First of all Nancy was very polite and nice although she was probably just being fake and its not that hard to be nice when you are getting paid good money for it. Our car was towed here by Harris County precinct one because the wheel broke off and the tow truck driver could not figure out how to tow it. After 2 weeks and insurance declining to fix it the storage fees totalled to $1540. That is what Dalton charged, not Pinemont storage rates. We could not have our car fixed because it would be much too expensive out of pocket.

I think a lot of people leaving bad reviews were towed here against their will. How about dont park your car where you shouldnt? I was towed here after an accident. My truck was totaled, so no repairs were necessary...but Dalton did a great job of handling the claim, were very communicative with me, and very respectful. In my case, I couldnt have asked for better service.

This place is absolutely horrible they are simply greedy trying to hustle you for whatever is the largest dollar amount that they can con of you stay away from this place if any record company suggest taking your vehicle to this place tell them no they are all In Cahoots together they act like they dont know each other in order to get your money I truly believe that any good review that comes from this place is a lie or someone that they know family friend or someone that they paid I would go into details on how they tried to mess over me but after they read the post it will only make them sharper on what not to do next time to try to scam and lie to people and as God as my witness all of my words stated and this review are true stay away from these people the trash they are

READ REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE YOU REGRET IT!!!Its a shame Google wont let you rate with negative stars. By far this has been the worst service experience Ive ever had. Its been TWO MONTHS (October 31)since I had an accident and I made the horrible decision to allow my truck to be towed to this place. Unfortunately enough it happened on a Sunday and I had no other choice since theres not many repair shops open. Ive consulted with other mechanics about the work that was done to my vehicle and they all agree that two months its just ridiculous, it should have taken three of four weeks at the most. The lack of professionalism from this people its just overwhelming, I keep getting excuses over and over again about why they havent finish with the repair. During this two months Ive received only ONE phone call from this place letting me know that my vehicle was supposed to be ready in two days, that was on November 17. Today, December 22 they still havent finish. I will be taking my vehicle directly to Chevrolet dealer for inspection once its ready since I have zero confidence in the work theyve done to it.

RUN AWAY NOW; RIGHT NOW, ANY PLACE IS BETTER!!! THEY HAD MY TRUCK FOR 2 MONTHS, THEN GAVE IT BACK TO ME WITH PANEL GAPS AND A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON BECAUSE INSTEAD OF RUNNING THE NEW SENSOR INTO MY MIRROR, THEY PULLED THE WIRE OUT, THROUGH THE DOOR, INTO THE ENGINE BAY THEN GLUED THE TEMP SENSOR ON MY NEW 65K TRUCK! JUST DISGUSTING! SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN; IVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND AM CURRENTLY SPEAKING TO ATTORNEY ABOUT LEGAL ACTION!

First, the hours posted? Suggestion apparevyly! It seems the whole office goes to lunch together and even tho you call and let them know you are coming down there - good luck getting them there! That and I just cannot handle when a company has signs posted with such horrible and obvious mistakes!!

Did a great job with the repair; staff is very easy to work with, did a nice job matching non-standard paint color on replacement part. Turned in car dirty and was returned immaculate. Highly recommend.

The only honest reviews here are the negative ones. You can tell that the 5 star reviews are fake. I made a Google account just so I could review these thieves and balance out the fake news. This is the classic con artist body shop. No accountability, no responsibility, no customer service. They take your money and then you’re at their mercy. I would love higly recommend to use their service as its really an honest business. At the beginning i was hesitant to repair my vehicle here after i was involved in a accident based on the reviews. But what i understood is the place is under new managent.... Mary was awesome guiding me through the process of filling the claim, providing me with a loaner vehicle and keeping me updated with the repairs of my vehicle... These people are con artists . my car was towed from an accident and they were persistent in helpingbtonfix the car. They knew my car was TOTALLED and told my mom that they could fix it. They told her it was OK to sign to sign the paper to fix it and they would fix the car. The moved my mom car and started working on it before the adjusters came. The car was totaled and now she has to pay the the extra money for what they moved and towed which is 2000.00 extra dollars of what is not had to her and she is a senior citizen. These people are crooks are instead of having referrals for good business they are getting a public review for crooks

Horrible collision center asked to speak with a manager and he didnt even speak english,no one spoke english their. Paid 2500 to fix my car and then they come out with something else is wrong so i paid another 600,then went to pick up my car and it was shaking,abs,and check engine lights were on so now i will be taking it to another mechanic.
