The company and I had a rough start. The 3 day installation took 2 weeks and we had issues for a few weeks after that. The business I work for contracted with ASAP for its alarm system. A while back, it malfunctioned causing the alarm to go off constantly. We had to call ASAP several times because either no one answered the phone or we were transferred to voice mail. The good news is that the repairman they sent was polite. Ive had to call them with billing questions since then and have run into the same issues because they dont answer their phones. When our contract ran out, we went with another company and we have had much better customer service.
