This seems to be a black-owned establishment so I tried to give them some business but I guess they didn’t want it. Scheduled an appointment to check out my stove and dishwasher no call no show I had to call the lady 2 hours after appointment she said guys were busy on an unforeseen job ok it happens so rescheduled again no call or show so they have lost any business from me in the future to many other more professional places in Houston

Large inventory and super reasonable prices. With a decent warranty to boot. More than likely buying a deep freezer from them as well.

If they cannot help you there they will find a way to help you.. The lady Darragh know that I didnt have enough money to get and dryer but she gave me the place to get the park and told me exactly what to do and I fixed it therefore I will be returning to her to purchase a new dryer when I get the money.

Like other reviews state, the location and shop are not the best but the service is fine. When I purchased it I was told they would deliver next day and they would give the fridge another cleaning. When they got the fridge to my house I noticed what looked like some dirt around the fridge once the install was finished. Upon closer inspection it was little dead baby roaches. I figured they could have just come from the bottom of the fridge since the store didn’t seem to be the cleanest. Then once I opened the fridge and inspected, I noticed the fridge was still dirty so I started to clean it. That is when I found, what I will describe as dozens of dead baby roaches in the door part of the fridge

Miss Evelyn is so sweet! She let me take my time inspecting each washer. I was happy with the one that I purchased and it was a very reasonable rate. It was delivered to my house within two hours and they even installed it for me. They have a great warranty policy so I feel great about my purchase.

Reviews are absolutely correct. Ms.Evelyn is nicest person you will ever want to meet. I purchased a stove for $200 and was delivered within an hour. Highly recommend to those needing appliances at a reasonable price.

Ive been a customer for years even had sent family and friends over...recently they came out to my home because my washer machine messed up...the lady on the phone said $65 will be towards parts...once the repair guys got here they were here less than 5 minutes just to tell me the motor and something else was messed up and it would cost way more to fix than the value of my washer...the $65 couldnt even be applied towards another machine at their store...i felt robbed they didnt even offer to take the stumped up water out of my machine...they made $65 in less than 5 minutes. .never doing business here again and wont recommend this place any more.

Charged $75 to come look at a refrigerator that isnt cooling properly... repair men seemed unqualified and generally unwilling to evaluate the problem. Took the money and left within 10 minutes.Avoid at all costs.

Came here and bought a used Whirlpool fridge for only $170 plus delivery, the drop off location was very close to theirs. The owner lady was very nice. Great fridge really happy with it. Would come here again if i needed another one.

The location and store may not be the greatest but the service was outstanding! You are assisted by a kind and beautiful soul, sweetest lady! Was in there looking for a used refrigerator for my garage. Paid $180 for my fridge plus $40 for delivery. You cant beat that deal!

I just purchased my second used appliance from here today and am once again very pleased. The place isnt much to look at, there isnt much selection, but they are very friendly and the prices are good. I bought a fridge from them two years ago that has been perfect. I live in an older townhome, and the first one they brought was too tall to fit beneath my weird cabinet fixture. They were extremely accommodating and had me a replacement sent over the next day at no extra charge, even though they had to do double the delivery work for my mistake. I also just purchased a washing machine from them that they delivered the same day. It is running like a champ. People complaining about the appliances looking dinged up or ugly need to remember they are buying something used. Even if an appliance doesnt look like much, it is in the shops best interest to sell a product that has been inspected and repaired so they dont have to spend time coming to fix it! (They do provide a warranty.) Also, keep in mind older machines are usually made more dependable and easier/cheaper to fix if something DOES go wrong.

So glad i found this place again. I used this place many times for years. The woman that runs it is very customer service orientated. I now live in Katy. I sure hope they will deliver.up

I have a Kitchenaid cooktop that had mysterious and severe problems. The warranty company sent SEVERAL people out and no one could figure it out. M & M came out and diagnosed the problem. When they returned with the parts less than a week later, they fixed it!! I am grateful for their persistence and fabulous work ethic! I will definitely call them FIRST for future repairs!

This place is horrible i purchased a washer and dryer from this place the dryer would not come on once they got it to my appartment and the owner came out only to tell me its because my electrical out let was too weak. Him and his staff were rude and did not want to give me another one since they do not refund money. They told me to get an electrician

Ive bought washers and dryers x2 from them I had an issue with one, the timer they came right out and fixed it. gave those to my friend still has it ...still run like a champ ....
