Really good customer service and good quality parts with reasonable price
IMC has been taking care of my family business for over 10 years. You dont have that kind of loyalty in a crowded auto parts without doing a few things right.They offer competitive pricing. Their reps are always checking up on us to make sure they they are beating or at least matching their competitors pricing.Their inventory for foreign parts is massive and their domestic inventory is growing. If I need something, they more than likely have it.Most importantly, IMC treats our small shop like family, and that is what is most important to us. As a family business, we also treat our customers like family. IMC has always treated us well, and when they havent, weve been able to communicate and solve the issues.
Ordered a seal through autozone. I was in a rich and needed the seal. The store I purchased the seal though stated it wouldnt be in until the next day. But in could go and pick up myself....drove there. What a disaster...talk about unorganized. I gave them the reference number, the will call number, the PO number....it was the autozone gave me that states its been paid. I arrive and I waited for an hour. The guy at ICM called the autozone and got into a argument about how the order was sent..... And I still wound up having to pay for the two seals. The part given to me wound up being wrong. And I had to go to Nissan to get the correct seals. I suspect ICM is going to blame autozone for everything wrong. All I know is this place sucks.
Horrible customer service. I bought a PAIR of struts. They shipped one. They would not even try to verify that I bought a pair but only shipped one. By the time I talked to them in person at the shipped from address I had been on the phone on hold for one hour with customer service. I have now been on hold waiting for customer service for an hour and a half.
