Matt picked up my bike around noon. Informed me that it would be ready by 6:30pm the same day. 6:30 came and no response from him. I called and text to confirm if it was ready. No response still, so I drove to the shop. Once I got there I saw the gate was closed and the shop was closed as well. Called Matt multiple times to no response. He text an hour later saying the bike was ready and I could come get it timidity at 10am.Tomorrow comes and Im at the shop by 9:30 and its STILL closed, even though online it says it opens at 8am. Called Matt once again and still no response. Waited an entire hour then came again. No response. Had to call property management so they could get in contact with him. No response. Had HPD come to see if somebody could get in contact with Matt. He fondant answers and informed both the cop and the property managers that he would be on his way within 40 minutes. However, both of his vehicles were already at the shop, so how was he getting there? Found out Matt actually took my bike and was riding it without my knowledge. Instead of returning to the shop like he was supposed to do, he dropped it off at a neighbors house, took a photo of it, and caught an Uber to leave.I filed a police report. Never ever go to this place. Its a scam and I found out they have a rep for stealing bikes.

Today, I needed a quick assmebly of my sons mini pocket bike during my lunch break. 1Up Motorsports was able to complete the job in a quick & efficient matter. I highly recommend them if you need motorbike or dune buggy assembly!

I originally chose this business because of the great reviews. What a HUGE mistake. The business owner was happy to take my deposit up front, but never touched my bike for EIGHT WEEKS. The owner would guarantee the bike in one more week leading to the end but that promise got old. I eventually gave up and never got my refund back. He runs a crooked business.. youve been warned! Find a professional.

Though I canceled my service and left not the best review this guy called me to check on me and my status and walked me through a startup problem with my bike. I can’t thank you enough for your wisdom of cycles I hope you have a successful future with your business.

He died. I cant speak to the efficacy of this business but Matt has passed away. If anyone knows who to contact for business refunds or to get their property back please let me know.

I brought my bike here just because it happened to be close to home. Turns out, this is a great place to get work done! Matt is personable, super accommodating, and gets the work done quickly. Im definitely coming back if I need more work done.

Matt is an honest and hard working guy. He helped me out with a chain-swap and brake flush even working some on Sunday to finish the job on time. If you get a ride to his shop, you might want to back in, since it’s a tight squeeze. I’d suggest at least giving Matt a chance before you take your ride to a dealership where you’re just another number and profit margin.

Great dude, great work! Took my cbr and r6 to him couple of times for service & tire change and he took great care of the bikes and kept me updated on the process.

I had a hard to find part but Matt came though and found just what I needed at a great price.

Never go to left your bike there. I left my bike and he dont did Nothing for almost 4 months, my bike. I paid $100 dollar for a diagnostic but he never said nothing that I dont know. And when i asked him about my bike he responded that he had a lot of work and 1000 excuses. If you try to go and see if he is working on your bike always is closed and your bike is outside.

I called and left a message for a quote and not only got a response within an hr but they brought the tire to my house since I had no other way. I swear if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. DEFINITELY will be goimg there in the future for anything else I need for my bike.

Confirmed with owner the day before, on a Friday, about dropping bike of on Saturday. We agreed on 1pm as the time, Im here now, shop is closed and he wont respond to my texts or calls. Very poor service since I explained to him I had to get AAA to tow me 30 min out here. Not recommend

Super fast return time! Matt did a great job all my plastics and pieces were put together correctly and not broken like a lot of previous shops Ive been to! Bringing my second bike in to highly recommended.

Dont bring you’re bike here, brought 01 R6 for bogging/hesitating & coolant leak on Dec 22nd 2019. Said bike was going to be ready on Jan 18 but changed the date for later about 3 different times. Finally got my bike back Jan 29 2020 Dude charged me $270 never gave me itemized invoice and bike was still hesitating & still leaking coolant from a Black plastic hose that he claimed was a “vacuum joint connected”. Did not fix my bike at all my tachometer started glitching after I picked it up. Look for another shop & avoid this one.

Ive been to multiple bike shops now I will never go to another sho! At 1up Motorsports the owner is extremely friendly, helpful and gives great unique artistic advice to customize your bike to you. I highly recommend trying him out or stopping by to see the bikes that hes built himself theyre amazing.!!!

Kept me in the loop through the whole process and even did a follow up afterwards. Definitely my go to for anything I cant do yourself

This week I got maintenance work done on my r1 for the second time at 1up Motorsports. The owner knows his stuff and has kept his word on everything. Damn good price he gave me too. I usually dont write reviews but this shop is worth going to for any issues you may have with any bike. Appreciate it brother. Im sure Ill be back. 5 Stars!

Whatever you need done to your bike, quad, whatever, it seems Matt has had lengthy experience in customization. He is straight to the point about what can be done and pretty much the best prices in town, both on oil changes and even buying a new bike. To be honest, at first I had my doubts, so I started asking some technical questions to see if I could catch him bullshitting....... As it turns out he knows way more then I would have imagined. Definitely recommend going to this shop!

Great local shop with a honest dude. Its kinda like having a really good friend work on your bike or help you locate parts. You know the one, the buddy who knows how everything works and has the insights to help solve whatever and wont rip you off. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but dont let that fool you everybodys cool. Thanks for the help with my new recycled master cylinder.

Sent my bike in because it was overheating and sputtering. I paid for a diag and repairs. Then I was told that it shouldn’t over heat anymore and if it does I should get a new air filter. Well I got one and my bike is in the same condition I brought it in. He claims I didn’t tell him about the filter but when you diag you should be told by a customer what to look at. He’s good at painting. But I will never use this service again.

Ive dealt with a few bike shop and come out worst than I started. A friend hip me to 1up motorsports. And Matt Pillsbury is straight up. He a great bike mechanic and he does great cosmetic work. One stop shop. And he literally goes that extra mile. Friday night i pop my chain on my r1 at like 10 oclock and lost the master link. I called Matt the f***ing man he grabbed his tool bag came out saved my ass. Thanks Matt. You definitely 1up on me.

Cheapest prices in town yet you get what you pay for... would suggest taking the work somewhere else or doing it yourself. Honestly thought this place was good because of the review rating they have... but now after my experience i have reason to believe that most are just his buddies that give a 5star review. Dude had my bike 5 months I gave him $1200 dollars worth of stuff to do clutches And give me other parts. I got my bike back and it still dont move. My new chain and sprockets are just my old ones that he spray painted. DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE. I have photo evidence and proof look me up on Facebook Ill send them to you. And my clutches arent new. This Dudes a scammer hes also done this to other people after doing research. Horrible place. Hes a thief and a liar.
