Had an amazing experience at Master Car Care. My tire blew out and the wheelhouse panel was damaged in the process. I came in the moment they opened and thankfully they were able to repair my car the same day. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful through the process. Needed a tune up on a Sunday and 3 of my spark plugs are in a tight spot to replace, so couldnt do it myself, but these guys did the work in a reasonable time frame. I felt the price was a little high but considering theyre open on a Sunday, did the job in less time then planned, and the urgency I found myself in to get it done, I think it was worth the costs.

Master Car Care has absolutely the best team of people. I am new to Houston and don’t know anyone, this place is right down the street so I took my car in for an oil change. A few months later my tire pressure light came on so I swung by and they filled my tires up straight away. And then just today both my mirrors were tore off by a car wash. I drove straight to Master Car Care, knowing they would help me. I was in a state but Matthew Mateus quickly alleviated my worries. He talked me through my options, and had my car put back together within hours.I really do not like living in Houston but finding Master Car Care has been highlight of my year. Thank you guys for always taking care of me.

I have used them a few times for oil changes and decided to use them for other repairs only to find out after looking at price estimates that they were grossly overcharging me in some cases. 300+ for blower transistor motor replaced, avg price is about 140. Spark plugs 469, avg price 220-330. Even fuel injection cleaner 170. Parts for that one are about 20.. Dont think Ill bring my jeep back here for anything other than oil change from now on. Disappointed this place is just trying to get over, they dont care about their customers at all.

Needed a wheel alignment for my Dodge Ram 2500. Scheduled an appointment over the phone to bring the truck in and they were able to complete the service same day. Couldn’t be happier! Staff was very helpful.

They helped us find an odd leak we had in both our cars after heavy rain and only charged minimal time to fix it. Then they fixed a very minor mirror issue for no additional charge. I would recommend master care to anybody. Great customer service and quality work.

I’ve been a customer for years. They never disappoint. Jose is my service guy and he just takes care of things. When I needed new tires I let him pick them out based on how I wanted them to feel driving and perform and they are perfect! They are fast and friendly and have convenient hours. Plus is they have a body shop there too so it’s a one stop deal! You won’t be disappointed.

Very quick work and very reasonably priced! My stick shift gave out and I got a referral from a friend of a friend and I was very pleased with the great customer service I received over the phone and in person.

My check engine light came on and notified me that I had a small evap leak in the system. I took it in and Jose had the guys diagnose the issue and fix it within 4 hours. Very happy with the services provided as this was my first time here, I will 100% be back if/when anything goes wrong.

Ford Rusk and Matthew Mateus are great guys.They helped me buff out some paint on my car and it looked good as new. Also they helped order a replacement part for my Volkswagen. I highly recommend going to these guys for great service. Very friendly experience.They get the job done! I definitely will be coming back.

Friendy in the office, but service is very slow. Specifically frustrating because they told me one timeline and then continually pushed it back. Not necessarily unusual for a garage, but felt slower than previous experiences I have had. My next oil change after visiting this shop I got my tires rotated again and the shop told me the studs were stripped on 2 lugs on my front right tire. I went back to master care and told them. They replaced the studs for free and finished the rotation which I really appreciated. However, now, on my next oil change, there are 3 lugs stuck on the front left tire. Very frustrated to have this happen again. Also- they replaced my timing cover gasket & flushed coolant which caused them to have to remove the oil pan, empty & replace the oil as well. On the receipt line with my oil type it says 4.2. One to two weeks after having this work done, the low oil level light started blinking off and on in my car. I called the shop about this and they told me that my car is getting older and this happens. I checked the level myself and it was far lower than typical after an oil change. My cars capacity is 5.1 qts. I assume that they just shorted the oil when refilling the tank. After putting more oil in myself, I have not had the light come back on. I got good recommendations for this shop, so I was disappointed by all these issues, especially now having to pay for new studs after having this issue a second time. So disappointing. Will not go back here.

I needed quick service for the underbody of my car, called a couple of places that couldnt help, but when I called MCC Ted answered and said I could come over first thing the next morning. I sat in the waiting area I thinking about what kind of damage and charges Id be looking at. Within 30 minutes, I was given my keys back, told it had just gotten loose, and it was reattached with no charge! (I had had work done that Monday at the Toyota dealership!) Their logo says, Yesterdays service... For me, thats being honest and decent - thank you, and Ill be back!

I highly recommend Master Car Care on Yale Street to my family and friends!!! The general manager Harrison Rusk and his amazing crew went way beyond the call of duty yesterday when the tow truck driver delivering my car backed into another car parked in the garage with my car...who does that???Harrison represented me like a family member would (in my absence) even though it was my first time there. Once I arrived, he made sure all details where taken care of, stood by my side throughout the whole ordeal, and made this unusual situation palatable. He also prioritized my car today, got all the mechanical issues fixed, and washed my car!!! Wow!!!! Talk about customer service. Proves that this city is full of decent people who will go above and beyond to help someone else. I highly recommend Master Car Care to everyone! I am now officially a lifetime, and happy, customer!

Matthew was very helpful getting my bumper reattached after the attachment point had failed. Work took only 20 minutes and walked right in. I will definitely be back when its time to replace the bumper.

Wonderful customer service, professional systems (text messages throughout the process and detailed reports), and quality work. They even washed and cleaned my entire car!!!! I usually dread dealing with car maintenance and repairs, but Master Car Care & Collision relieves that stress.*Update* I had an isolated negative experience about a year after this original post. Master Car Care listened to my feedback and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was both refreshed and impressed my the management.
