Service was great at Bay way Lincoln, Kyle the service adviser was on top of everything and constantly gave me updates, Out of all the dealers Ive took in my cars too this was the 1st that I never had to call them he called me. Had a water pump job on a Ford taurus with a 3.5 L

Stay Away! Horrible Service! Unprofessional!INSURANCE RIPE OFF... Scammers! Liars!Was told it would take 1 week for minor repairs. By David Sanchez. Instantaneously the time frame increased to 3 weeks when I decided to use Insurance. Still, no callback and my car is still there😔

I got my car repaired there for the insurance. I had to bring it back because of a weird noise and check engine light. They fixed the noise but not the engine light. They said it wasnt on when they got in. Less than 24 hours later the light magically reappeared 🤔.

I bought my new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus at the Bayway Lincoln dealership does after rear-ending another car a month later of course I took it to Bayway Collision for repairs. John Blair (or Johnny) was the Estimator who took care of me at the shop. He was so timely, professional, and overall excellent during the repairs of my vehicle. He called me on a regular basis to give me updates via phone call & texts. Unfortunately I was unable to get a rental car & he did everything in his power to make the process go as smoothly & as quick as it possibly could. I cannot thank them enough for fixing my vehicle, it looks brand new again! They even gave it back with nice sparkly new shine as they washed it at the repair shop. Thanks so much! Hopefully I don’t have to come back ever but if I do y’all will be the first collision center I go to!

I do not recommend this collision center at all. I was involved in minor accident and took my SUV to get repaired. According to the gentleman I dealt with it was going to take a few days. Obviously that didnt happen. It took over two weeks to get it back. The timeline would not have been an issue if they just did a good job. After they returned my SUV, white spots started appearing on the piece that was replaced. I called them and informed them. We took it back and once again, the spots started appearing again. Im not sure if its a paint issue or their buffing process. Either way, its unsatisfactory work. It also came back with a very large apparent scratch on it and many smaller scratches on the side that was repaired . My SUV is brand new. I purchased it four months before taking it to Bayway Collision Center. With it receiving a brand new piece, the piece should look new and it doesnt. They do deplorable work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can. I wish I would have. I only went there because my vehicle was purchased at Bayway. However, after this experience I will never be a repeat customer.

Ive never had to have a car repaired and these guys were recommended by my insurance company. I couldnt be happier. Not only was working with the staff very easy but repairs were completed quickly AND they detailed my car before giving it back to me. Just awesome

Drop my vehicle for an estimate and they totaly destroy my car unnecessarily. Just to get more from the insurance. Personally I dont recommend this place. The manager was very rude unprofessional behavior. Sorry but not good at all.

Great work. Came back after a light I didn’t recognize was on in the dash. They changed out one of the bulbs in the back lights and absolutely did not have to. Everyone was so exceptionally nice as well!

Do not bring your car here. Bad experience! I was involved in a car accident and needed my car fixed. The reason I chose this place was because I figured they specialized in Lincolns and because I have always had an excellent experience in the Bayway Lincoln Service Department. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. It took a month for my car to be fixed plus during that time I never received a call with updates, NOT ONCE. I had to call every time even at times when they said they would call me back. My car was not in good conditions the trunk did not open right. Paint was not done right as well as parts put in wrong or the fast way. After I mentioned these things when I picked it up they did take it back and somewhat fixed it but it took them 3 times and decided it was ok. Took it home and found out there was more things wrong with it. Brought it back and had me waiting saying I did not qualify for a loaner after it was their mistake. Avoid the hassle, do your research and choose a different place!

Repairs got done correctly car came back looking good except they lost my key that unlocks the doors if battery dies said I never had one and refused to replace after calling Abt 5 different people associated to bayway Im getting the key replaced 2 weeks later finally

Awesome Job! I bought brand new Mercedes C250 back in 2013 from MB Sugarland. I baby my car and very picky when it came to getting fender bender fixed. I had heard great things about Bayway Collision Body Shop. I had no idea they did high end luxury cars.There were doing Rolls Royce when I was there.I highly recommend!David Johnson is Manager. My car was just there few days. It meant allot to me that they personally called me couple times to update me on my car status.

I have a new 2019 Tundra and a mower threw a rock and damaged my fender. Damage before my first oil change!!! I heard very good things about Bayway Collision so I decided to use them instead of a Toyota Delaership. When I arrived at Bayway to drop of my truck I was greated By David who was Outstanding!!!! He took the time to go over the damage with me and explained all that was involved in repairing My truck and He knew how concerned I was this being a brand new truck. After speaking to David I knew I was at the right place and felt confident the job would be done right. David called me that same day to let me know my truck was completed and when I picked it up it looked amazing!!!!!! Now days you cannot get the Great Customer Care like I recieved at Bayway!!!!! David Thank You and your crew for taking care of My truck and you have a customer for life and I will be passing the word to everyone I know if they need any type of Body work on their vehicles to Go See David and His Crew at Bayway Collision!!!! This is a review for the girl answering the phone. She is rude and clearly not happy even when initially greeting the customers. She did not listen to the needs of the customer and talked to us as if we were annoying her with our business. Completely shocked and thoroughly unsatisfied with the customer service provided.

PLEASE READ!!! Took my truck to Bayway Collision on 07/28/2015, to have them fix the headlight that was under warranty. While waiting in the lobby with 2 other customers, one complained how Bayway Collision had his Nissan Maxima for 64 days and did not complete the repairs. Customer stated to the clerk Whatever, I just need my car back, Im getting married in a couple of weeks and I need my car to get things together for my wedding. 2nd customer was picking up his black F150, but didnt even leave the parking lot before spotting where paint ran on the rear left quarter panel. He was forced to call his ride back to pick him up. Then it was my turn and after what I said this is probably not going to turn out good, and it DIDNT.First a technician looked at my truck and immediately blamed me for something that a blind man could see that it was an installation problem. Then Mr. Sanchez who Im guessing is a manager came out and the first thing he said before introducing himself was You need to take your truck to the dealership or call you insurance. I was like WOW!!!10 years ago I would have blown a gasket but today I know better than to let the obvious still my cool. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your vehicle repairs. SERIOUSLY, this is the first time Ive ever completed a review and I feel its worth it.Go Elsewhere!!!!

My car was completely fine. After the accident to the front, I took it to bayway. After a very lengthy fix of over 30 days my rental car coverage expired. Now about a week and a half of picking up the car there is a grinding noise in the front left wheel. They told me the axle was bent. We have never had this problem before the accident. They did not properly fix the car. After calling them and speaking to a manager he told me it’s not the cause of the accident. It doesn’t take a nuclear physicist to understand that gforce from an accident could have rattled, broken, and moved things that they didn’t see. They offer a lifetime warranty, well, no they dont. Do not take anything here. And what makes me realize is that they told me that the damage to the car is just not enough to total it. So it sounds to me like bayway collision didn’t want to include anymore repairs to the car because they wouldn’t have gotten the job because the vehicle would have been totaled. I may be wrong, but honor your warranty.

I took my car here for repairs and was quoted one price, the insurance that was taking care of my claim, sent out an adjuster who estimated a little more. They sent me the check and here I am thinking I can pocket the difference since my car was damaged and I was the one inconvenienced, but low and behold, after the adjuster sent Bayway their quote/estimate, Bayway tells me, were gonna go with the adjusters quote (all the way down to the cents). To me that is just plain greedy. They probably already overcharged from the door and just because they could they readjusted their service charges to sponge up the remaining $200 just because, when I know they could have got the job done with the original amount they quoted me. Will not be doing business with them in the future!!!
