I saw a vehicle that I was interested in online and I went in on a Saturday to look at it and test drive. I was told that the vehicle was a trade in and wasnt available to look at yet because it was in the shop. I was instead shown a more expensive model to test drive, this process was fine and I understood that it was still being prepped for sale. I told the salesman that I wanted to know as soon as it was available and that I would come back asap. I also told him that I would come back on Wednesday to test drive again with my husband. Wednesday comes and I havent heard from the salesman, so I text him and he advised that the vehicle I was interested in was SOLD WHILE IT WAS STILL IN THE SHOP!! I was pretty upset as I wasnt EVEN OFFERED this option when I was there in person! I would have gladly purchased as it was the vehicle I wanted, at this point the salesman tells me only the more expensive model is available and gives me a SUPER lowball offer on my trade, which I already had three higher offers from various dealers. I asked to negotiate and they were completely unwilling, he actually didnt even bother to respond any further to my text messages. I understand that the car market is very hot right now however I would still expect much better service from an exotic/luxury sales person. I have purchased vehicles from Porsche and Lexus and have always been treated well even if a deal isnt made right away...as a sales person you never know if that sale you dont close today will turn into a sale next month or next year. I will be in the market for another vehicle in the next year however I plan to go a different Maserati location that values customer service more.

The parts Department is super rude and definitely would careless if your part has arrived or no. The part was promised to be delivered in 7-10 days and today it past 18 days. Still no response and now calls being ignored by parts because they dont have any answer

We order the windshield of our vehicle 17 days ago and their promised date is 7-10 days! The person at parts department is so careless and would not even try doing the proper job to search the part through tracking and keep saying he don’t have the complete tracking. Brand like this has shown such unprofessionalism and careless! Their managment really need to improve their service!

Don’t plan on going here to shop for vehicles if you have kids with you. Extremely rude sales professionals. They have lost my business forever. Went to repair a recall on my Fiat. Service representative was fast and professional. Dont go to the Maserati dealership in Sugar Land. Though it would have been more convenient for me Ive never had a good experience there. They even told me they wouldnt provide a loaner car... even though its required for a recall.

I called Thursday, January 23rd at approximately 9 AM in the morning. Spoke to a receptionist who stated I did not need an appointment for an oil change. I went in this morning, only to find out that I would need an appointment and sent me packing.I don’t appreciate how they handled this, it could’ve been done more professionally.I will drive a further distance to get my oil change done at a different dealership.

I bought my first Fiat 500 when they first came out. Literally the day after I laid eyes on one when I saw it in a parking lot and fell in love. I did visit both dealers in the local Houston area that carry these cars. Helfman, hands down from the moment I walked in the door, was a very different experience than the one dealership that I visited that shall go unnamed. All the employees at Helfman Fiat were very welcoming and nice. And, all without that hard sell factor.A year later I bought a second Fiat from Helfman when I fell in love with the 500 L. Great car, by the way. My experience was exactly the same. Jose and Mike were consistently gracious, nice and genuinely caring, especially after I felt like I was a real pain until I found the exact car I wanted. Which I did. If you want a great affordable car, that has the technology and drives like many of the cars out there at 2x the price its worth visiting these guys. I know Ill be back!

My wife and I drove from Louisiana to Houston to purchase a Maserati. The sales personnel included Andrew, Gene and Leo . They were outstanding from start to finish in helping us to choose an automobile, price it and to demonstrate all the features of the new vehicle.We were taken to the service department and introduced to Jacob who further discussed some of the features regarding the engine and the contents of the trunk. It could not have been a better experience. The only weak link in the Helfman Motors experience was a follow up with finance. Having completed our transaction and paid for the vehicle, I found that I had not received a settlement statement. I called four or five times to the finance department, each time being assured my call would be returned but it never was. After three days with no return call from finance, I called my sales person, Andrew, who promptly took care of the situation and emailed me a copy of the settlement statement.

I called yesterday and whoever this dealership have answering the phones are terrible. They didnt even let me finish talking. As soon as they heard parts in my sentence they transferred me to parts. Luckily I did need to speak to someone in parts but I just thought it was very disrespectful the way those girls in the front answer and transfer calls . I work at a dealership as well and I do the exact same job those girls do and I would have never gave that phone etiquette that girl did. On the other hand, the person that helped me out in parts was WONDERFUL and very helpful.

I had a bad experience with Helfmans service department. Ill only deal with the dealership in sugarland going forward. 2 thumbs down for this one

They seem to not be as competitive as other dealers. Their inventory can be kind of light as well. The helfman Dodge store is much easier to work with

If fact, in my opinion, she was the perfect sales representative: able to answer just about any question about the car or the dealership and very knowledgeable about the inventory on hand. I went to find a new suv car for myself. The sales associate Goran was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. He was also very patient in dealing with all my questions and concerns. The manager of this store was equally professional and kind. If you need a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere in which to buy your car, I highly recommend Helfman Alfa Romeo.

JOSE HERNANDEZ was great. I got the car the same day with little or no hassle. When youre looking for a Fiat, Helfman is a prime choice. Customer service is top of the line. I always feel like a Vip when Im there.

I made an appointment by phone and gave the make and model of my car. Went in on the scheduled date and they somehow confused my car with another model. Instead of management apologizing for the inconvenience...they said if I wasnt happy with the service not to bother coming back. I have never been treated by a service member like this ever. Much less by management as well. Believe me....I will never return. I hope this saves someone else the trouble and the dissatisfaction. And I got my car serviced at ANOTHER DEALERSHIP and made it to the office on time.

They were decent until they moved the fiat section to that small area. My car battery died. I had a tow truck leave the car at the dealership. The lovely manager keep ignoring me when I tried to tell him my car literally died and I couldnt turn my keep in the ignition. He rudely told me to move my car after that????? I cant stand dealerships though. It doesnt matter what it is.

Worse experience ever!!!The rudest experience of my life was with the Sales Director Leo Revilla. Stay away from him!!! I cant believe he actually leads a team of sales reps. Leo Revilla is the most inexperienced leader and has zero customer service. He should be the Director at KIA not MASERATI. I called in for a copy of my lease contract and i was give a paper without my signature and different amounts under my name. Then he said to my face that I had buyers remorse! Rudest Director ever. Stay away from him. A Maserati is not for anyone, so customers who can afford it should be given the utmost professional customer service.

One of the best places to buy a new car. Was looking for a FIAT Abarth. Josu was the sales person, nice and no pressure orientation to the car and test drive. Michael the manager is very upfront and direct pricing model and again no pressure. They both are definitely very good people to deal with. Appreciate the attention and service.
