Didnt get the warm and fuzzy customer experience.. I walked in and receptionist was not at her desk so a gentleman in the next room helped me, was not really personable in my opinion and he told me he was doing a estimate and he will be with me, about 20 minutes later.. Which i understand he was busy.. I guess you get enough business and customers to worry about me .. At the end of the visit he told me we r scheduling out 3 weeks which i understand... I gave u three stars because it was a ok visit not top notch.

Mr Daniel with the central Houston collision center took care of my red Nissan Juke, he did an excellent job repairing it and was very friendly and professional. I could get updates on my car every time I called, they usually warranty their work and they offer very a reliable service.100% recommended.

Nice clean place to get your car repaired. Although it takes too long to get your car repaired they do excellent work.
The collision center has changed from some of the negative reviews and is on a new course. My new car was dinged up pretty badly by some unknown person in a parking lot. I took the car to Houston Central Collision and had the car back in two days and with an excellent -- EXCELLENT -- job. I knew where the damage had been but I could not see it at all nor could anyone who did not know where the damage had been. I recommend them highly.

Deserve no stars! My moms car drives worse after repairs was done . We had to find another body shop, insurance company had to pay another 2000 in repairs . People think they getting over and in the long run the business loses . My mom was very upset that she took sick because her car just died in the middle of no where after getting out the shop within two weeks. If they didnt have the right equipment, never should have touched the cadillac . This is wrong !!!!! Please do your homework when look for a body shop or you will be losing a whole lot of money .
Mr. Jimmy M. help me out alot here at the auto center.got me a good deal on the car/payments and help me find the best lowest insurance as well, iknow who to talk to next time i come back.
Horrible service. I called 3 times to check on my car and was forced to leave a voice message which I left along with my phone number. Next day, same thing, no return call. Called again in the afternoon, left message and no reply. Next day I called and told the receptionist I was coming by to see Daniel. Daniel was there and said he hadnt checked his messages for the past couple of days. This is an unacceptable level of basic service.
They take too long to fix vehicles, but they sure do an awesome job.

Worst repair shop. High turn over. The person overseeing my repair was fired during the process. I have waited over two months for a license plate frame. Today I meet with the director Dimas Kuhl first he says Cadillac doesnt sell frames, he knows because before coming here he worked at the midtown location for 20 years. I tell him yes they do, I have seen there and I proceed to call the midtown location. Eureaka! They have them. He asks who Im speaking with, I say Joe with elation, he says as a customer service he will give me the frame no charge. Great. He tells me to hang up so he can call...he does and tells them to give me the frame. I say two, too match. He hangs up the phone, Im not paying for two. I said the claim is paying for one and you just said you would pay for the other one as customer satisfaction. Dimas Kuhl asks for my file and says he was only doing that because he thought the insurance didnt include it. What, just happened to the customer satisfaction. .it went out of the window... He says it again, Im not doing customer satisfaction one anymore and stares at me.😞.. I get up and leave! Dimas Kuhl smells like an ashtray and his customer service STINKS.

No stars, negative one .Please dont go there, big lady that check you in should not be working in customer service . When you find a spot that was not on car when u check in, they escort you out the building . They wont hear anything . Should be audit and investigated . Horrible service from head old man thats the manager( shouldve retired ), painters horrible job, to the rudeness at the front desk . Nissan get rid of ALL before they horrible service put the body shop out of buisiness . I had to get a new Toyota truck after they messed my nissan truck up .
