I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Momentum again. After being rear-ended in a car accident, and my car was later deemed a total loss, I was referred to Momentum by my local Audi dealer. From the beginning they were extremely helpful, professional and diligent. Jason Moreau went above and beyond when the insurance company I was working with was unresponsive. He took it upon himself to find a timely solution and move the process forward. Thank you, Jason!

I had to drop my vehicle off for repairs and was going to use this location. My insurance called Momentum West on June 22 and confirmed drop-off for July 2 in the morning, as this was the earliest they could see me. Today I call the body shop to confirm myself and they tell me that they dont have a reservation and that the earliest they can get me in is on July 8. Confused, I call my insurance and they once again confirm that they were told July 2 as the drop-off date; they call Momentum again but get the same response I did. I call Momentum back and while expressing my frustration at the situation-since at this point it is clear that Momentum dropped the ball in making the reservation-I am constantly interrupted. I also keep hearing the excuse that they are fully booked until July 8, as if I am being unreasonable for being upset that I now have to drop my vehicle off a week later than planned, and as such modify plans and my rental car reservation.I usually hate speaking out about businesses, even when they are in the wrong, as I understand that situations can be complex and at the end of the day people are imperfect and often handling situations the best they can. However, I felt Momentum was incredibly unprofessional and failed to do anything to try and apologize or, more importantly, take accountability for their mistake. I will not be taking my vehicle to this shop.I spoke with Dorothy and another representative. While I do wish they had been more kind, I recognize that they were not responsible for the initial mix up.

We had two vehicles that needed some body work done on them. We brought both in on the same day to have estimates written up, and we dropped one off that same day for the work to begin. Joe was our advisor there and he did an awesome job. He got the estimates done up quickly, worked with our insurance, and completed the work on the first car right on time. The second car was completed ahead of time. I cannot thank them enough!

They do great work at this shop. I had some suspension issues after an incident in my 2012 BMW, and they got the job done well. Glenn is very professional and great to work with. This is a fantastic place to take your vehicle. They do an amazing job of communication and repair. I was especially impressed with Joe Sonnier. He is an excellent manager who will text you and email you and keep you informed all the way through the process. Even though my car was repaired over the holidays he still maintained excellent communication and took care of me. Santa came early foe me. He was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure my car was put back to BMW standards. He and the shop are excellent at working with the insurance company to make sure that your vehicle is going to be repaired correctly and professionally. Don’t mess around with taking your car anywhere else but here. If you want it done right this is the place. Tell them Robert sent you.

I went in with some pretty serious front end damage & my estimator Glenn Porter was extremely professional. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. More importantly I ended up paying much less than what my initial estimate was! Hard to find honesty like that these days. They do top notch work with top notch service!

I show the car to make sure received it like they way was with no scratches after repair and 2 weeks delay car not repair good I cant close the back door like they old way backdoor make sound when open it or close it and car too they charge more than any other body shop and they dont do good job I have to sold the car next day because I was scared if will have more problems I dont recommend this shop at all I am sure all the customers add good reviews they had small repair maybe

We decided to bring our car (BMW) there after a wreck. Mr White was really communicative from the beginning. he let us know through the repair process how things were going and when we would get our car back. When we got it back everything was perfect, we couldnt tell car experienced a wreck. When he dropped us the car he told us to check if everything was fine while driving the following days and to let him know if something was wrong. A sensor acted up a little bit so we decided to bring the car back to the shop. They took care of it right away and ordered a new sensor. He gave a a rental as they had to wait for the sensor. Long story short, I had to experience a lot of body shop here in the US and in Europe too. So far Momentum West Collision Center is one of the best ones. High quality job and the customer service is great, plus rental car company in house is a HUGE plus. My wife and I really had a good experience with them!

I had a great experience at the body shop. Gatlin was the service person that help me from the day of the estimation to coordination with insurance claim process, ordering parts, ensuring reservation of the rental car, and completing the work in a timely manner. He kept me informed every step of the fixing process via text. Great experience with Joe Sonnier and Momentum West Collision Center! Joe checked me in and marked up my car with everything that needed to be fixed within 15-20 minutes and had me on my way. Updates were frequent, and the entire Momentum team worked to call me back quickly whenever I had a question. Quality work, I wont take my BMW anywhere else for collision repairs.

Overall, I had a good experience at Momentum West Collision Center. I am pleased with the work that was done. They repaired minor scratches and a paint chip on my new 2019 Range Rover Sport. The advisor, Mark, was also very helpful and ensured I was up-to-date on the timeline for the repairs. Additionally, he personally should get a 5-star rating for his patience and diligence in working with the representatives from the dealership covering the costs of some of the repairs. And although the costs of repairs were extremely higher than expected; I assume this is par for the course with owning a Land Rover. Nonetheless, Im hopeful that I will not need repairs of any kind for a long time; however, if I do, I will certainly return to this Center.

Brought my BMW X5 in to repair a ding and paint chip in rear door. Gatlin White was the Service Advisor. He said it could take 3 or 4 days, but he would do his best to get it done right away. He promised to keep me posted on progress. He did everything he promised...and got my repair done and my car ready for pickup after 2 days. The car looks great. They even washed it. The price was fair, and the customer service superb. In my opinion, Mr White is outstanding. While I hope not to need repairs in the future, Momentum BMW West Collision will be my go-to if ever needed.

Gatlin is more than PROFESSIONAL!!! He is very nice person, he guided me in every single step while my car was being fixed. During the process, he calls me every day and explains all the procedures to make sure I understand how the insurance process works and all the details regarding the repairs as he follows up with the Insurance Company. Great experience here. Car had a decent amount of damage and now it looks n drives like nothing happened. Joe Sonnier was my service provider and he was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. I was definitely in good hands. I got my BMW back yesterday, which was a week early. There was one issue with the headlight housing not being set properly making the lights illuminate unevenly, but I took it back this afternoon and he had it fixed in 20 minutes, no problem. He even mounted my plates. Would definitely recommend.

A few things... it was very difficult to get an accurate date for when my car was going to be ready... during the course of the repair, i was told 7 different dates within the final 10 days. when i called for a status, i was read the list pf remaining tasks (needs to go to assembly, needs to be inspected, needs to go to Paint, etc... what i wanted to hear was it will be ready by 5:00 on Thursday night.Also because of all of the delays, i was told that the body shop would cover the cost of the rental car for the last week. Jose confirmed, but he has not returned my calls to pay the final rental invoice.

My car was sent to BMW collision center and Gatlin was the person to over look my car the entire time it was there from the time of arrival till I picked it up which was about 15 days. He called and updated me each time the adjuster went out to look at my car he argued with the insurance company to make sure everything that was damaged during the accident was completely paid for and fixed. Great Service! I dropped my Audi Q5 in over the holidays and the service was surprisingly fast. The receptionist was sweet and helpful, there was a coffee bar inside (I believe it was Starbucks), and the updated e-mails on the status of the car. Worst service EVER! Went in today to get an estimate on my Audi for a collision that occurred the day prior. I was informed by my insurance company that I could take my vehicle anywhere for repairs, however I needed to submit the quote from the shop I want to use. Audi USA gave a list of authorized Repair Facilities and this one was the closest to my home. I called prior to visiting to confirm their process and see if I needed anything from my Ins company and I was told I could just bring my vehicle in and they would give me an estimate to submit. When I entered no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. After waiting at the empty reception desk for about 3 minutes, I approached a gentleman sitting at a desk and told him I was there to get an estimate. He then informed me that I needed to wait on an insurance adjuster to look at my car and that the ins company would contact them. I explained to him what I was informed by my insurance company and he went on to tell me that I was informed wrong and I could submit a quote from another shop then went on to explain (his view) of how insurance companies and body shops do business. I had to practically beg this employee to do his job, after which he did get up and ask me to fill out a form. There is no way I plan to take my vehicle to a shop that has employees who refuse to even give a customer an estimate. Although It may be a further drive, I have opted to take my Audi to a different shop that was proud and thankful to have my business.

Due to insurance issues they had our car for over a month but they consistently kept calling the insurance to get the car completed. Once all approved Gatlin worked hard with his staff to get our car back as soon as possible.

This was not my first time to bring my car to Momentum and it probably wont be the last. There is a reason I specified this shop for my repairs. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Gatlin and had a wonderful experience. It is not fun dealing with the inconvenience but Gatlin made the process painless and supported me every step of the way. Car came out beautifully and Im pleased once again

I would not recommend using this collision center. I got into a wreck a month after I moved to Houston and decided that I wanted to take my 3 series to a BMW dealer to have it fixed. BMW is usually really good with service and customer care, but I will have to say that this is one of the most poorly run BMW centers Ive been to. I got into my accident on 7/2/2015 and I didnt get my car back until 9/16/2015, nearly two and a half months without a car!Cons:1) They were horrible at keeping me updated about the status of my car. I had to call THEM to check the status each week.2) They overlooked my car in sending it into the shop for work, which caused a ridiculously longer delay. I dont even know how that happened and how they can overlook work.3) The manager who runs the place, gave me a crappy excuse about why they didnt meet the expected completion date. I drove out to the collision center to speak with him face to face because I was tired of dealing with their crap. He said it was because they were busy and thats just how it is sometimes. Missing the expected completion date by a couple days is understandable, but missing it by 3 weeks is not!4) My car broke down a couple days after I finally got it back because the coolant was leaking, and I had to take it to a dealer to get it fixed again. They lagged on fixing my car, and when they finally did, they didnt even do it properly!Pros:1) They provided me with a rental car for a short period of time after they realized they made a mistake and overlooked my car. They were supposed to have started work on my car 7/28/2015, but they didnt start it until 9/2/2015!I would avoid this collision center like the black plague! BMW should be ashamed to call this place one of their collision centers, knowing how BMW usually keeps very high standards for service and support! I rather go to a Chrysler dealership next time, like my insurance agent suggested me to do in the first place!
