Took my vehicle there on a Mon and got an estimate and told it would take 3 days to fix. Dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and was sent text updates until Friday. Friday, I had to call to see if my vehicle was done and was told I would be updated, which I wasnt. My 2nd call was late Friday afternoon and was told they were just waiting on glass company to come and replace window. They didnt show up until Monday so I had no vehicle until Monday morning. I was stuck at home for the weekend even though I was told Id have my vehicle by Friday and I took off 1 star because of that. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with the work they did. You cant tell it had been damaged at all. Plus, they detailed my car! It was beautiful and had that new car smell. I would recommend taking your car there if you need collision service.

Great work done on my car. They matched my matte black paint job perfectly when replacing my bumper. The car was a day late and I did not get a call advising me of this. Over all great experience

I expressed to the shop that Id been told by three professionals that at the time of my wreck, a cord was either punctured or dislocated which was causing the battery to drain and the car to fall dead. I was informed to let the shop know this so that the cord could be repaired. I informed them and I was told, there is No Way thats possible. You need a battery. I said ok and that Id have the battery checked a 4th time after the repairs. After the completion of the repairs the car no longer fell dead. My dissatisfaction comes from being talked to like I was a liar and being spoken to as if I was trying to get something for nothing. A little bit of customer service skills go a long way in Amy business.

I got into a car accident and Geico recommended this shop. Really satisfied with the work. Didn’t have to pay since the other person was at fault but the people were professional and kept me up to date with the repairs. I really appreciate it because I got into the accident the week of Christmas and they took the car into the shop Christmas Eve and got me a rental car. They were really wonderful about it.

Thank you to everyone at this location who made the process super easy! I felt welcomed as soon as I drove in the parking lot with their VIP geico parking space. I stepped inside the establishment and was greeted right away by a lovely lady at the front desk. I was in and out of the place so quick with my rental car already waiting for me outside. Great repairs and fast service

I took my car here after my vehicle got hit by ceiling tiles that another vehicle hit on the freeway. I was clueless on where to start with insurance and rental I was totally overwhelmed. Hodges took care of everything!! The rental was brought to me at the collision center and I was able to head to work after. I called for an update and Edward told me my car should be done Friday and it was done when promised. Once arriving home I noticed some of the scratches were still there and called him immediately he told me to bring it back in, he would take care of it. I was frustrated because I had to take time off work again but he fixed everything and my car looks perfect again. Edward gives impeccable customer service and has such a great personality while doing it. He even stayed late because they close at 5:30 and I get off at 5:00 I appreciated that so much!! Thank you Hodges and keep up the great work!

During the repair of my vehicle, if not every single day I was updated as frequently as I felt necessary. The appraiser was very professional. I was updated via text and by phone calls. After the repair was completed I was given the opportunity to provide my feedback regarding their services. I am truly satisfied and would recommend anyone come to this place.

I cannot speak for everyone experience but my own . The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. I’ve had work done twice on my car and each time I’m impressed with their workmanship and how quick they get it done .

The guys and gals at Hodges were great. Isaias was friendly and helpful. The pricing was a lot better than I was expecting, the timing was pretty quick, the work was solid, and they even cleaned my car inside and out! I was dreading having to go to the car wash when I picked it up, but was more than relieved to see my car shining out front when I went to pick it up. Stay away. They only work for geico and not the customer. Awful experience and they only service the insurance company that pays them. Not the customer. They could care less about any customer that walks in. Only about the insurance company that pays their bills. It’s a joke of a shop. I’ve delt with body shops in my job experience and this place isn’t a place I would give to my worst enemy. It’s so sad that shops like this exist only for profit and no regard to a customer that owns the car to make it right.

This is a BS place I had my car repaired by them because it’s close to my house and the insurance company recommended it to me... so I decided to go with them which was a mistake.... they put use parts on my car instead of new.... I even had to take it back 2 times and then they did not even repaint my bumper they only repair what they wanna not want you ask for.... don’t go here the rental car was I joke also didn’t go here don’t waist your time I should have gone to the dealership and they would have done a better job

If youre thinking of where to take your car for repairs, This place is great. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The young lady in the front Christy was super nice, she had me in and out with such ease. I strongly recommend HODGES !

Pretty impressed. Body shops typically rate right up there with used car dealerships or worse. These guy are polite, seem to really care about customer service with out being slimey and also seem to do good work. They get my vote.

After a total loss on my daughters car, I ended up keeping the salvage and having it repaired at Hodges on 249. I wanted a good price since I was paying for the repair but wanted it done right. Hodges called me after looking into the vehicle more and, due to previous damage to the vehicle from before I purchased it, there was more repairs needed to make the vehicle safe. The regional manager spoke with me and said if it were his daughters vehicle, he would want the repairs done right. They showed me the previously shoddy work and we agreed to make the corrective repairs. I appreciate the care given by the entire team working on my daughters car. I highly recommend Hodges!

We have had to accident damages repaired there. They have a contract with our and a bunch of other insurances, making the inspectio - and repair process seamless, and have an Enterprise rental agent on sife to provide replacement vehicles. The position is also quite convenient, at least for us.

Donnie is great. He worked with my insurance company and got my car looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Very friendly staff and keep you updated on all statuses. I live working with them and will definitely look them up if and when the need arises.

They have, unfortunately for us, had to fix my wifes car and my sons.. But EVERY time the job is complete.. Its COMPLETE and perfect! Donny is the best person to deal with there and is 100% on point making sure the repairs are perfect!

I am writing this review 10 months+ after repairs were done to assess them fairly and now I am confident that their quality of the repairs is not so good, I am going again to different places to fix my car.For my case, they worked for insurance company, not me. I could sense dishonesty as soon I met them. Their paint job is ok, but in assessing the full repairs, they were poor. They missed things which really needed repairs and I had to spend money later on, they just made my car looking good again, I am not confident about other stuffs. When I was taking my car out from their lot, I found a beer can in my car, they also lost my wheel lock key and kept denying forever. My request to just take the locks out (which cost $20 anywhere) was also not taken as they kept the whole responsibility on me. Sorry guys, when your repairmen drink beer along with repairs things may be lost. Not a nice experience overall, some things I noticed wrong with my car and they went on making me believing that nothing is wrong until I gave up. They were not supportive and understanding and kept denying my assessment of their work. They dont work for your interest at all. May be this place is good when Insurance company dont recommend it.

Weve used Hodges on 249 several times for accident repairs. Service is always great. Donnie helped us on previous occasions. This past time week was no exception. I had a few issues with my VW Bug, which I thought might be covered under Hodges lifetime warranty. They were not part of the past work - and not covered - but Donnie took care of them anyway and did not charge me ❤🎉❤ Service was fast also!!!Was thrilled with Donnies knowledge and customer service.We have always had good service from Donnie and the team at this 249 location.Much better than any dealership Ive ever delt with.

Bunch of incompetent from the estimator to the manager. All they can say is WE CANT DO IT!!I wish I never chose them to appraise my car for insurance purposes for they underestimated so badly that my insurance underpaid for the covered damages.Do not take your car here!!! They suck!!!

I had cleaned the interior of my car few days before the incident and I chosed hodges collision because it was closer to me. I didnt like the way my car was returned. There were spots of dirt and oil grease inside my car. They did fixed my door dents but somehow my door doesnt close the same way it used to. The lady at the front said they were going to give me a call later on to ask about how satisfy I was with their service, which by the way they never did. I loved their enterprise receptionist but not their service. Oh and by the way my car was not involve in a vehicle accident, it was the door that had dents and got damaged when trying to open it during a lockout. I have gotten better service at other collision centers.

Hodges Collision fixed my car quickly and Donny kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was in the shop. I hope I dont need them again but in the event that I do I will take my vehicle back to them for collision repairs. Thank you for the great service.

Went to get a quote from them but didn’t end up doing business there because staff wasn’t very friendly and they didn’t want to give me the quote let alone see it before the insurance company got it. The insurance might pay for it but the customer gets to choose where the work gets done.

Went to them because they where approved though my insurance to Fixed damage from a wreak and they where right next to my neighborhood.but less than 12 hours of picking up my car wasnt running right which before was fine mostly cosmetic damage was the issue drove it up there to see what was going on and the said oh you dont have any oil in car checked for a leak wasnt one asked why no oil was in it less than 12hr from picking it up they said dont know but we will fill it up then 3weeks later car not running right again so took it to a different mechanic they didnt put the cover that goes under motor to protect it from debri was never put back on so debri from road flow up in motor and caused damage to hoses and something else .No pride in there work

Very SatisfiedI took my car to Hodges Collision Center for repairs to my 2015 Kia Optima bumper and was totally satisfied with the customer service experience and the work completed.Chris Ryland was very professional, helpful, informative, and courteous. The work done was impressive. The final charges were less than 2 other previous estimates I received, and they did the job in half the time. To top it off, they detailed my car and had it looking so nice.Finally, there was tape residue on my back window from when it was pepaired elsewhere; I could not get it off. Hodges went the extra mile and cleaned it removing all the tape residue. That really made me feel like they care about their customers.Thank you Hodges. Keep up the great work!

I got my car repaired here and the outside looked great but after a month it started falling apart on all the places they touched smh DONT GO HERE !!!! Oh and the old white man is rude asfffff and acts like your not there he has no type of customer service.

If you take your car there make sure its done right, check everthing, because they never get it right the first time, it took me 3 trips back and forth to get them ti fix my car right, wasted my time. Steve was nice about it and finally got it fixed. I would never take my car back to this shop.

Geico recommended this place for repair for an minor incident and repair. I talked to someone there about other dings and bumps that were on my 12 year old car to see how much it would cost to get them fixed. They sent me a quote that seemed very reasonable for the repairs. I told them to move ahead. Thankfully they sent me an email that said it could be over another week and that I would have the pay for the rental out of pocket during this time. I reviewed these repairs to make sure we were on the same page and they had left out the major dent that I really wanted to get fixed and told me they could send me another quote for that. I am going to get these other dents fixed somewhere else, but it will cost me more since the Geico repairs will not be done at the same time. One of the reasons I wanted them to do the repairs was that one of the service people I talked with assured me it is much cheaper to do these repairs at the same time. Not happy at all.

Took our can here after the big hail storm in Tomball. They got every dent out!

This place does not give good service initially I was told one week then I was told two weeks then when I told him I was paying for my rental car out of pocket and insurance was not paying for it, they said Oh well bump it up to help you out so now its one and a half weeks. Call on Tuesday and they say that the wrong bumper was ordered and thats pushing it back but might have it done Wednesday call back on Wednesday no should be done on Thursday called on Thursday yes we will have it done at 6 p.m.. Both me and my wife took off work early to go get it at 5:15 they say oh were not going to have it done today. Hopefully tomorrow back to 2 weeks will never take anything here again.

The quality of the repairs with paint fit and finish, on-time completion, and customer service were top-notch.

Took my car here in the end of October 2016. I got a call it was finally ready December 22. Drove off their lot and had to turn back around cause ac was not working. Over the next few months had to continue taking it back cause they still couldnt get the ac working properly. Finally had to take my car to the dealership to get a diagnostic test and pay $100 out of pocket to find out what was the real problem. Took it back to them to fix. Though all employees were nice I was not to happy about the amount of money we lost out of pocket and continued issues we had.
