I literally feel like I was robbed! I bought 2 cars at the same time which turned out to be a bad idea. My car was $31,500 and my wife’s truck was $34,000. They said we could not buy the vehicles unless we bought the $2,000 warranties Reluctantly, we agreed. By the time we were done my wife’s truck was $42,500 and my car was $39,800. They tacked on an additional warranty to both cars. Hers was $4,300 and mine was $2,800. Why would anyone buy an additional warranty on top of the factory warranty and the on they made us buy. The finance representative made it sound like we were just buying the $2,000 warranties when in fact he added the additional warranties. If I could give them - stars I would. It took us 4 months to get some of our money back.
Ricky! He don’t know how to say “ Thank You” anything with the customer! And never come back!! Very expensive when i ask the price for New Car!
Great experience getting my maintenance done at John Eagle Acura. The staff made me feel at home, the amenities were awesome, and the service was fast. I highly recommend anyone with and Acura to get there service done at John Eagle Acura!
To be honest, my previous experience hasn’t been that great so I never left a review. But, my last visit I met with CD. He’s an awesome service consultant who is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back to him for my future services.
I recently relocated and started a new job so finding a car within my budget had been challenging. The salesman Ming Xu was super helpful and patient to help me secure an awesome car within my price range. Would definitely do business with him in the future and recommend his service to anyone.
Great experience. We dealt with Charles the sales manager to turn in a lease. Very professional and quick. We will drive past other Acura dealers to come here again.
We had a wonderful experience it was quick and easy Ryan was our service consultant and helped us and accommodated us if we needed anything while we waited. Good job to John Eagle
My husbands windshield cracked as we were evacuating from Hurricane Ida. Our insurance company wanted us to use a well known glass repair company. Instead, we reached out to John Eagle Acura. After hearing our issue, the parts manager not only checked the computer inventory but also went out to the warehouse to make sure the new windshield was there. They had our car fixed within a few hours, after we were told that by the other company before the windshield could be replaced. Everyone we dealt with was kind, courteous, honest and patient. The only downside of this place is that it is not closer to home - they would definitely be my dealer of choice!
My buying experience with John Eagle Acura was terrible. Sales Rep. was in rush and did not walk thru the features of car. Worst part was finance part, I came from Corpus Christi ( bought online), I was told my finance was approved but at the time of pick up, Finance Manager said, it was not. Most annoying was - he was trying to sale warranty & gap insurance by any possible ways. kept on saying no and he continued to negotiate and drop prices/ offer difference incentives. After an endless discussion, I ended up buying both warranty and Gap as he said I could cancel it within 30 days with money deducted. In order to cancel both GAP and Warranty, I had to drive all the way from Corpus to Houston because no one at dealership was submitting my cancellation form to warranty company!!Also anyone doing business with this dealership, I would suggest to get car checked (used car) very carefully because there was an 1 diameter crack on windshield which was repaired by dealership but had not reported in multi -check points / repair work done on car, neither disclosed at the time of sale. I was in rush as I had to drive back to Corpus Christi and did not notice it until next day. When I tried to contact dealership to replace windshield, they wanted me to keep extended warranty as a trade in to replace windshield!! Since crack is right at driver side, it reminds me every day that I trusted and picked up wrong dealership!!
Just switched from Lexus. Was a little apprehensive but was told by my advisor my experience would be amazing. Bar was definitely met. Mark made me feel he was working from my side of the desk, serving me not selling. I’m a convert!!
Wonderful experience at John Eagle Acura. My service was taken care of and also the recall. My vehicle was returned to me after a wash and vacuum. I stayed at the dealership during the time the work was done (a few minutes ahead of the schedule). The staff was polite and prompt. Highly recommend this place.Their cafe latte was a bonus!
Highly recommend CD Larbi as a service consultant. He is knowledgeable, very responsive, and provides excellent customer service. He’s able to explain technical issues in a manner that is simple to understand. He goes above and beyond to help his customers.
The car purchase went very smooth. All the people I encountered were ready and eager to help. Thank you Ming and Demetrius for making this an awesome experience. I am really enjoying my new Acura TLX! I highly recommend John Eagle Acura!
I went to parts and waited over 30 minutes they were on their computers so I waited even couple of them seen Me just standing there waiting to be helped. This was the first time in my life I felt like I was invisible. I just left very bad service looks like this dealership going out of business and now I know why. I never had this experience at any dealership disappointing.Maybe if was white or Asian they would’ve seen me better smhCheck the cameras from 12:35pm to 1:05pm Wednesday October 6th
Salesperson, Brenda Guzman, was awesome! Took her time with me during the week to work out all my questions and concerns before I had to drive 45 min. to the dealership. After failed attempts elsewhere, Brenda solidified my trust in the process. I would highly recommend her!
I had an appointment for service. They took me right on time, and the turn-around time was fine. Service adviser Eric Spencer was on top of things throughout the process. Wee done!
The finance managers will hound you about buying all kinds of extra warranties and coverages. It was very annoying having to explain why I didn’t want to buy an extended warranty. I should have declined gap coverage at the time of sale since it was not necessary, but I ended up getting it. I have been trying to cancel that coverage for almost 3 months now and I can not get help from anyone. Honestly I wish I would have just walked away during the finance portion and found what I wanted elsewhere. I would not recommend doing business here.
The service was great! My technician, Irvin was very helpful. Would highly recommend!
Ryan in the service department helped us out in an amazing way and we are thankful. We will definitely be back. pgjointDOTcom
John Eagle Acura saved my butt today and I absolutely NEED to highlight their incredible service. Not only did their service person CD tell me about Texas roadside assistance (theres a number on the back of your license) but he helped me figure out if the issues I was having would be safe enough to hobble 2 miles into their dealership down the road. I had exceptional service from the moment I made the call. I got there after dropping my daughter off at Texas Childrens with my dad, hot, sweating, disheveled and financially terrified. He was waiting with a kind smile and reassurance. He assured me that theyd do diagnostics and he would help me as much as he could. He had my car back up and running within a day, oil change included. The help he gave me on the bill just solidified a lifetime customer. I cried tears of relief that my savings wasnt obliterated and that human kindness, decency and generosity truly do still exist. I have never taken my cars to the dealership for maintenance because, well, $$$...Let me tell you... I wont be taking my car anywhere else. I wont be buying anything else but Acura, either. I am so thankful that my car knows to go into limp mode before it totally falls apart. Turned out to be an ignition coil, spark plugs and just in need of an oil change. If youre looking for a car or need maintenance - consider John Eagle Acura off i-10 and park row. I didnt buy my Acura from them but my next one definitely will be coming from them.10/10 service, would go again. Every time.
I have been a client of JE Acura for the last 10+ years. The quality of work and technical service is outstanding. Customer service is great as well. When there is any technical issue with the car, the personnel explaining it in a simple way and always give an option.
Since moving to Houston, John Eagle Acura was my dealership of choice for service on my 2012 Acura TL and because of their 5 star service it was an obvious choice to upgrade my vehicle with them. Ansar was my salesman. Upon selection of my vehicle he went above and beyond to meet my requests and make the deal happen. Extremely personable, professional and easy going. Highly engaging and zero pressure tactics. Ensured that I was comfortable at each step of the process. I could not be happier with my new TLX which I have named Stella, Miss Rose if you nasty...LOL...Thank you Ansar for a wonderful car buying experience. As long as Im in the Houston Metro area John Eagle Acura will be my dealership of choice.
One of the best experiences I have ever had. Super friendly staff that knew what they were doing. Waiting room sofas were very Comfortable 😃
Great experience. The oil change and tire rotation didnt take too long and the waiting area is comfy. And of course I still love my Acura.
Excellent customer service. CD took great care of my needs and also recommended future maintenance of my car.
Great experience with my car service! Joyce and Eric are both very nice and professional. Eric identified my car issue by testing drive with me and explained it very clearly. Joyce alway kept me updated with the status when I was waiting in the waiting area. Sure will go back for future car service.
We had a great experience our service consultant C.D. LARBI took great care of us and explained the process. The service took a little over an hour with an appointment. I felt satisfied with their work.
I purchased my 2016 Acura MDX from John Eagle Acura new. I also purchased an extended warranty. I was assured at the time that the extended warranty would cover all of my concerns except for tires and brakes. My car is in the shop today and I was told that the shocks are leaking and need to be replaced. My service advisor told me that the extended warranty will not cover the shock repair and that I will be responsible for the $1500.00 repair. I feel that I was misled when I was offered the warranty and I want to make sure that if anyone out there is considering buying an extended warranty from John Eagle Acura..........DONT!!!!!!!!!I emailed Gary but never got a response. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for future service.
I had a great service experience with Eric. From a first phone call when I scheduled my appointment to the time of service. Eric is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Apparently, he loves what he does to stay 20+ in Auto industry and with Acura if I am not mistaken. He is a great asset to your team.Thank you for this opportunity to voice my satisfaction.
Ordered parts online. No email confirmation of purchase or shipment. Ok, maybe there is a problem with their system. The 1 - star is because I placed order and was charged on 7/13, told it would ship on 7/16. Called on 7/22 to learn item is still sitting there because they dont have a box to ship the item. They are waiting to receive a box from incoming shipments to box my item. No ETA. Amateur hour.
We are very pleased with our experience at John Eagle Acura. Our Service Consultant Eric Spencer did an outstanding job making sure we were taken care of since the moment we walked in, he is very knowledgeable, was highly responsive and informative throughout the process and made sure we understood the recommended service report. We look forward to coming back and working with Eric again.
CD did a great job. Greeted me with a smile and took care of my car. Called me when it was ready and greeted me with a smile when I picked it up. It was a very enjoyable experience. Emilee
Easy to make reservation. Car was ready as promised at the estimated price. Lack of loaner cars was a bit of a drawback.
Attention to members of my community and John Eagle CustomersWe bought a 2012 Acura MDX from John Eagle in 2014. This was preowned which means no issues with the car or any reports. That’s the belief we all go with. 10 years down the line today, we wanted to trade in this car and all the places we have approached gave us a Carfax report which said there is an issue with the odometer. The report details this out as the odometer reading was changed and the wrong reading was recorded with Carfax in 2012. So this was an issue before the certified car was sold to us. What does this do to us? Our well-maintained car which is worth over $14K as per Kelly Blue Book is worth nothing right now as it is termed as a branded title. We approached John Eagle on this one to help us get this fixed. Spoke to the Sales Director there and everyone possible and their response was: sorry John Eagle has been bought by someone else and this is 10-year-old issue, so we cannot resolve it. They are just not ready to help us in any way.We also spoke to Texas DMV and they clearly mentioned that this can be rectified if an affidavit is provided by the dealership. But John Eagle is just not willing to talk to us on this one. Additionally, one of the service reps at John Eagle was rude and said, That I have to deal with it.This is mere cheating and fraud and playing around with innocent customers. We paid a premium to buy this car back then with John Eagle as that is a well-known car dealer but feel very deceived now. This is totally not right. I will be really glad if they can get back to us and help us get this issue resolved.Wanted to share this comment here so at least others are not misled by them or any other car dealer in the future. Please be cautious and look at all the documents before you make any decision.
Timely oil change and great customer service.
Wonderful experience at John Eagle Acura. A week to the day after purchasing a Honda CRV from John Eagle Honda for our daughter, we purchased a Honda Accord EX for our son. Inessa Burlak was wonderful to work with. Although the market is especially tight, she worked to get us the right car for a somewhat reduced price! She circled back to ensure our purchase and experience was satisfactory. If you are in the market, give Inessa a shot.
Went in to have undercover tighten up, and Bradley Bod took care of me right away. He always keep me updated on what is going on and let me know what options I have with the service repair. He is a honest man, take good care of me and explain anything I may not understand, you need ten more like him
Best and most simplest place I have ever experienced. Mike Tran helped me with my car deal and it was quick process that took just minutes! I recommend coming to him for your deals!
We had purchased 3 Acuras new from Sterling Mccall. After moving to the west side of town i went to Don McGill to purchase a new MDX. After being ignored the first time while i was with my daughter i went back with my wife and we bought a new MDX. After being lied to several times by the front service desk we will no longer purchase Acura from Don Mcgill. We love the cars but had some tire issues and were blatantly lied to about their checking the tires. Never again.
We came into this dealership planning to be here the whole day, but we were met with impeccable service and were out way faster than expected! Mike Tran was able to answer any questions we had and took the time to explain all the features in the car we were interested in. All in all a great experience.
Ask for Diana in service she’s very sweet and answered all my questions, and she makes sure to cater all your needs.
Gave Service Department 3 chances, Poor Service and trained to up sale . Paid for a service but when received rdx i was told oil change was done they forgot to reset . So I must assume work was done not a trust worthy place . Lest message for service manger Spencer never called me back. I have lost all confidence in this place and I had been client since 2016 no more .
Eric Younger made my first experience getting my new car serviced an absolute pleasure. He is extremely experienced and professional and answered all of my questions. He also got my inspection done as quickly as possible as I was waiting for my vehicle. I look forward to continuing to have my vehicle serviced by him!
I always receive great service at John Eagle Acura, that’s why I keep going back. I just wish they had more larger loaner cars.
Service is always excellent and very professional. Definitely recommend John Eagle Acura.
A super shout out to Tracy Weddington who understood my complaint and situation and explained to me calmly and with professionalism. I had lost my faith with John Eagle. But am changing my opinion.Thank you for listening and coming with a solutionCheers!
I had the best experience when my MDX needed an oil change and had a factory recall. I did it all through the AcuraLink App and it used my zip code to bring up John Eagle Acura. From booking my service appt to picking up my loaner to picking up my car, truly service at its best. Marc Simmons was my Client Service Advisor and he was very knowledgeable about what was going to be done on my car and what I can expect when I came to pick it up since the recall had to do with the Fuel Pump. No surprises which is nice when it comes to things like this. I wasnt oversold on anything and felt very well taken care of...so was my MDX. I actually look forward to my next oil change. Thank you Marc for the amazing 1st experience.
Everything was easy and went smoothly from making the appointment to picking it up. Nice friendly service. I dealt with Eric. Will use them again.
Outstanding job! Mike Tran, an internet sales director, helped my father with the car dealership. He was an amazing person. He made it smooth and simple for us to understand!
Go here if you want to buy accessories for your vehicle because thats all they try to sell you on top of the car dont go here if youre actually trying to buy a vehicle and go to Gilman or any other dealership but if you want to buy extra stuff and be overcharged for stuff and be told lies such as we cant remove this even though the vehicle is not even delivered yet and the extra accessories havent even been installed yet make sure you go see Jonathan because hell let you know how if no accessories are put on to the actual car then theres no Commission in it for him and that he wont go that extra mile for you because thats what I was told on my visit when I had cash in hand for a vehicle that hadnt even been delivered to the dealership yet that I was willing to put money down on. Terrible communication. No better then a used car dealership with the way they try to do business.
Acura took care of all of my needs in a timely manner! Great customer service!
CD Larbi provided exceptional service and is the reason I always come back.
This dealership is breaking the law. There is a law against false advertisement.I would give zero stars if it allowed. I drove over a hundred miles to this dealer, for a particular car at a particular price that it was advertised online for. Once there, over $2,700 fees were added to the price. I shouldve stayed in Beaumont in the first place, where I bought a good car from Classic Acura & received great service at a great price, with no extra fees,....only TT& L.John Eagle, please do not leave a message under this review, asking me to contact you. You do this with all of your vehicles.
Ive been an Acura owner since 2012 and working with John Eagle services has always been a great experience. First Acuras cars are very reliable and dont bring you too much for services, basically is about maintaining them well. Second, because the services at John Eagle are fast and very good, you will be out in no time with your vehicle tuned up for a great drive.I am a realtor and drive a lot, Acura is the perfect combination for me for luxury, comfort, reliability and price.
Worked with Micah and highly recommend him. By far the best, no BS experience I’ve had with a dealership all around. Negotiations were done with my rep and the manager Leon (who was also great). They were very fair and we were both more than happy with the deal. Would definitely buy again with the same rep and manager!
Sold me a used RDX 2015 factory warranty. Poor headlights and never fixed the problem. I’m disappointed with the treatment of a loyal customer. Own a MDX 2015 that I bought from same dealership new, it came with LED’s. Beware, customer service based on their mood.
CD was the best Service Rep I had the pleasure to deal with at John Eagle Acura!
CD is the best service advisor! His attention to detail and service were spectacular!
Service department is a complete joke. I recently bought my RDX in to have my sunroof fixed due to mechanical issues. A month later, the same issue is happening. Also went in to bring my car in for speaker issues, went to pick up my car after it was fixed only to drive off with the car making the same noise when I originally brought it to the shop.
Service Manager, Brian Loveless, was great. I had ordered a cargo cover for my MDX and needed it installed because I did not have the right tools to install it myself. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and was able to get it installed in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!
There customer service was EXCELLENT but they HIT YOU with a dealer fee that you dont even need. So if the car price online is $12k get ready to get hit with a $2500 fee on top of the sale price. NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING. Also there overpriced compare to other Aura Delerships. I wish I had a chance to speak with dealership Manager to let him know why this FEE is so insane. I understand if it was a Brand New car but the car I was going to purchase was USED. I still dont understand I notice they increase the price on Used cars.
I’ve been taking my Acura RDX here for years for maintenance. Always professional and takes care of everything from when I purchased the vehicle years ago until now with all the after service care. Bradley B is a great service technician.
They always take care of their customers.
Lately, I’ve seen some bad reviews about John Eagle Acura. I’ve been coming there and having my vehicle serviced and fixed by them for the last 7 years.I’ve always received great service and they’ve taken great care of me and my car.Eric Spencer has been my go-to guy since day one. He’s awesome. Enough said!I will definitely be buying another Acura and it will definitely be from John Eagle.Thank you for your great service!
I have worked with Eric Younger at John Eagle Acura for over 11 years and have never been disappointed.
Marc S. at John Eagle Acura was Wonderful and engaging..He knew how to relate to me and had a funny story about rodents...Go ask him....I Love going there for all my services and purchases....Try it and believe you will smile when you are there and when you leave...
These are always polite, helpful and informative!
Service excellent thx Joyce
The representative was courteous, professional and kept me updated about the completion of service.
I looked back at my email and they really are not bad. They seem more honest than many other dealerships.
I just lease a car at this dealer, all the process was smooth until I found out reading the contract that they add a contract without telling me, the cost is more than $1250 I called to take it off the contract but they didnt do anything, gave me a bunch of excuses. dealers try to make money from you in ways that are not aceptable. I was going to get an MDX for my wife from this dealer, but after this, there is no way I will do it. I dont recommend this dealer.06/15/2021UpdateJust what I thought, they called me but didn’t do anything, as always, they did to remove the lo-jack contract service from my contract, which is ilegal to do cause it wasn’t display on the car neither they said something about at the finance. They said they did not charge me, but that wasn’t the point. Anyway this is the last time I will get a car from them, I also do not recommend this dealer at all. Who needs a lo-jack? Go to Acura Autonation is the best place to get a car nice people and very transparent. Very disappointed.
Great waiting area and friendly staff
John Eagle Acura is five star ! The service I’ve received for my Acura MDX and “always” proper diagnoses has been consistent in giving contentment with “trust”. The entire team gives white glove genuine treatment every time!Service advisor Bradly Bob and mechanic Art gives me the confidence I’ll be safe and efficient in all my road travels.Thank you team Acura!Sincerely Carol Royce
Great service from Joyce.
John Eagle Acura never disappoints in providing outstanding service with my RDX-SUV. Eric,my customer care rep., is always so polite and professional. John Eagle Acura great to bring your car for service.
Dain Yagin was a phenomenal sales agent. He helped me get exactly what I needed within a day, despite low availability of ASpecs. I recommend getting in touch with him at this dealership.
I went in to test drive a used Dodge car that was on their lot. An appointment was set and I drove over an hour to test drive this car. I get there on time and at first everyone seems nice. The sales person I was supposed to meet up with was finishing up some paperwork with another client, which I was fine with. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time and no other sales person seemed to help me out. I simply came in to test drive a car and ended up being there for over an hour. I am 20 years old and look young. Because of this I was immediately profiled as a “kid” who just wanted to test drive a car for the hell of it. My intention was to buy it based on how well the test drive went and if the price was right. Finally after waiting the lady asked for my drivers license, which I was okay with. After that they ask for a printout of my insurance card. I thought the question was a little off (maybe I’m just new at this) but being that I am an insurance agent and have better access to my insurance than most I had no problem showing it. After I show my insurance card they then proceed to ask if I’m okay with them checking my CREDIT SCORE, for a test drive. I later learned from my parents that I should not have done this. Being that I am young I undoubtedly knew I would need a co-sign, but I wasn’t there to buy that day. I just wanted to see if the car was for me or not. Overall my experience at John Eagle Acura was horrible. I was profiled for being young, treated with disrespect, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for reliable, friendly service.
The reason I chose John Eagle Acura to buy my RDX is the excellent customer experience by very professional staff. Especial thanks to Dain who was very helpful right from the first phone call to schedule the test drive to complete the purchase. Since the very first interaction, I felt that I can trust these guys here at John Eagle and will get the right price for the car I’m looking for. I would highly recommend them!
I visited John Eagle to service my Acura. The team is very knowledgeable and provided me the right advice and options to complete my automobile repairs.
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had.. From salesman(Jonathon) to Service Managers (Charlie BROWN) to Finance managers (Josh).Went there to purchase a Cadillac.Came in ready to sign paperwork. Was later told car is sold. I specifically told Josh Dont run my credit unless you know for sure Im getting the car. YES SIR, YES SIRCHARLIE calls me and says are you ready to come in to sign?I come in they said car is sold!REALLY?? Is this how All John Eagle Dealership is??UPDATE-Got a call from Alice Cao (General Manager). She sounded very professional and Nice. Asked me what time can I come to dealership to pick up Cadillac.Said shell give me call back.......Crickets chirping............
Garrett always goes out of his way to make the service visit pleasurable. He’s relatable and has a great sense of humor. It makes the blow of any large charges easier to swallow. I appreciate having the choice of working with Garrett when I visit John Eagle Acura. Thanks for excellent customer service.
I wrote this when I bought the car, and the issues have continued since. I am dealing with tires that were on the car when I bought it that have since started going bad. These things happen and I bought a tire warranty. So I called the service department to set an appointment to have them replaced. The first call went okay. I called in this morning to let them know the other tire was showing signs of a previously failing tire ahead of my appointment. And the service rep started getting an attitude, ran down the company that had to replace a previous tire that almost blew out from the same issue (it wasnt safe to drive on it all the way to the dealer), and basically called myself and the other company liars on the tire issue. I asked to speak to his manager and basically got the same accusatory response from him. So now I will have to work with the warranty company and the third party service company to replace the tires since the dealership chooses to behave in this way. They will respond to your review saying to contact them to get it resolved, but they either wont respond when you respond, or give you the run-around.Below was my initial review on another site shortly after buying the car.Im happy with the car itself so far. The dealership experience was less than stellar and I have received more assistance from buying a movie at a big box stores than I did with buying my car.The salesman did not know much about the car itself or if it was even certified. Only through previous research was I confident about the numbers and the car, but the experience makes me not want to be a repeat buyer of the dealership, or refer others.I left with a car and a contract but not much else. The salesperson only seemed interested in making the deal and nothing about customer service. He also only briefly mentioned an add-on to the car, an anti-theft device already installed, that may be beneficial but can also be a potential liability. Before signing the contract, he went on and on about how the dealership treats customers like family, mentioned buying from the dealership because a secondary place wouldnt offer a service contract like oil changes. After the contract, not a word about any of it. Its a used car and wasnt certified, so included services werent expected, but why even mention it if its not included. On top of all of this, I heard staff talking about me in the other room after the contract had been drawn up.Again, I dont feel confident with the dealership. I bought the car due to previous research but will not be making repeat business.
No major issues. Went in for Oil change and transmission fluid flush and was out in about 2 hours. The waiting area was marked off for social distancing. It would have been nice if the service reps were more spread out. Most were wearing masks (spotted one employee not doing so, but they didnt appear to be in a customer facing role.
Great service and very educated and professional Service Consultant. They perform a high quality service.
Just bought the rdx recently. Only for a month. Paid a lot for it. Not happy. Had the sunroof rubber peeled off already. Back passenger window making squeaky sound. Dashboard had some uneven dent on it. Had it serviced on friday. Called the following day as to what happen. And was told they will call for updates. Nobody called until now. It’s been 5 days. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
I had a wonderful experience with my car purchase. Pete Sanchez was very patient and took great care of me before, during and after the sale. Edgar was very caring and TJ Morin was very understanding.Thank you Pete for the wonderful customer service and for the great conversations. You are very knowledgeable and was honest throughout my car buying experience.Bottom line, you will not go wrong with John Eagle Acura when purchasing a vehicle. The service department is great also.I have been dealing with Eric Younger in the Service Department for well over ten years. He always takes care of me and explains in detail the maintenance needs of my vehicle. I can always depend on him calling me with an honest assessment of my vehicle. Eric is great at what he does and I appreciate and applaud everything he does. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Eric John Eagle Acura with the purchase of my new vehicle.
I cant say enough good things about the team here. They went above and beyond for a very unique situation for me and I would recommend them to anyone. I specifically worked with TJ, Edgar, and Anthony. I was impressed beyond measure, and my level of appreciation is huge. Integrity and kindness are two things I value most in individuals. Car sales people often get a bad reputation for lacking in those values. Thats not the case here.
Great experience when buying my new car and also when getting it serviced regularly.
Do not bring your vehicles to this Dealership for services, they are very rude, prejudices, unprofessional, and unreasonable, we planned to bring in the car in for Recall and some extra services, but not anymore, we found some other Dealerships are more friendly, professional and reasonable.
I have been a customer at John Eagle Acura for 12+ years. Their service department has helped me keep my 07 RDX in great shape. I like how I am treated with respect and they answer all my questions. I never feel like I have at other places when I ask questions, like your bothering them. I highly recommend them for your service needs.
The service was so grateful, and the staff was very patient and acknowledgeable.
Very profesional and cordial people to do business with.
This is my first experience with John Eagle Acura service after moving back to Houston, Eric Younger is the adviser that helped me, I am very satisfied and happy with the service on my 2015 MDX and dealing with Eric, he went above and beyond to provide an excellent service and he delivered. Thanks Eric
On time with appointment, Courteous service consultant met me in drive, explained in detail service. Updates while waiting for service. Great experience.
The car went in for a recall and was completed quite quickly no problem. It seemed to take longer than I’d expected to both check in and check out the vehicle due to some communication issues in the dealership. What I didn’t expect was the sales job they tried by recommending a wheel balance and alignment for $200 that I didn’t need, given I’d owned the car for 4 months and bought it certified from an Acura dealer. Not cool.
CD provided great service. Called up that morning and he was able to work my MDX in during a busy day.
