Ive been dealing with Easter Metal Supply for a long time. I was surprised to see some lesser reviews. I got nothing but praise for Eastern Metal Supply!!! My go to place for Aluminum Material.

We did receive the materials in several shipments. I have never dealt with a worse accounting department, however. With our CC on file, they were to tell us of up coming charges and never would. they would charge $12,000+ to a card then when questioned about the price difference, refund Thousands back. I have called 6 times to get a full statement of charges to track all of the charges and credits to see how much they ended up getting from us and I get passed between 2 - 4 ladies until they find a desk with no one at it and I leave a message, never one call back!! Scary working with them given these accounting and billing issues and zero care. I will continue to attempt to have one of the many people I speak with assist me but the outlook is not good.

Probably will have what you need, but expect to be there at least an hour to pick it up. 18 wheelers and local guys all pickup in the same area and it’s a cluster. No one knows where to go or what to do and every time we come, they are trying a different system of loading people. The most recent time, the 18 wheelers are loading the opposite direction they normally do, so now no one knows what to do. Hopefully they get their system figured out, but in the meantime, good luck and have fun waiting...

Great products, but very spotty customer service and sales. Be prepared to call dozens of times to ask about anything, wait days for callbacks, or to sit on hold while the phone system repeatedly tries to get someone to answer and the call gets repeatedly picked up and placed back on hold. When you get someone, be sure not to complain about it or you get attitude. Apparently they are way too busy to be bothered by companies like mine. The upside is that they have many unique shapes and products if you can ever make it through all of the above without losing your mind.

Update! Sales manager got everything straightened out! Salesperson who confused my order is no long there. Things happen but they made it right. That is he most important thing.Changing my review to 5 Stars. Absolute screwed up sales and accounting.! Mistakes happen but when you are unable to correct them it becomes impossible to do business with a company. After 20 calls they are still charging my credit card in error. Had to call credit card company to block the erroneous charges.

Dont be surprised if you leave the Shipping and Receiving area with a flat tire or two. Dirty, uncared for, trashy place. Nails, screws, trash, metal pieces..... wow. Beautiful building, trashy yard. If management seen this they would be.................not pleased. - put politely.

Worst job I ever had. A horrible atmosphere to work in, If you are considering working here, DONT I promise you, youll be totally unhappy here.

I have not visited their facility, but they have been our supplier for extrusions for many years. Their stock levels are very good; I cannot remember when they were out of anything that we use.Recently we received 263 pcs. of 20 various alum angles. One pc. arrived bent, we marked it on the receiving ticket and it was duly noted by the Eastern driver, but he did not take it with him. We paid the invoice in a timely fashion, less the $11 for the bent piece. Evidently, the driver did not pass along the information about the damaged extrusion because no credit had been issued. We were promptly faxed a statement for the $11.00 past due. We responded by calling their billing dept. and explaining the bent extrusion. Today, Eastern Metals is sending their big truck for this one piece. Imagine when that must be costing! It defies logic.

I was attempting to buy some sheets of aluminum from this company, and was turned away because I was not spending a minimum of $500. Apparently, the $325 sale was not enough for this company to secure a new customer. I will bring all of my commercial business somewhere else.
