Shopping for third brake light. After checking junkyards; $50 average; even if OEM, all had at least one crack. Came to Levan; offered me to have the part for next day; with the price around $99. Asked the associate, if on that price, it was OEM. He told me it was an aftermarket, and taunted me, saying that Ford dealer was near their location. I ended ordering it online: $29.Two stars, because, even if expensive they offered having the part for next day.My advice: browse the internet, before checking junkyards and aftermarket businesses. You might save time and money.

I needed a Denso alternator quickly and Levan was the only store who was able to assist by getting it next day, and at a more than agreeable price. Its a little drive for me, but for the price and the selection of parts they have I would definitely return again.

It is alway great when you have exceptional customer service when you are spending your money. I went to this place and ordered a compressor for my car after getting it and having it put on we realized the belt didn’t fit the pully on the compressor, so this had to be the wrong part..I called Angel and he took great care of me. He ordered the correct compressor and did an even exchange without any hesitation. I was very pleased. Since then I took my mother there to buy parts for her truck and also my kids great grandmother. Very Unhappy with customer service. I purchased both exterior mirrors for a Ford Excursion. Although the electrical connectors had to be changed the drivers mirror worked fine. the passenger mirror was manufactured wrong. the glass moved properly but i could not see the side of the vehicle. we called and talked to the sales person who told us he could not warranty it because we had cut the connector. I drove there this morning, taking valuable time out of my day, to get a replacement mirror for $10.00 off the original cost. Both the salesman and the manager said they were sorry they couldnt do more. I installed the next mirror in their parking lot with the same problem and showed the manager who agreed it wasnt right. i reinstalled the factory mirror and can see fine. I have been buying parts for over 35 years and understand the problems with aftermarket parts and sometimes even with factory parts, but have never had a manager before refuse to refund my money on a part that i explained the problem to. After they refunded the money for only the second mirror I Told the manager the difference between him and i is that I take care of my customers, He said he was sorry and I told him He was not sorry. This job has cost me more time and money than it is worth, But my customer will be taken care of at no extra cost to him.

Mechanic was at my home fixing my A/C in the car. I forgot to tell him I needed my turn signal fixed. Because he was almost finished with the A/C I needed the signal assembly FAST.
