My vehicle (Chrysler 300S) was brought to Helfman Chrysler for an estimate of collision repairs after being hit by another driver. I was in an automobile accident that required major collision repairs. It was the other person’s fault and their insurance provider recommended Helfman Dodge (she said they are the best in Houston). It was close to my house so I went with them. I have never had a more positive car repair experience in my life.David Sedam was the Helfman rep who handled my whole case, and wow, I was blown away by how awesome he was! He handled all the insurance details, the vehicle rental (they have Enterprise on-site), coordinated the repairs, and kept me in the loop all along the way. David has a perpetually positive attitude and balances his professional demeanor with a genuineness that is hard to beat. By the end of the process I felt like David was an old friend I could catch a beer with.The repairs on my car are perfect! They basically had to replace the whole right side of my car. The paint matches, the doors open and close seamlessly, they even replaced an internal door mechanism that wouldn’t have been caught by the mechanics if David didn’t make a point of doing the inspection himself.I am more than pleased with the service provided by Helfman Dodge, specifically David Sedam.6 out of 5 stars.

Excellent work! Friendly customer service! They gave me a quote over the phone and it was the same when I went to drop my Jeep off and when I paid the final bill. Before driving off I notice that the inside of my door had not been properly placed. One of the workers noticed me looking and came over amd asked was everything ok. When I mentioned the door he promptly corrected it.

When l my car fix. My car has something broken from the dealership that was not broken before. They try to take advantage of women in the service department. They say things are broken so you spend out more money. They are not a great dealership.

I came here as it was recommended by my dealership, but there was lack of customer service skills from the agent that was helping me. I told the insurance I was selecting this place and the agent probably thought it was a done deal, so his attitude changed and thought he could talk to me however he wanted. Their warranty on parts they use on your car is verrryyyyy limited. I was willing to overlook that, but his attitude made me walk out, get on my car and call my insurance to cancel payment on this shop and chose another one that appreciates me as a customer. I told him via his text message service, and never heard from anyone again. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

Brought vehicle in after attempted break-in cracked passenger side windows. Joshua Greissman and staff were great. Found every bit of damage, communicated with my insurance company to make sure all the damage was fixed under coverage and kept me well informed throughout the process. All I had to do was pay the deductible. Doors and window frames had to be fixed and repainted and they got it all done in a week.

Great customer service. Alec was super helpful getting my Jeep repaired. While it took a few days longer than expected, I was updated nearly everyday of the progress and that was much appreciated. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car as an added measure.

My window was broken into and they were able to fix it in one day. I showed up as a walk in and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Their front receptionist, Claudia, was very welcoming. She was able to assist me with questions and direct me to one of their advisors. Mr. Chuck was very detailed and able to explain the procedure. While I was given an estimated time frame of 2 days, they were actually able to get the job done within 24 hours of the incident occurring. I highly recommend them. My experience at Helfman Ram was extremely positive. From my first encounter with Laura, I felt that she was very attentive and she kept me updated as the repair process was moving foward. When I went to pick up my truck, I took a second vehicle to get a repair estimate on a bad scratch down the side. Ira took one look at my damage and went to his car and came back with a bottle and a rag. He proceeded to completely remove the entire scratch, leaving a very small dent that didnt show. He ask me if I could live with the results as they were? I cant imagine another repair shop going to this extra effort, which saved me a repair bill. However, it doesnt stop there. Chicken followed me back home to drop off my second vehicle. On the drive back home, i ask Chicken about his experiences working at the dealership. He told me that he was only part time, but that the dealership had been very good to him and he really liked working there! Upon arriving back at the dealership, I tried to give Chicken a tip for his efforts late on the Saturday afternoon. He refused the tip and told me that it was his job to assist me. Are you kidding me; an employee that speaks nicely of his employer and treats the customer with care and respect. All three Helfman employees are great employees and the managment of Helfman deserves credit for hiring three great individuals! Nice staff and very quick service

Unfortunately, I have been in several accidents and have had experience with several body shops. This collision center by far has been the best. The quality of the work is top notch. Unlike other places, Helfman doesnt rush through it and makes your car look like new again. Its obvious that the manager takes his role very seriously (as he should), and hes running a great operation. I did not have to pay anything above my deductible like the other reviewer described, but even if I had, the quality of the work makes it worth paying a little extra.

Great team and great service! They made our Maserati look brand new and with the great staff at Enterprise on site, it was very smooth transition.

Lied, long story short I was rear ended, I came in with the check from the insurance company and gave it to helfman dodge auto body shop, there hey told me they would do there own assessment and would send a supplement for any difference. to include difference of labor cost, if the insurance did not agree then they would contact me before proceeding. well there was a difference in painting labor or materials. So of Course being a money hungry dealership they decided to proceed with out informing me so upon being up my car I had to pay a difference. When asked who made the call to assume I wanted to pay that difference before stripping my car apparent there was no valid answer. Needless to say I always went to the this dealership for my oil change and service and as USAA member this shouldn’t be a star facility in my opinion. I’ll take my business else where for the future oil and service tune ups.Update:Customer service did reach out and helped come to a solution thus I am very pleased with the end result. thanks for putting the customer first Greg .

Be careful when taking your car here to be repaired. Their rates are the highest in Houston and they make you sign a document stating that you are responsible for everything not covered by the insurance companies. I hate insurance companies but Helfman is the crook here. They will see no more cars from me.
