Called for parts on my vehicle. This has been the worst experience, receptionist needs serious training in customer service and etiquette. Unprofessional is an understatement! TERRIBLE!

I was told over Facebook messenger that they had the parts I needed, so I rented a truck and drove four hours only to be told they did not have it whenever I got there.

Bad attention, I called for a transmission and they said they had it and I drove 50 minutes, when I arrived they didnt have it.
