Hadnt been in in months. But Michaels made it worth the trip. Spoke with an employee about some INVENTORY and he was extremely helpful and informative. An they honored my coupons. I will definitely be going back. Forgot to ask if they honor their competitors coupons.

Every item to fulfill a craft persons dream. Well organized in searchable sections so you dont have to wander through the whole store. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I always love going to Michaels. This location doesnt always have the most refreshed stock but they often have what i need and whatever else, I just order from them online.

Randomly bought some stuff yesterday. The lady in front of us was pretty rude to the cashier, and I was very impressed with how the staff maintained their composure and professionalism. They even apologized to me for the wait even though it obviously wasnt their fault and they tried their best to compensate with added support.

They should carry Wedding brooms for African American to use doing a wedding. They store works acted like it was beneath them to sell it. Nothing with people of color images or anything in the wedding or entire store. Need more diversity in the crafts for people of color

Did not like the customer service. I was judged for returning an item. Two workers was outside the store and I could hear them talking about me as I walked in the store with my item. The guy who was outside was the one who also returned my item before I could say anything he was like return no hi or nothing. What was funny they thought I used it and then returned, but jokes on them because it was never used. I had it for only one day and it was not what I wanted. I didnt even bother to walk the store because of the judgement.

Is there anything more depressing than going to a Michaels? I feel like its place devoid of joy if you go there outside the Halloween or Christmas season. Had to get picture frames today and I feel like Im entering a Haunted Cabin. Ghost employees walk the aisles but none of them can see me.When will their thankless work come to an end? After all the tye dye kits are bought will their souls finally be free?Bring a coupon and burn sage at the door. Those who shop here regularly are doomed to wonder its aisle eternally.

The store was well organized and there were friendly employees willing to help. I had enough space to browse with plenty of distance between myself and other shoppers. Miguel, the cashier, was also super helpful - I had an item with no tag, and he kindly offered to help look up the price for me. I appreciate his help!

This Michaels location always has the most updated planner supplies! Theyve now started accepting competitors coupons as well. My only complaint is that the cashiers do not take the care and attention necessary to ensure the coupons redeemed apply towards the correct items. My friend and I bought the same things and used the same coupons, but she ended up being charged $14 more than I did!

Yall, I was one of those customers recently...the one that comes in right at about 8:45pm, knowing dang well they close at 9pm. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. (Took me a quick minute to figure out the layout of the store because I have never shopped at this location) I knew the item was in stock but it wasnt in its normal area when I checked. I found a sweet associate (I wish I could remember her name) who was busy restocking the shelves before they closed. I asked her if she could help me find the item I was looking for.She HAPPILY (seriously, she smiled and said it was no problem when I apologized for coming in so late) pulled out her handheld device, looked up the item, and took me over to the yarn area. She noticed the item wasnt where it was supposed to be either. She grabbed a ladder and started looking through a couple boxes on top of the shelves and FOUND the item I was looking for. I was so thankful for her help and time. I ended up checking out and getting out of the store right at 9pm.To the girl who helped me, thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I appreciate you more than you know! Also, clean store and well stocked. If I ever live closer, this will be my go-to Michaels.

The place is filled with a wide range of arts and crafts merchandise. Wonderful place to explore and enrich ones creative potential. Currently, theres all the black friday sale and Christmas merchandise filling many aisles

There were e.ployees not wearing masks properly. Also, one employee not wearing a mask at all. They had a bandana tied around their neck and had the top of the bandana in their mouth. I will not got back to this location.

Love this particular Michaels store. It is always clean and the staff is so friendly. They have made a lot changes since COVID-19 hit, love they are trying to help keep people safe.

Love this store. Employees there are extremely helpful. My only complaint is the line to check out are usually long. I understand that it is close to a holiday and you would think since they know it gets busy, theyd have more than 2 registries open to check out. Keep in mind its like all the time. Nice place to shop at, just keep in mind you might spend more time waiting to check out than you did shopping.

Ive been doing business here for years. This location is always great for framing, however the service has no longer caught my interest. From calling this location, to getting my frame order modified, to check out lines. No long a place I can recommend.

Great go-to for anything related to arts and craft. I can always find what I need, and many new things in store. I love to look at all the baking supplies that they offer. Really good overall. You can always get a good deal on purchases.

I like the supplies, but have been downsizing their yarn. Embroidery, cross stitching (almost none) supplies. Notbgood for me.

I love shopping at this Michaels. This location has a different set up and feels rather confusing but its a decent store. Though I dont like where some of their things are located because they put the Jewlery right at the check out so you have to go through small spaces just to get to what you came for. Its quite annoying so I shop at other Michaels with more space to buy my jewelry making items. This is a great location for school crafts.

Apparently no one in the store is familiar with a cricut machine, so I keep getting transferred to different departments. I feel employees should be knowledgeable off all store products particularly popular ones in your store. Didn’t feel employees really cared to help much as I never got a answer besides that’s not my department.

I was surprised at how clean and neat this store is. And they have a LOT of cool stuff. Three staff members walked passed me and never said hello.... But, if I had needed anything at least there was staff on the sales floor.

The employees here went out of their way when I lost my receipt to return some merchandise...instead of making me scout the entire store, retracting my footsteps, the woman cashier found another way to conduct the transaction. And she was patient about it! Theyre also well stocked!

The framing department’s customer service is absolutely awful. There is this woman there, brown hair and heavy set with a left wrist tattoo who was incredibly rude during the whole process. William was the only considerate person there. Also, the staff refuse to acknowledge you when you approach the framing department when they are with a customer. A simple “hello, I will be with you in a minute. Thank you for your patience” would be greatly appreciated. But instead we receive a cold look from them. I’ll be taking my future framing business elsewhere.

Your typical Michaels, very well organized and huge selection. The staff at the back for frame online order pickup were very nice and helpful. I came in early before my order was ready to be picked up, and they still went ahead and checked the status of my order to see if I could get it a little early (I couldnt but I came super early so no surprise).

I love this store I can get lost for hours. I wish they had packs of, or sold classroom packages of things like sketchbooks. I’ll still be shopping there though.

If crafty describes you, then this is your 1 stop shop. They had everything I was seeking & more, for coloring, painting, floral arrangement. Michaels has taken on the inventory from Aaron Bros (sadly, closed). I wonder if Ms will be taking on custom framing?

This Michaels store was clean and had a good selection. We generally stick to the textiles, so they seem to be on par with other hobby store in that department. We always use a digital coupon to save 40% on an item.

Yall, let me tell you how amazing Stephany is!! She had a 5 deep line in custom framing, and she knocked it out of the park! She took the time and attention that each customer needed (including me). Im so beyond pleased with my experience with her!

Michaels does have great products and great deals and coupons. Been a loyal customer for years but I wish the staff could be more friendly and engaging. Isnt Michaels supposed to be a happy place?

Best for affordable framing of artwork, diplomas photos etc. it does take a long time to do. but the consultation process is great and they really take their time to make sure youre satisfied with your choices. i had several diplomas framed with them. they are also a great place for shopping knick knacks, decorative pieces & holiday stuff. i sent my parents and they got a very beautiful Christmas tree!
