with my Mini Cooper and went to see Edward, and had a very positive experience, what I liked was that instead of just getting an Ill take a look at it and let you know, Edward spent around 30 minutes on a test drive, running initial diagnostics and putting the mini up on the lift to take a look together. So by the time I left I had a pretty good idea of what the issues where. Following that the communications were efficient in getting the job done, a month later all is well with the mini, and Edward even followed up a week later to check all was well with the work done.

Edward has been my mechanic for over 3 years. Very honest and knowledgeable guy. Recently I bought a 2003 BMW 325CI which needed a little bit of work. Im very satisfied with all the work done to my car and how fast he worked on it! I would recommend him to anybody.

Ive been using Ed for at least 6 years. I needed a mechanic to service my 2009 BMW 535 when my factory service warranty expired. I saw his Smart Car in my cousin neighborhood and called him and have been using him ever since. He makes service recommendations as if it was his car and he has treated me like family. His whole team provides great service and everyone is friendly. My 2009 535 had about 140K before it was totaled in an accident. Ed serviced the car since about 80K, he had performed walnut blasting, replaced transmission fluid & filter, differential fluid, injectors, brakes & rotors, spark plugs, coil packs, front struts and rear shocks, motor mounts, water pump, thermostat and oil changes. All work was done with precision and I have never had to fix anything twice or had issue with a repair. I purchased a 2011 535 in 2014 with 38K and today it has 157K. This car has also been serviced by Little Shop of Motors for Non-Warranty work. I have replaced the injectors, coil packs, spark plugs, transmission fluid & filter, differential fluid, brakes & rotors and carbon removal from intake manifold. As you can see I try to keep my car well maintained and Ed has done all the work to perfection and at a great price.Over the years I can honestly say not only has Ed been the best mechanic I have ever worked with, he has become a good friend. If that doesn’t speak for itself I don’t know what else to say. Check out Little Shop of Motors you will not be disappointed!!

We started taking our BMW to Edward at Little Shop in 2014 when the dealership warranty expired. Everyone there is professional, the shop is the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever seen, they do a fantastic job, and the price is always significantly lower than the dealership price. I recently had a bad experience with the dealership (when I was lured there with special discounts). We got all of the fluids flushed and changed. Within 10 minutes after picking up the car, the engine coolant light came on. They said it was a fluke and wanted to charge $$$ for a water pump. I called Edward and he gave me very good advice on how to handle the situation, and we ended up paying only for the water pump parts - not labor. Because of Edwards knowledge and honesty, we will never again take our car to the dealer - We are Little Shop only customers now!

I am not the person to ever do reviews but when someone goes above and beyond for me like Edward did, I try to do everything in my power to help them out as well. I actually contacted Edwards 4 months back to get my front brake pads, rotors, sensors replaced on my BMW. He quoted me a price that was about $400.00 cheaper than doing it directly from BMW with BMW parts. At the time I got busy and completely forgot about it. This week my brakes actually started squealing so I decided to go take it in and see Edward.Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop. I spoke with Edward and he stated that price that I received was months ago and things may have changed since then.. it could be higher but he would work with me.I ended up leaving the car there to get work done, I trusted his word to help me out and also these wonderful reviews I see online. When he texted me the price, it actually came out cheaper than what he quoted me 4 months ago by $100.00.Point of the story is Edward could have totally charged me what he quoted me 4 months ago, but he was extremely honest and sincere and charged me the correct price at the current value. You don’t see people like this in the car repair business and for this reason, I will be taking my car strictly to Edward for any warranty or mechanical work.

This place is super legit. Edward Morales (owner) and his team provided excellent service and quality support for my Mini Countryman S. Just to mention Edward is an Army Veteran, like myself, so quality and performance in his field is highly respectable. I had initially gone across 59 to Momentum Mini/BMW for an engine light that came on and a slow turnover when starting my vehicle. Upon diagnoses it ended up being a Vanos solenoid that was wreaking havoc. With that being said Momentum Mini/BMW wanted to replace the part, retime cams, and tinker around for only God knows how long. Cost alone would have shot passed a couple thousand with parts, labor, and car rental. Lucky enough I go to Little Shop of Motors, first handily speak to the owner about the issue, and voila. a couple hours later my car starts on a dime, engine light gone, and a fraction of the cost spent due to Edwards wisdom and advice. Spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix my girls Mini. They never found the problem but kept finding things to fix. Took it to the Mini dealer and they fixed it in 2 days. This place sucks never go here!!!! The owner said to my face I love minis because they always have something to fix.

No star from me and not recommended.I took my car to fix a coolant leak, overheating, and check engine light on dash. After ten days, and $1500 later, I picked up my car only to have it overheat and have the check engine light come on again before I got home. I went back the next day to tell them what happened and 11 days and $500 later, I picked up my car. Once again, before I got home, the check engine light turned on. I went back the next day again and they told me to leave the car so that they could check what was going on. NO THANKS!! They clearly dont know what is going on and continue to guess what the problem is. I never received a call from the owner to check up on my car or anything else. Ill never go back here. They have terrible customer service, and it is very expensive.

I never EVER thought Id say this in my lifetime, but I hugged a mechanic a week ago. Today, I wanted to hug Edward again. Never have I experienced such honest, community/family-oriented, and expedient customer service at an auto shop before (at reasonable prices to boot!). Time and time again, like most folks, I have been ripped off or taken advantage by many a repair shop, yet this cozy quirky little place stands apart. Sans warranty, I needed to find an alternative to the costly Mini dealership service center. Without an appointment, Edward synced my battery and replaced my ignition coil with a used part he had lying around within 15 of my arrival each time...get this: for FREE. Something about wanting to retain a good relationship with customers...I had to do a double take! Talk about making a good first impression with a new customer (; Did I mention the gourmet coffee, comfy leather couch, gigantic tv, internet, and its dog friendly? Yeah, so I am spreading the word. This guy and his team are the real deal. My only regret is I didnt find this little gem of a place sooner.

My wife and I are so glad that we took Eds advice, concerning purchasing extended warranty on a used Mercedes. That has helped us tremendously. Also we want to give honor to Ed and his team for their professionalism and insight into our vehicle, and savings. We have saved so much money by taking it to Little Shop of Motors versus any dealership in this city. Many of my friends and family have taken my advice and brought their imported vehicles to him for service as well and they have been quite pleased. Thanks Ed, for your honesty and integrity; you are helping a whole lot of people in this city to be able to find someone that they can trust; that is not trying to gouge them. Thanks again.. We expect much success for Lil Shop and its Team...

I love Edward and his crew! I have vowed to never let anyone else work on my CLS550 and have referred every family member, friend and strange I have met that drives a Mercedes Benz or BMW to make Little Shop of Motors their next stop when they are in need of repairs whether they are mechanical or electrical. Very well worth the drive to the south side! The professionalism in the staff and the quality of the work you will never find in another shop in Houston and believe me when I say, I am a happy girl now that I found Little Shop of Motors!

Took my BMW to this location twice already. Once to replace the bushings on my lower control arms and the second time for engine over heat and leaks on my cooling system. Both times I was pleased with the quality of service and fair pricing. I recommend it to other BMW owners and will return if needed.
