We agreed to a fair price up front ($4k less than my closest dealer). He kept me informed all along the way until my vehicle arrived (2 weeks early!). Jorge in Finance listened to me as well, and gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of extended warranty and service. He was very patient as I ran through all the small print on the contract. Super experience! Ill be looking at AutoNation again in another year for my next car.

I purchased a new to me vehicle Thursday night from another dealership, and the key fobs were not programmed. The other dealership couldnt get me in for service until Monday, and I was going to have to miss work to take it in. On Saturday morning, I took my car to AutoNation since it was still under warranty, and Pablo got me set up in the system and had a tech look at the keys. He reprogrammed the keys, and I was on my way in a little over an hour! Everything was very clean and professional, and Pablo was SUPER helpful! My new car is SO much better now that I can just use my thumb to unlock the door! Will definitely bring it back here for service, and likely buy my next Toyota here as well!

Great service dept! I drop off my Toyota and took the shuttle to work. I received a text that they were done an hour later. My coworker worker drop me off during lunch and I was impressed. They did oil change, tire rotation and washed the car. This is the first time coming to his dealership and I would highly recommend on their service.

The customer service is poor. There is no communication between the service advisor and you. I dont recommend Paloma or Luis. Paloma will probably transfer you to someone else if she is your service advisor.I took my car in for service on Monday. They drove it 30 miles to diagnose the issue. They could not fix the issue that day so I told them I would bring it back Tuesday. On Tuesday, I drop the car off to Luis and assumed the issue would be fixed that day so I left and waited for a call. I never received a call or a notification that they were going to keep my only transportation to work. I called AutoNation Tuesday to check on my car and no one answered.Wednesday, I call multiple times from 10 AM, 11:53 AM, 12:36 PM, 3:12 PM, 4:04 PM, 5:20 PM. Not a single service advisor picked up the phone to take my call and give me a status of my vehicle. I was being pushed back into the call queue, ignored, and sent to lines with no voicemail setup. I checked my GPS location of the car and 12 miles were added from 8:53 to around 11 and then was left in the garage.Thursday, I still did not receive any calls regarding the status of my car. I checked the GPS location of my vehicle and it sat in the garage all day until I arrived in person at 4:00 PM. I see both Paloma and Luis hanging around and I get ahold of Luis to get an update. He tells me that the car has been ready but he wasnt sure if I wanted them to keep it to make sure the issue has been resolved. I tell him my documentation and he then hurries to hand me my car and keys without an invoice of the work done. I then move my car aside and go back to ask for the invoice that he did not want to give to me.I should also note my new car smell is spoiled with a dirty oil smell and the issue was not resolved.

On our way to Houston for an Astros game the radiator in our 2017 Highlander began leaking. It made it to the game but dumped all of its fluid in the parking lot, needing to be towed to AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway for repairs. Thomas and the rest of the service department did everything they could to get us back on the road and back on our vacation as quickly as possible, including Thomas coming in on his day off to work the ticket. Very much appreciated!

Took my 2020 Tundra for a maintenance/tire rotation/alignment/tire&wheel balance. Everything went smooth. Mechanics here are always putting in great workmanship on my vehicles. My service provider, Pablo, always makes sure my vehicle is on time and that I’m satisfied with my visit and I never feel uncomfortable having a conversation w/him. I also never have to ask Pablo to have my vehicle washed after a task was performed on any of my vehicles as well. As long as people like this continue to work here, I will keep returning for my services that need to be done on my vehicles.

So this place has an online ordering for parts to put it on will call theyll charge you $5 its OK cuase Im saving $30 in the part. Order was placed Wednesday I came Thursday at 3pm and they tell me part is not ready and if I wanted right now parts cost $100 more just because the guy will stand up and pick it from the back. So now I need to wait for an email waiting to confirm my part is ready even knowing that the part is there and they’re willing to sell it right now for $100. If I have shipped the part 2 days delivery was $20 more and still will be faster and cheaper than picking it up from the dealer? When did a discount became a restriction?

Another low value experience. Every time I call I get transferred to a department, that department answers transfers me to another department. In which that department hangs up on me. Seems like phone etiquette is lacks at this location. I have not been impressed since I bought my car from. Here 3 years ago.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went on my days off two weeks in a row and couldnt get my oil changed. The oil pan plug was stripped and possibly cross-threaded. So, I was told to come back the next week in case the threading had to be repaired. I return the next week. I was then told if it is too bad the oil pan may need to be replaced. They take my car and five hours later was told they were afraid to try to force off the cap. They did not have the oil pan plug or an oil pan if it had to be replaced. I told them I could go over to Auto Zone and get an oil pan plug. Further, if the oil pan needed to be replaced the cost would be around $1000 including the labor. I finally told them to give me back my car and I would never go there again.
So glad I chose AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway to order my 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. I’ve never ordered a vehicle from the factory and had many questions about the process. The salesman Mike Smith made the whole experience smooth and easy to understand. He explained the ins and outs of the ordering process along with presenting me various ad-ons without forcing me to come to a conclusion. Mike kept me well updated while my truck was going through the loop, from the moment the order was accepted to the moment it arrived on the show room floor. I was awaiting a call so I could pick up my registration and license plates. Never got one. I called but only once got an answer and was directed to their automated answering system which only loops over when you make a selection. I left a message with my info for a call back. Still waiting. I finally went to ask in person and they nonchalantly asked me to park in their service lane and they installed them. Other dealers have had the courtesy to call. And they answer phone calls.

I recently took my car to the service for a warranty claim. It was a horrible process. I took it there because my car is a Toyota and also my warranty was with autonation obviously it had to be faster. But it was not like that. In fact my car was like a month. I was waiting for the inspector and they were communicating so slow with me. When I was waiting for a part, they didnt have a tracking number. The lack of communication and the broken promises of this Toyota agency, make me not want to return to take my vehicles for maintenance. Sad with the customer service that even the manager gave me.
The sales staff was fabulous, answering questions and keeping me informed of the status of my order. I took some time deciding which Model, but settled on a RAV4 Prime. I placed my order on May 10 and picked up the vehicle on Sept. 10th. There is a lot of anticipation waiting over 4 months, but my sales person kept me updated about where my car was in the world.The finance side of the deal left a bad taste in my mouth. I sent several emails with spread sheets directing how I intended to finance the SUV.These were ignored and on the final day my credit unions requests for specific information were ignored and delayed for over 4 hours. Finally a heated phone call and some very direct emails prevailed and the deal was financed by my credit union, but not before I threatened to pull out of the deal.
My visit here went smoothly. I got oil changed for my Rav4, the wait it took about and hour and forty minutes, I did get there early at 7am. I was pleased with the service.
I Sent all the documentation ahead of time in order to expedite the process. I was still there all day. The Mercedes I bought was missing the Memory Card which works the navigation and, a few other functions of the car. The add for the car says, Turn by Turn Navigation. It should have read, Buy a memory card for $900 and you will have Navigation. Multiple times at the dealer to speak with sales reps and managers. Not a single call back. I wouldnt recommend them for anyone.
My husband and I visited this dealership today with the expectation of possibly purchasing a car. Judith was an exceptional sales person handling two deals at the same time with no lack of personal customer service. We walked in at 8:30 PM and we’re out the door with a car that was beyond our expectations for a price that we couldn’t refuse.There was no hard sale or pushy people I feel that everyone at this dealership went the extra mile today. Even the finance Person was kind and everyone seemed to have more class than most dealerships we have been to. We would highly recommend this dealership and we love our car! Thank you guys again!

Autonation toyota sold my daughter a car with no jack and none of the tires passed inspection but they passed it my daughter put less than 300 mile on it and all the tires were on the wear bars. I guess as a dealer you can illegally pass a cars inspection because you are a deal and a 25 year old girl will never know. Watch you back and your bank acount this deal is a crook and take advantage of a young girl!

Service guy was great and I have no issues with him. Auto Nation Toyota Service is a ripoff. They tell you all these things that need to be fixed and replaced on your vehicle. Is it because I’m a female. 1. Air filter replaced. Took it to Auto Zone where I can purchase and change it but it didn’t need to be replaced. 2. Cabin filter replaced. Glove box was locked and so I showed service guy they never looked. Informed him I had personally replace it watching a YouTube video. 3. Power Steering Service. I had work done on my car. Fluid was clean and just replaced. 4. Brake fluid flush. This was also clean and I had a second opinion. 5. Coolant flush which I will be getting done else where. The last service required a transmission flush $289. I have a 2010 Camry and have read and researched about this service. I have 157,000 miles. From what I’ve been told, don’t change it.

Went in for a recall on my 2019 Camry. Made an app online with the service dept. I received a confirmation email within minutes. I showed up Saturday morning to drop it off and also requested an oil change. Excellent customer service from the service advisor. I will be coming back for my oil changes and service intervals.
Pablo was a great service provider, he took care of my vehicle. He made sure that I was updated throughout the service process. I will make sure he is my service provider for now on.
I started shopping for a used car Saturday night and found one that would fit perfectly. I received a call that night from Judith who couldnt have been more pleasant to work with. Began to input my trade-in information and received a very, very fair offer. Went in on Monday for my appointment with Judith who took care of me the whole time without ever feeling pressured. The whole experience took about a hour and a half, after that I went home in my new 4Runner. Would definitely recommend working with Judith, thank you!

The service was good but the wait time is long. I suggest using the free shuttle that they have offer.
If you are looking for expert mechanics to check your car, this is NOT the place to go. My car kept shuddering when accelerating, and it was diagnosed by an independent mechanic. When I took my car to the dealership to be fixed since it was part of a campaign, the mechanics were condescending and lead me to believe that the issue was something different. They even told me that there was no warranty enhancement for the issue. I have learned my lesson, and now realized that Auto Nation does not hire experts. Now we are left paying $1,600 out of pocket since the campaigned has expired.
Great service, David my service advisor, was very professional and helpful. He had me in and out in less than hour. I took my 2020 Corolla for my 15K oil change; they not only changed my oil, they also check a laundry list of other items.. I strongly recommend AutoNation and David in particular. Thanks

Never fails with service here at this location. With an appointment scheduled, you’ll still wait over 2 hours. 30 minutes to check in. Another 2 hours and still waiting for the oil change to be done. Glad this is my last oil change I have to get done here. Slowest service ever.
I chose to have my 5,000 mile service check done at AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway. The service was fair. Customer service was poor. I had to seek out service person to direct me where to go for appointment. I called 2 times to schedule my 10,000 mile service check and both times I was on hold for over 10 minutes, and hung up. Way to long to wait to schedule service appointment. I choose another dealership for my future service checks.
Great experience when buying, nothing bad about that experience. However, the service department really dropped the ball on me yesterday. I brought the vehicle for an alignment, since the alignment was a little off in the vehicle I purchased. I got to the dealership around 1:45 PM, after driving about a hour to get there since I live near Katy, and after waiting close to 4 hours, after asking several times for ETAs, I was informed by the representative (who was actually very apologetic) that the work on the vehicle was never started! At this point it took everything in me to not explode on the guy, on top of that I had to be at work shortly after. At this point all they had to say is that they could not help me with anything else, and the only option was to wait for the work to be done, which took another hour. In the end, I left the dealership at 7:15 PM! I was told the manager would contact me the next day, but after waiting the whole day, I did not receive a phone call or even an email apologizing for absolutely stealing more than 6 hours of my day and making be late a whole hour to work. I even asked for a quote on some parts and did not ever receive that. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a brand as Autonation which boasts about their customer service and focus.

Their sales department is top notch but the service department is HORRIBLE. We waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. This was AFTER I had advised them that I was on my lunch break from work and they advised that it would take less than an hour because they were “slow”. I have Toyota care and they called me to bring my car in, otherwise I would’ve taken it to my mechanic who does value my time. My recommendation is avoid this service department like the plague if you are just needing your oil changed and tire rotation.Luis S.
Their parts website is down when you get to checkout, the parts departments offers different prices depending on who you speak with, online lady changes her story as to why the website doesnt work, weve been having issues since the storm even though I told her irs been down for over a week. John said call him back when I asked him to price match the online website then he acted like he didnt remember telling me to call him back if website wasnt up and running later that day. They say the record the conversations but i doubt it since the cant keep their stories straight. Been waiting for over a month for Mr Childs the GM to return my calls. I was going to order over $400 in parts but they couldnt care.
They were efficient and kept me updated from the time I pulled up until I left.

I have bought multiple vehicles from AutoNation Toyota, Have had them all serviced by this dealer. This last week 7/13/2021 took our Avalon into the dealership for a front drivers side glass replacement as it had been cracked. We had an appointment set between 5 and 6pm but were able to get there at 4:30 pm we had to wait till 5pm to been seen by the service advisor we were assigned to even though there were no vehicles on the service drive. We made it know multiple times to the service advisor that we were on the service drive. The window was replaced and at the time it was cloudy and I could not see the differance till the next day but the dealership did not tint the window as I had requested to make it look like all of the other windows on the vehicle. All tint of windows was done before we bought the car so either the dealer or the factory did the tinting. To me this is a very poor performance on the service advisor and the dealership for not completing the job.
Excellent and honest dealership! Pratik was amazing and was very knowledgeable of all the products and services the vehicles have to offer. I am a very picky person and indecisive as well. He had a lot of patience and was willing to work to get all my wants into my dream car! He also managed to keep me within my price range! What more could I have asked for?! I want to give Thomas Idele 5 stars.He deserves a nice raise or bonus. He has stepped out on a limb for me. He has evaluated my 2015 toyota camry car issues and has helped me with my insurance company to try and get them to pay for my comprehensive damage. He told me he had a day off and went into work to try and help me figure out if I should use my insurance or extended warranty to get my car fix.I needed to take pics of my vehicle and of the damages and Mr Idele took them for me and forward them to me and I was able to email them to Allstate, so i didnt have to miss work. Thank You, Mr. Thomas Adele for all your help, even though we are still waiting on the Insurance to approve the repairs. A very pleased customer, Yvonne Castillo.
I recently took my car in to get serviced for 2 recalls. The checking in process was quick and easy. They told me it would take them 4 hours and they only needed 3! (On a Saturday no less!) When I came to pick my car up, they gave me a complete packet of suggestions they offered for my older car. I absolutely loved that they didn’t make me sit there and pitch all the suggestions to me they just handed me the packet and sent me on my way! My rep was very nice and informative it was clear if I wanted them to go over the packet they would have. I just didn’t feel like spending my Saturday listening to a sales pitch. I just really appreciated that. They valued my time that was clear!
Good Quick Service. I showed up about 10 Minutes early for my appointment. They told me it would be about an Hour and a Half even though I had an appointment. In about 50 minutes I was done and ready to go.

If you can get them to answer the phone... parts at this dealership are 10-25% higher than other dealers in the area. Oil changes too. $89 for an oil change compared to $60 at other Toyota dealerships. I go to community Toyota or Mike Calvert instead. Outrageous.
Walked into to grab some crush washers for a differential flush. Gave the gentlemen the part number and Javier responded $5 for one which wasnt what I payed last fall.. i asked if that was correct and he responded yes. I left the store without purchasing because that was marked up. I called the parts department 20 minutes later and asked a different employee what the price was and she responded $1.50 which is what I payed last year. I asked why the price was different from a Javier and she responded she assumed i was a shop and not a personal buyer. This isnt the first time this has happened, Ive spent a lot getting oem parts from this dealership but wont be coming back if they are going to keep price gouging.
This was our 6th Toyota we have bought over the years. The vehicle buying experience was great. We were told how AutoNation was all about customer service. And felt it that day. The next day we realized our Brand NEW truck had an ac issue. Rachel our sales lady told us to bring it in this morning. After going around and around with service for 30 mins, because they said we didn’t have an appointment, they had us leave our truck. Rachel told us we didn’t need an appointment because it was a brand new vehicle. Service told us they would only fix it if they could replicate the problem. If I’m sweating while driving 40+ mins with the ac on max there is an issue. If ice is blowing at me there is an issue. We received a call 8 hours later and was told there was nothing to fix. The tech said, we didn’t have the ac set on max and he compared it to another truck. When we showed up and I told them this is unacceptable, they asked to keep the truck until the next morning so they can drive my truck for 30 mins. So now you want to use my gas, put extra miles on my truck and insult my intelligence. Our excellent experience has definitely turned to a negative one quickly. These ppl need to put themselves in the customers shoes. We spent all this money to have a brand new truck not cool us off in Houston in August. Felipe for service is the man. He gets you in and out, makes sure everything needed for the vehicle gets done. For sales. I recently bought a truck, n the whole process was done fast n successfully, just a few things maybe the sales person or maybe me as the customer should have asked or just been told about the features of the truck n maybe been run down more about of the details. But ehhh can’t complain. Sales dude did alright n just hoping for future reference be more like Felipe in service who just plains takes care of his customers!

OOF. Go to look at a Corolla - salesman drives it off the curb and I hear it scrape the bottom.then gives me 5,000 less on my trade in than any other dealership I go to, and tells me “I won’t get a better deal.” Got all huffy puffy when I declined the deal. This place is a big ol yikes

This was the honest and easy to work with auto dealership I have ever encountered in my 50 years of purchasing vehicles. The beat the competition by a lot and did not play games, was honest and straightforward with the answers and proposal. The finance team did a great job as well and overall the dealership far exceeded my expectations.
Went to see what they had on inventory. I saw a Ford Edge for 17900. Went inside to and the price changed to 19,900. They said it was a internets issue. I was going to tell them that it was false advertising. They came back with the original price. I have bought a car from the MINI OF THE WOODLANDS and no problems.
