Well I have to say paying this much for a speaker cooler didn’t really bother me because it is such a cool product but this is the second one I am shipping back to get repaired . The first one didn’t work out of the box and the second wouldn’t charge after one use. Now I have to pay to ship it back and wait for it to get fixed again. I would not recommend. This product is a trash can that you will have to return several times.

I spoke with joe from wet sounds and he said that they had to write a new file for the amp Bc they have been having complaints about not enough bass coming from the boat speakers I have had my dealer contact 4 times and everybody at wet sounds acts like they have no clue what he is talking about so if someone could contact me that would be great
Great customer service. I had a issue with the sound bar I took it in they got it right back. Good service they for sure have my business. Good to buy from someone who will will back their product
So just called them and they admitted that they have problems with water getting inside the sound bar yet supposedly there waterproof then told me I would have to spend 600 plus to fix a problem that never should have happened in the first place. Bad customer service. Response from them is great. So there products are not waterproof but they sure lead you to believe they are. Just another company thats out to take your money
I have always loved the product quality. I recently had some trouble with an item from them and AJ and the tech team made it so easy to come to a solution. I have never experienced better customer service from a company. I wish I could give them more stars!
We called an order in as I was in a rush. They still did not do the paperwork and pull the order until I got there. Making me miss the other stop that I had to make before the other place closed. They had an hour before I got there and waited until I got there to do everything. Which took over an hour. I had to wait until Monday to go to the other place, as it is closed on weekends. What is the point of calling an order in early if it isnt taken care of until the customer gets there?
Unbelievable products! I am beyond happy with my Wet Sounds and would recommend them to anyone. Dont cheap out on sound people...trust me! I have Wet Sounds on my RZR and my Truck. Customer service is beyond amazing as well. Answered all of my questions with the attitude as if they enjoyed helping me! Very happy

Worst experience ever. Cheap equipment that craps out in less than their warranty period then they send you through the rat race and back and forth with multiple reps to avoid making good on the product. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Im quite surprised that my experience in terms of customer service from Wet Sounds was so poor; considering how nice of a product Wet Sounds puts out. Especially when this was no fault of my own. I sent the products back to you in good faith and expected that my issues would be resolved in a satisfactory way. I understand that there was a miscommunication somewhere down the road but stating that you are doing me a favor by picking up the tab for shipping back to me after I was advised and approved of a return authorization is hardly what I would call fantastic customer service. I have enjoyed your products so far but I dont believe I would recommend them simply due to this experience and I am offended by the way it was handled and surprised that you mentioned this was the owners recommendation. For the record, I would have been perfectly happy with the customer service if the return to me was simply just taken care of without making such an ordeal out of it, and you would have kept a customer who knows that quality equipment isnt solely based on the price of it. It probably wouldnt have hurt to throw in a few hats to say sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe a learning experience for next time.....
