Great place if youre in a pinch and need to get a fresh airline pilot uniform shirt, or any other parts of your uniform. This store is located in the bottom floor of the Marriott hotel, so you can park in the hotel parking lot or take the airport tram to the hotel to get here.

I have a really old Travelpro Crew Series. So old the series weren’t numbered yet. Well a wheel finally broke and I needed to replace it mid trip... luckily I was in IAH. The pleasant and helpful young man working took it as a personal challenge to take apart the wheel housing and get me “rolling” again. It was not an easy task, they weren’t always made for easy replacement. How refreshing to deal with someone who clearly likes their job and was definitely out to help. He totally brightened my day, not to mention fixed my suitcase!

Great place to find all of your Pilot and flight attendants equipment. Luggage, uniforms, certain pilot headsets, shoes, etc.....

Got what I was looking for but the owner is not really friendly or helpful.

If youre looking for inferior products at high prices and service with an attitude, go here! Otherwise, stay away.

Good little store, they carry the luggage works rollers and accessories duffles that attach,Not a large place but carry most of the neccesseties...
