I had emailed the customer support center about information on a very specific part with very specific information that would lead anyone, whom knows and understands cars and its parts, away from the answer in which I received. I emailed back and asked if my question had even been read and if there was someone with the correct knowledge and who cares about the job to please reach out to me. The attached picture is the response I received and the cause of the one star rating. Someone is about to lose their job and become infamous on National News.
