Zero stars! I took my car here ro be repaired Thursday October 21st. Paid $572.93. Once I got into my vehicle I saw what looked like cigarette burns on my driver seat. I told the owner and he advised that none of the mechanics were ever inside of my vehicle to do the damage. After some persistence he advised that he will check the cameras. He called back and told me to bring the vehicle back Monday and he will repair the interior damage caused by the mechanic. Sunday October 24th my car started to show the same issues it was before taking it to them. The check engine light came on again and the car was running poorly. I brought the car in Monday October 25th and he advised that it needed more work and that I had to pay MORE even though it had only been a few days after they said they fixed the issue but the issue Still remained and I’m expected to pay more?!? He also said there was nothing that he could do about the interior damage after he told me he would do something to correct this because his mechanic did in fact burn the inside of my car while smoking a cigarette. Now I am out of $572 with a vehicle with interior damage that’s still not running properly. Please consider finding a better place to take your car!

Super friendly, they were very fast getting my inspection done, and they didnt try to push unwanted things on me. Very clean comfortable waiting room too!

I feel sorry for employees!I feel sorry for employees again!Man!!!!!!! I cant believe this place just ignored me like that. I just went there with my ZX14 for inspection. First I feel sorry for the employees, all 4 of them ignored me when I pulled up and the went from group discussions to their workstation in a matter of seconds. Then one of the hispanic guy came to me after 5 minutes of wait time and he was scared to death said This is little laud for the boss. 2 minutes later the said boss came out and said only one word I cant inspect this. Its too loud!. I dont really know if state of Texas gives exceptions to what kind of vehicle to inspect or not inspect when it comes down to partnering with the state. I am filling a complaint with the state. I personally dont recommend this business at all. I do have dealer license from the sate and I went through their terms and usage rights but I havent noticed anything that has to say about discrimination. Obviously I had 2017 Ninja ZX14 with Laud noise but I can not help with the Laud noice. My advise is, dont go tooths place at all to avoid time/money wasted for the service you need.

The mechanics will steal what ever is in your car!!! Do not recommend!!! I have to give one star they don’t deserve that!

I wasn’t greeted after being starred at by an employee for several minutes. After I asked if I would be starred at any longer or greeted the unprofessional employee says” he’s not there to greet customers and doesn’t have to” . I went in to speak with someone on the inside and their response was the same as the rude employee. I needed a new tire at the time I was driving with a dummy I took my money and business elsewhere where people are customer service friendly and not rude or potentially prejudice. These people are foreigners and rude to black women

Went here to get my state inspection done. In and out in less than 20 minutes for around $25. Can’t recommend it highly enough! Will definitely be a returning customer.

To let me know the computer code errors and change the spark plugs and one coil. They consider that a tune up. Didn’t even do an oil change or change any fluids. What they consider a tune up is tuning up your pockets. $279 and I got new spark plugs and 1 coil (they come in a pack of 6) and he doesn’t want to talk about what repairs will cost so he can gouge you. When asking for an estimate for repairs unsure til we look at it. Stay away from these crooks. I don’t care where you come from you need to be more upfront and give your customer an idea what they are looking at for repair cost. It’s not an open check. They will get you what they want and hang you to dry. Frustrated I came back and the lady at the front was rude asked for my phone number then asked if I forgot it as she cut me off when trying to tell her the problem with the car I left disappointed and I will not return and will suggest that my neighbors not patronize the establishment.

I thank God for this man. I can’t believe how I was lied to about by another mechanic about what my car needed. I only needed my spark plugs repaired and the other mechanic at NTB lied and said I needed a new fuel pump and quoted an outrageous fee about 10 times more. I will never use NTB ever again. I really am grateful to this man for his honesty with me and intend to make him my mechanic in the future. Thank you very much. God Bless you for your honesty with me. I went for the first time on yesterday for an oil change. They were very professional and courteous! I wasnt over charged and it didnt take 2 hours and I also didnt have an appointment. The waiting area was nice and very clean. I definitely will be back.

Scheduling was a simple call, they were very nice when I came in. There is a charge for the filter of $4.32, which is not a problem. It was a quick service that took no longer than 30min, I hope all the old oil drained well from my car. Great overall experience.

Great Service

I paid $1000 for my car and the check engine light was on and they acted as if they didnt know what was going on. Every time I brought my car or my wifes car there it was always a high dollar issue. They ruined our cars so that we can keep bringing them back. They suck, go somewhere else.

I had gotten my oil change here previously and they did a great job.My battery was acting up recently. I went to a few different places and they all gave me conflicting answers about my battery vs my alternator, and I felt quite overwhelmed. This place here treated me honestly and fairly and told me that my alternator was not having issues at all. I asked them for their honest advice as I am going on a long drive soon and they told me they would double-check everything in my car to make sure it would be able to handle the drive.Mr. Rush particularly was very reassuring and completely understood when I told him I had to check in with my family members to let them weigh in on a few key decisions. He gave me very honest and helpful advice, and double-checked everything in my car to give me a print-out and did not charge for the extra check-up.Ms. Reem listened to and validated all my car worries, and handled my questions with great professionalism and support. I absolutely did not feel like I was being taken advantage of (like some other auto repair places) or like just another customer. I really appreciated the true genuineness and kindness of their help, and I feel confident of their advice. The customer service is unparalleled compared to any other auto care place I have been to.

I found a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and alignment for this business. I made an appointment for 2 PM and showed up on time and was told it would be an hour.I sat patiently waiting for an hour and a half and then asked how my car was and how much longer my wait would be.. I was told it will be an additional 45 minutes.This puts me in the middle of 5 o’clock traffic on the wrong side of town. I’m not just a little bit mad. I am absolutely and totally livid. They should have told me that it was going to be 2 1/2 hours when I arrived, or even better... when I made the appointment.When I asked why would be an additional 45 minutes when I was only promised an hour, the only comment I got back was, “These things happen.”The guy working on my car is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I now think they’re going to screw up my car because I’m upset. I’m going to put this review on every single place I can find. Don’t do business with this company.

Horrible customer service. I came here at 4:40pm to get an oil change and alignment. Upon arriving, I was told I had to be there before 4:30 even though I drove 44 minutes to this location. They close at 6pm. If you want your car serviced come before 4:30. I ended up going to jiffy’s lube down the street and paying less for great service. If you find yourself in this predicament just go to jiffy’s lube. They have several Groupon deals also.

Going to a mechanic shop without my husband here was the worst thing I could have done. The skinny mechanic was very rude and did not effectively communicate with me in what was going on with my vehicle. His English was very poor I had a very difficult time understanding him. He was highly unprofessional and left oil residue in the seat of my car. Not to mention he left a foul odor inside of the car. The service was terrible. I would never refer anyone here ever !!

Very good service and professional mechanics

I had my oil changed here on a Monday. That evening my check engine light comes on. after paying for a diagnostic thinking something is wrong with my vehicle it turns out the oil cap was not screwed on correctly causing engine issues. Call the place to complain and they did not have me in their system. I needed to send over a receipt to show I was there. I have mechanics I used 3 years ago that still have me in their system. Putting a cap on is the most basic thing you can do which makes me wonder what else was screwed up.

I went in because I was told I needed a wheel alignment. The mechanic here told me that he couldn’t do the alignment because actually i needed new struts and it would cost 715 dollars to replace them. I went to my usual mechanic and turns out I don’t need new struts or a wheel alignment and if he was to replace the struts he would only charge about 570 for the job. I’m giving three stars because the mechanic did assess my car for free before he tried to overcharge me for work I did not need. I would just be wary and do your research before agreeing to work being done.

Rush seem to be the owner / manager he did not try to jerk me around like most people do at an auto shop I am very knowledgeable about my vehicle and its internal workings and he didnt try to screw me I appreciate that more than anything

I really love this place, i got there almost they were fixing to close,i asked if they can do an oil change,the said of course if you get here in a last minute we will take care of you,i got a cup of coffee, candy,watching tv...OMG i felt i am home.i promise i will never go to any place else, its going to be my mechanic shop for ever,i will tell all my friends to go and try there awesome service...thanks to all of there workers includes there manager RUSH.

I called at 8:40 AM on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they have walkins only. When he asked am I planning to purchase a Groupon, I replied yes but if you’re not willing to take an appointment I will not buy it. He then proceeded to say all Groupon‘s must schedule an appointment but refused to give me an appointment without having first purchased the Groupon. With my experience you cannot get a refund with Groupon therefore I opted to not purchase the Groupon because the gentleman refused to schedule the appointment for me prior to the purchase. He lost a customer and shame on him. I’m not gonna waste my money or my time trying to work around their schedule.

This was my first time visiting this company. On 6/5/18,  I went in for an oil change. One day later my car broke down and I had to be towed to my home. I called them the next day and explained to the manager what happened. After some back and forth, he finally sent a tow truck to pick up my car. Ultimately, the PCM Module had been knocked down during the oil change and my wires were fried. I tried talking to him as hes showing me what happened and when I pointed out that whomever changed my oil, remove the cover to wipe away excess oil that spilled, knocked the module down and it needs to be replaced. He started screaming that I cant tell him about how to change oil and theyre not replacing it. At that time I asked to see a recording of the oil change that was done on my car and was told no and to take me car and leave. They pushed it of the bay (still not running) and gave me my key. He called me several times threatening to have it towed if did not move it. I had it towed back to my house, where it sits because I dont have it still was not fixed and now a $34 oil change will now cost me $738 to replace the PCM (powertrain control module) which is the computer in the car.

They are number one mechanic shop and service i recommend and the place looks like hotel from inside

Rushdi and his staff have been helping me for a few months with the lemon i bought in december. The owner is so passionate about his work. He is very direct and professional and will give you some options at a fair price. The issue ive been having is a very hard to diagnose trial and error type of problem and he has been working with me the entire way. He has also done some great work on my husbands audi. I would recommend them to anyone.

These people doesnt know how to figure out a problem if the check engine light shows on. they show different thing and i paid huge amount and the next day light is again on.

I took my vehicle to have a part replaced thats it nothing else paid the labor well that wasnt enough for them vehicle went them no check engine light come out check engine light I told the head guy in charge he swore they didnt touch nothing else I took my vehicle to them cause I didnt have the time to fix it myself Ive been to school for automotive engine performance and electrical specialist tell me why these jack offs decided to disconnect a sensor connector pin for my fuel and emissions system after discovering that Im not recommending anyone to them
