The employees at Innovative Tooling & Accessories go above and beyond for their customers. We recently partnered with Innovative during our plant turn around and Innovative Tooling was there for us 24/7 for our procurement needs. They have knowledgeable sales reps and phenomenal support staff.

I have done business with this company and all I say is just WOW. They are by far the best company that I have done business with. Reliable should be in their name. Tremendous service and extremely knowledgeable in all products. After reading one bad review it seems like a disgruntled employee as it does not reflect this company.

No matter what my needs are Innovative Toolings staff is always there to help. Theyre fast and free delivery has helped my company keep production flowing. I highly recommend them!

I took a pneumatic nailer there and was told they would call me the following day, their website claims three day turnaround. One week later Ive heard nothing and when I called the guy, Kelly, told me Yeah, I dont know when were gonna get around to it, normally we wouldnt even bother with it. Like he was doing me a favor by even considering it. I got the siding ripped off one side of my house, which I explained, and we just had a rain storm in the meantime!

This place is utter trash. Low rent customer service. No class when handling work orders or repairs. Not reliable. Kelly will dodge all your requests. Once again ... TRAAASH! 4 MONTH WAIT TO GET MY CORE MACHINE BACK. AND WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS THIS RUDE ASSOCIATE REPLIED TO ME Well, just buy a new one. Never again... dont waste your time or money on this TRAAASHY PLACE.
