We had such amazing, quick service! We would definitely recommend and use this company again. We worked with Kevin and he was so great! We waited for 6 months from another company for an extra large refrigerator/freezer to fit our 66” in space, but then I reached out to Kevin and he said he could get me a fridge and he had it delivered within a month. He also drove all the way up to Dallas to deliver. We love our new fridge, it’s beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

Megan was awesome. I told her what I wanted we chose from a few options and order was placed. The lead time due to Covid stuff was about 6-8 weeks but that was communicated up front so I knew what to expect. All appliances came in together and 4 weeks sooner then expected. Install team came within the window communicated. Great job! I will definitely use them again when the need rises. Great communication and follow through.

High end appliances at box store prices. I cant believe the selections that they offer.Definitely check them out. They sell appliances that last like they used to be built.

Excellent experience! Called in a panic after our microwave broke. Megan quickly located and ordered exactly what we needed, advised us what pieces of our old microwave to keep (to keep the cost of the new built-in lower), and handled scheduling delivery & install. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people that work here! From the day I purchased my machine, everyone has been extremely helpful. From warranty questions, to helping find an authorized repair company, and everything in between my questions have been answered with a quick phone call. After having workers in my house that moved my washing machine it was off balance. The owner of the company stopped at my house on his way home from work to level my washing machine. I highly recommend Renova for any appliance need!

I just wanted to take a minute to write this review, the hassle of moving into a new house is stressful and exhausting, talking to Kevin at Renova was such a pleasant contrast . The customer service was just amazing they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They really pointed me in the right direction for all my appliances needs. They were fast and efficient, they delivered and installed everything ready to use and on time . I highly recommend Renova for all your appliance needs they are great !

The easiest and most friendly staff to work with. I inquired about a range, microwave, and dishwasher that I was eyeballing at Best Buy and Renova not only had plenty in stock, they delivered and installed everything all for under the cost if I were to buy everything plus delivery and install from Best Buy! 5 star business with a 10 star staff. I bought a washer and dryer from Renova Appliance Center and the service was just great and so was their product selection! When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by such friendly staff that were so knowledgeable on the different brands I was looking at. They were able to help me narrow down my options and educate me on all the features, so that I could make the purchase that was best for my family and I. It was SO nice to really have personalized attention and truly get educated on the models and their differences. My washer and dryer were also delivered quickly to my house and the serviceman who installed them was very kind and considerate of my house, the kids running around and our dog. He took his time making sure that our appliances were hooked up properly and thoroughly tested them before leaving. I never write reviews like this but wanted to as I really had a great experience at Renova Appliance Center and my purchase there was so easy and awesome (and not to mention, their prices too!).

Great installation! They removed the old, broken machines I had and installed new ones, making sure the connections were cleaned well and well installed. They did a test run and took the time to make sure to show me key features as well as pointed out important info in the user manual. They were kind, courteous, and quick.

We bought a speed queen washer and dryer set and love them! The entire process was so smooth, from learning about the different models to the professional installation, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We already knew which appliances we wanted so we never even went to the store. We called, made the order and the products were delivered and installed 1.5 days later. Everyone from the salesman to the gentleman who delivered and installed the appliances were friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling Renova in the future for other appliances
