My client manager (Zeek) is absolutely excellent. His communication is excellent, his customer service is excellent, his commitment to having the work done by a specific time is excellent. The shop appearance is very clean and organized. The mechanics are always hard working and working hard!! The store front is amazing. Lots of awesome display of collectibles inside the cabinets which any car enthusiast can appreciate. The front desk representatives are simply fabulous. A simple call can get you the answers you need or to a resource who can. Those wonderful ladies value their customer base and it shows with every call they receive!

We’ve had Metropolitan fix several cars of ours, from extensive bodywork to minor repairs. Every time, the work is professional, looks brand-new, and our cars come back fully detailed, inside and out. These guys regularly throw in extras for no cost just to make it meet their exacting quality. Eddie just finished coordinating the work on my Audi Q5 and even took me in the shop at one point to see the progress. It’s hard to find body shops that treat women like legitimate customers (even though it’s 2021) and I have been respected and given the same level of attention as my husband in this process, which just increases my trust. I have zero interest in shopping around: these guys are the right ones. Pick them.

I cannot say enough good things about Metropolitan Collision Center. I had some very intensive corrective repairs done to my BMW after Sterling Mccall collision center in clear lake performed some... shady work to say the least. The lady at the front desk was so kind, and a tremendous help with making my appointment when I had to reschedule a couple times. From the second I dropped my vehicle off, Kevin validated my concerns and was extremely helpful- as was the entire team here. He was extremely accommodating, and helped me out multiple times with some additional requests I had. He even provided photos throughout the process, and provided frequent updates on my vehicle status. This shop is INCREDIBLY detail oriented, which I was extremely happy about. I picked my car up looking even better than when I first got it. Not a single panel gap or misalignment in sight, which was a major issue with the previous shop. To top things off, the car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up. The car was spotless! Hopefully it won’t be necessary, but I will never take any of my vehicles to another bodyshop. I would drive hours out of my way to come here if I had to! Highly recommend Metropolitan Collision, and want to thank everyone there for a fantastic experience.

A friend was driving his late model GMC pickup on the North Freeway when he was rear ended. The bumper, tailgate and quarter panel were damaged.He took the truck to Metropolitan Collision. They did an excellent job. They kept him informed on the status of the repair while the truck was in the shop.They do quality work and provide good customer service.

Had a front bumper replaced and painted for my 20 Porsche GT4. Ive used a few other shops in Houston over the years and none come close to my experience here. Paint was immaculate, and the color match (chalk) was spot on! Staff was very nice and helpful, and very accommodating to make sure that I left with my car 100% satisfied. Id definitely recommend and will definitely be back if I need such services again. Big thanks to Andy for the constant updates on my cars status and hassle free communication.

Best Body Shop in Town. Amazing staff who is dedicated not only to good service, but to great and lasting quality. We have had two cars fixed here after major collisions. Metropolitan collision was awesome! They did excellent, quality work and they were also super fast. The dealership quote was more expensive and was going to take 2+ weeks compared to the 2 days metropolitan collision needed. Kevin was helpful, patient, kind, and very responsive throughout the whole process. He even fixed something that wasn’t on the original estimate my boyfriend got for me the morning of the next business day, no questions asked. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. They obviously care about customer satisfaction and it shows. I would and will highly recommend them and would definitely go back!!

Recommended by a friend that is an auto adjuster for a major insurance company. Took BMW there for two problems being handled outside of insurance. One was a replacement and the other a repair. Perfect job on both at a very fair price. Wife still in trouble for losing my dog but no longer for wrecking my car.

They are quite literally the highest quality collision repair center in the Houston area. Certified Tesla, BMW, Merc, Audi/VW). love the owner/manager Long term staff. They take the time to do things the right way (Wich does not mean fastest). If you want fast, then go to a chain shop or dealership. If you go that route you will regret the three days you saved in a matter of months. Do yourself a favor, and dont do the chain thing. These guys wrestle with the insurance so that everything is as good as factory new.

Thanks to Metropolitan for the amazing help they provided during my recent accident. They stored my car while the insurance company completed a lengthy investigation and began as soon as they were given the green light. They removed all the broken components and placed them neatly on a rack where they could be reviewed by insurance adjusters. They dealt with insurance adjusters to ensure every component and issue was covered. They certainly made it easier and they are dedicated to returning your vehicle back to factory specification. The work they do is exceptional. If you care about your BMW this is where you want to take your vehicle. As a picky enthusiast with a complicated M car, they really understand your intention and love cars. They welcomed me when I wanted to visit the vehicle to take pictures and see how it was coming along. They were patient and accepting with all my comments and requests. They communicated effectively telling me when they ran into issues and how they planned to mitigate them. They provided knowledgeable advice and in the end my car looked factory new. Good work takes time and it was worth it. Its been over a month and half with no issues to report. Sincere THANK YOU to Jason and Andy!

I brought my 2018 Audi Q5 here because it is an Audi certified body shop. However, the repair quality was poor. I had some front bumper damage that was a total about $2,500 (other insurance paid for it) and the repair left the front unsymmetrical. Also, they missed a cracked plastic part and had to repair it a second time. The headlights were not adjusted properly either to line up the shine. I am going to take it up there for a third time now to help resolve the issues.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and my experience was amazing. My Nissan Platinum Pathfinder was heavy damaged on the rear right passenger door. My technician was Jose Hernandez and he is a true master at his craft. The team of professionals at this shop will not disappoint. My vehicle was returned in a timely manner and in better than new condition. Clean, professional, curtius and outstanding. This will be the only place I will ever take my vehicles to. Thank you!

They quoted me $6000 to fix a dented fender. Even if the fender needed to be replaced completely, it shouldnt cost even half of that.They will price gouge you if they think they can get away with it.

Zeek took a look at my vehicle and wrote up an estimate. He coordinated everything seamlessly and his team completed the work within just a few days. The work done was impeccable. The color was matched perfectly. They also sent one of the wheels out to be repaired and that work was equally amazing. Do not hesitate to take your car or truck here for body work. We tried to get them to do a small repair the estimator was rude and very unprofessional we ended up getting a quote 1400 less dont use these guys!

I got my BMW 4 series gran coupe repaired from a T-bone accident at Metropolitan Collision. As and architect/contractor/designer, I am always worried about the microscopic details. However Metropolitan did an amazing job with their craftsmanship. I was really please with the paint job. and the drive is still the same as when I first bought the car. Also they are willing to help with any details you point out that need to be worked on even after you get your car back! Great staff and mechanics! Would recommend to any high-end vehicle owners.

They over promised and under delivered every step of the way. The car wasnt done. They tried to give me the car back empty of gas and with an engine light and an error saying the gas cap wasnt shut. I would go somewhere that can give accurate completion dates and that actually finishes the car before they give it back. All I got was empty apologies and no explanation. I am really disappointed in a place that is supposed to have a good reputation: they likely pay for their yep status like so many times other sub par businesses.

For anyone wondering whether they should bring their car to Metropolitan Collision, dont hesitate. After a teenager decided to play out his fantasies of driving a monster truck by driving over the left fender of my car in his F350, I was stuck trying to figure out which shop would do the best job they could with my Z4 that I had owned for less than two months.After reading a few BMW forum posts, I was led to Metropolitan Collision and I have no regrets. I never once visited the shop until it was time to pick up the car and all of my discussions with Metropolitan Collision were done on the phone while I was 100 miles away in College Station. Jason Holder, one of the service writers, was amazing. He responded promptly to all of my requests, kept me updated with any work being done on my car, and dealt with the insurance company so that I wouldnt have to. He also provided great recommendations for how to deal with the insurance company regarding my rental car as well as putting me in touch with a great diminished value claims specialist.Once I did get around to picking up the car, I could not find a single flaw with the repair. The alignment was near perfect (I checked out of curiosity with a set of calipers) and I could not find a single hint of overspray. There was no seam in the quality of the paint and it was impossible to tell the car had even had ~9k worth of work done on it. Cant go wrong with bringing your car to Metropolitan Collision!

I should have been hesitant from the start to take my vehicle to this repair shop being it took them 3 weeks to start repairs. Instead I trusted this shop based on reviews, and I wanted what I thought would be a great quality of work as well as customer service. I assumed that since they repair such high end vehicles that they would have no problem repairing my Volkswagen being a certified Volkswagen repair shop. It took them 5 weeks to fix my vehicle, so my car was a total 8 weeks out of commission. They repaired the right from bumper, as well as suspension, and my alignment.I was so excited when I was called by Eddie Rivera who I had worked with from the start and he stated my car was ready to be picked up. The next day I picked it up Eddie was not present, and I felt uneasy when I looked my car over and the bumper was not flush, it was sticking out on the side they had repaired. I went back inside, spoke to the owner and he had the techs fix it. My thoughts were, how did you not notice this before calling me? The next day I left my apartment and heard a sound I never heard before on the front right side again where they fixed the suspension, as well as my alignment seeming off as if it was pulling to the right. How could this happen, day 2 of me having my car? I was beyond frustrated because they had my car for 5 weeks. So Id have to go through the process of repair all over again, and it was around the holidays at that. I didnt want to deal with this any further.After two weeks of hearing this repetitive noise in my suspension first thing in the morning only. I expressed my concerns to Eddie, and he told me to bring it in. They would fix the alignment as well as take a look at the suspension. I agreed that Id bring it in the next morning. After promising me this, he called me back the end of day saying that they could not repair alignment, being it wasnt warranted but to bring it in. I took it to the shop the next day and of course as I expressed to him beforehand my car only makes a noise first thing in the morning while driving on uneven pavement. By the time I brought my car to the repair shop it was already warmed up. They took a look, and their response was the unprofessional approach blame it on other things. I said, so basically youre wasting my time right now and have wasted my time in mediocre repairs to say there is nothing you can do. Some warranty they provide. I go to the waiting area, and he comes out and states they have decided to hold my car over night and redo the alignment.When I picked up my car the next day, he shows me the alignment sheet. I drive off still noticing my car is pulling to the left, as well as the noise is still happening first thing in the morning. I called him the next day in the AM, and of course he had the receptionist forward me to his voicemail. Then he sends me an email stating in so many words that there was nothing else they could do. He recommended me to take my care to a Volkswagen dealer, and have them take a look. Of course that requires additional money out of my pocket.I am beating myself up that I made the decision to use this shop. They lack proper customer service, and they refuse to look deeper into the issue because they cant get more money out of my insurance to do so. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wouldnt want anyone else to experience this level of frustration.

UDPDATED REVIEW:Dishonest adjusters. Poor quality repairs.Avoid this place at all cost! I cant imagine how this place has any good reviews. You will be frustrated and recieve your vehicle not put back together in proper and safe ways. VERY poor quality work done by technicians and poor communication from customer service.Based on what I encountered and overheard while waiting in office a couple times I suspect the following; that their are two owners. One owner of the body/repair shop and one owner of the insurance claim work. Seems as though its a hostage situation that the body/repair shop does not care about quality and the insurance claim side can not do anything about it. I also overheard one of the adjusters teaching another employee how to make more money by dishonestly working a part on the claim so they can make money.First Visit: 1/20182003 Honda OdysseyThey fixed my van door but there was an issue with the door handle cylinder not being installed properly. But once I told them they fixed it in 30 min. Paint is peeling off at driver side door now 12/2018.Second Visit:2006 Ford F250 SuperdutyHorrible technician work. Poor communication. This place cost me lots of time money and frustration. The experience I had with getting my truck repaired was by far the most non attentive and sloppy Ive seen at a auto body shop. From door bolts not even hand tight when I came to pick up truck to additional damage caused by technicians I had dozens of problem that stretched out over several months. It is too much information to share on a review. I can send emails if someone is interested I documented entire ordeal.

My frustrations with Metropolitan Collision are exclusively related to their customer service. I have zero complaints about the quality of the work and the phenomenal job they did repairing my vehicle. However, it took 2 to 3 weeks over the initial estimated time to repair. I understand repairs can get delayed for a multitude of reasons but I never got a single update (call/email/text) letting me know about the status of my vehicle until the day before it was ready. The only information I received about my vehicle was when I personally called them check in. On those calls, I was told differing reports each time (i.e. week 3 they claimed they had completed a step that in week 4 they stated hadnt even been started yet). I was referred here by family who have had an excellent experience, and I was very frustrated and saddened to learn that my experience was suboptimal. I rarely write reviews but feel so strongly that they were entirely unprofessional in their lack of communication and inability to provide consistent reports on my vehicle. I sincerely hope my experience is an anomaly.

The folks at Metropolitan are great! The body work & paint was great, customer service was exceptional and everything was completed within the timeframe provided. Even after having an unforseen issue with my radiator that the insurance adjustor missed, Metropolitan took care of it by engaging the adjustor and being part of MY TEAM to get the repair covered and done right. I hope my bmw doesnt ever needbody work again, but if it does (ugh), Ill bring it to Metropolitan. Thanks Andy!
