Horrible!!! Theses people didnt even take the time to inspect my car for problems. Due to their lack of effort & professionalism Im going to end up spending out of pocket. The repairs that needed to be done wouldve been cover by my insurance if only they has been notified of the issue. Now I will most certainly have to replace both front rotors as well as backing plates. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!

Service was excellent and timely. Stephanie, my adjuster kept me informed the entire time. Shes highly experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend using Baker Nissan Body Shop for any type of collision repair. Only reason not 5 stars, I have light interior and grease was left behind inside for me to have to clean. But it wouldnt stop me from returning if needed.

Baker Nissan makes sure the service floor is always fully staffed, and everyone takes customer service and satisfaction to a high level! Walking in at 4pm, was out the door in my rental in around 30 minutes!

My initial review was one star because I accidentally got charged $10,000 instead of $1000. Management took a reaction when they saw my review and they made sure I am satisfied. Brian called me and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. They also fixed my car speed sensor. Highly Recommended 5 Star Collision Center!Thanks to Baker Nissan and their collision team, my vehicle looks like new again!Long story short, another vehicle hit my Expedition broadside, damaging the entire length on the left side, front quarter panel, drivers door, passenger door, rear quarter panel, running board, door pillar, the list goes on.Baker Nissan Collision did not just repair the damage, they went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure that everything was done to perfection, from the smallest details to complex structural damage, and an awesome paint job, all while working directly with my insurance company through the entire process.There is no way you can tell that my vehicle was ever damaged, they truly did an outstanding job from start to finish by everyone involved in the process.Not just outstanding workmanship either, the entire team kept me up to date on the progress, sent me pictures of the work, even the supervisor / manager personally kept me updated and reaching out to ensure that everything was done no less than 100% to my satisfaction.Having had experience of dealing with other body shops with other vehicles Ive owned over my 30+ years of driving, I was not looking forward to the process, expecting the same run around as I have had in the past with mediocre at best repairs, but this could not be further from Baker Nissan, they are night and day above your average typical in and out collision center.I dont write very many reviews, however, finding this kind of quality of workmanship, communication, and focus on 100% customer satisfaction that Baker Nissan provides is not something you find very often, and so I couldnt help sharing my experience for others who may be looking for a place that does top of the line work and 100% customer service in vehicle repairs.Top it off with a lifetime warranty, and I dont see how you could find a better place to take your vehicle for repairs!Thank you again!

So I came here recently because the person who rear ended me had Geico insurance...I chose Baker Nissan Collision Center because it was close to where I lived. The person who hit me only made scratches to my rear bumper no damages to the body. The person who helped me out was Megan she was awesome she followed up with me throughout the process letting me know whats going on. So 5 stars for her. Now for the techs!! They did an awesome job on the body..they cleaned it up it was basically new and spotless...now! they cleaned up my interior as well.. I notice it was clean and everything..but! When I lifted up my center console I have quarter holders and I notice 2 of my dollar coin was missing and I never took it out because its been in there since forever...and all of a sudden its gone...wonder why...but I guess its kinda of my fault for not taking it out in the first place...If I could do 2 separate reviews the techs wouldnt be getting that 5 stars...this 5 star goes to Megan...so anybody whos reading this or thinking about coming here...remove all your stuff! Literally lol! Ooh another thing is that the jobs they do are lifetime warranty so thats another good thing. Just because they stole 2 dollars from me doesnt mean that I wouldnt recommend this place to you guys...they did their job right, but just remember to remove all personal items in the car.

Completely disorganized .... would not recommend to any other ...went to pick up my vehicle after being told it would be ready within a week and it is now going on 2 weeks and still waiting to hear back from them about it. Would not repeat service

First off because they are an Independently owned Body Shop, owned by the Baker family, they care and are not owned or ordered around by Insurance Companies.

Absolute Horror Show. No amount of 5-star fake reviews can change the incompetence and dishonesty of this shop. Go elsewhere.
