Brought my truck to Mac Haik Ford for body repairs, and Juan Avila took care of the whole process. Including scheduling a rental, contacting my insurance provider, and making sure to take care of any service repairs needed. With covid and resent RIF going around it is not common to get decent customer service. Juan Avila went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated during the process. Would recommend bring your vehicle here for any repairs and requesting Juan Avila you wont be disappointed.

They repaired my car perfectly, and mine was a special edition shelby. Could not be more appreciative for their help!

I had a weird stain on the hood of my Ford Edge and Mr. Robert went above and beyond to handle it for me. He stuck with his quote (which was more than fair to start with) even though it wound up being way more work than anticipated, my car came back to me cleaner than I left it, and he and his crew did a GREAT job fixing the problem. Everybody I dealt with was super friendly and helpful, and while I hope my car doesnt have any issues in the future, this is where Ill be bringing it if it does.

The fuel tank cover for my F-150 disappeared, and I needed a new one with matching paint. The paint color is Kodiak Brown, a metallic paint that’s not super common.After making a ton of calls and searching the web, I realized this was something only the dealer could fix. I called and spoke with Terry. He was able to order and paint a new fuel door with a perfect paint match in just a few days. Didn’t even have to leave my truck there. My truck was as good as new for just over a hundred bucks. Terry even showed me how to get a paint pen from the parts department in Kodiak Brown for twenty bucks so I could repair some light scratches acquired over the years.Very happy with Terry and the crew at the Mac Haik Ford body shop.

I would like to thank Robert Rodriguez for a job well done. Robert lived up to his reputation of excellence. He ordered the parts necessary to do the repair and informed me when the parts arrived. He then scheduled a date to bring in my truck and let me know about the day it would be finished. It was completed on time and my truck looks like new! Let me say Im in the automotive finish industry, so I come across a lot of poor body and paint work. I was referred to the Mac Haik Ford body shop by a friend after being in an accident that required quite a bit of repairs. I worked with Robert, he was great through the entire process start to finish. He made sure my repair was handled correctly, no short cuts. On the day of pickup I was pleasently shocked. Looking at the paint and other work completed I could not believe the quality. Had I tried to nit pick, I wouldnt have been able to find any issues. I was very happy to see there are still craftsman out there who show pride in their work.

Slow, very slow. Reasonable quality at high prices. They need to add quality trained staff. Slow on estimates and frustratingly slow on repairs. The manager talked to this time appeared to be communicative and on timely.

Took my car there after a wreck thinking it would be the best for the car, after getting it back 2 days later the clutch went bad almost got into another accident, called the person that took care of the car “Cristian” took them 3 days to diagnose the car, then said i had to pay $1,800 to replace the clutch something that they repaired and went wrong. So i decided to replace the part since they said that was the only thing wrong, i replaced it and still same thing, tried calling but all he says its “let me call my technician” and never returns calls, i have about 3 months without being able to use my car.... really upset with this business thanks for nothing

Was in an accident and I had to get parts of my car replaced. Cristian Garcia was the one I had the pleasure dealing with when it came to my car. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable and was very helpful! He took care of all my insurance things and was very quick to finish my repairs! I am very pleased with his work and would Highly recommend coming here and talking to Cristian for your cars body repair needs!

This business is horrible; I took my car in to get fixed due to being rear ended; after about a week the person fixing my car called the insurance to say it was ready so naturally I went to pick it up but what I saw was not a fixed car; the taillight was broken, there were scratches and a dent on the side of the car. The insurance was paying me for the days I was not working so when they called the insurance to say it was ready the insurance stopped the payment. It took them additional time bc of the tail light and scratches And the insurance no longer paid me bc the body shop said it was ready when it in fact was not. So when I asked to speak to the manager About the situation I explained to him the situation and he said that it was not his problem and kicked us out. So then I tried to speak to the service manager and after waiting an hour hoping for a solution, he reacted the same way not giving us a solution. I have been trying to reach out to him over the phone & leaving messages but he does not respond.

Great service. I had my Chevrolet fixed last week and they were very professional and took great care of my car. Highly recommended.

Body shop - what can you say.

I had the best experience at this Mac Haik Ford Body Shop. Robert Rodriguez was extremely helpful and diligent with explanations. 5 stars all the way.

No customer service whatsoever. The body shop had my vehicle for two months (each time telling me they had to keep it to do the same work they had told me they were doing the week before). The body shop did not check my vehicle for any damage, but relied instead on the insurance adjuster. When my vehicle did not work as it should, I was told that they didnt know if it would work because it was never checked out.These guys are in the business of cashing checks from insurance companies not making customers happy. I was never told my vehicle would not run as it should unless I paid out of pocket for additional repairs. This is because no evaluation was ever done by the body shop to indicate that my vehicle would need additional repairs.Avoid this place at all costs. There are thousands of body shops in Houston. You are better served to use any other place.

Had a good experience with the Mac Haik body shop on two company vehicle insurance claims. The vehicles were back in half the time of a nearby competing dealer. I would definitely recommend using them.

They repaired the sunroof and roof of my F-150 after I drove it into a low parking garage. They fixed the damage within a good time frame. I had to take it back to get one thing checked and fixed but they took great care of me.

Chris did a great job and had great communication. Highly recommend.

I went in for a quote on a fender scrape. I was told it would be thousands of dollars, and that I needed to leave the car for days but we can get you a loaner through your insurance. The next place I went to buffed it out in 30 minutes and charged me $80.

Awful people, down right liars. Will never shop here again!
