Once we arrived home we looked around besides just listening to the new speakers installed while driving home. Upon further inspection we noticed the panel on the passenger side rear door was ajar. The entire bottom wasnt clipped in. Unfortunately no one at Best Buy is taking calls for at least the past 2 months due to covid. That is what I was told, but I wasnt able to see if the installer was still there to have him remedy the issue. It wasnt IMHO a simple look over or mistake due to my findings, but would of liked to have heard his side of the story as to why such a poor install.

Was waited on quickly IN store but was then told to pull my vehicle up front and someone would bring my ac out that I ordered online. We waited a good 30 minutes outside in the heat. But overall everything was ok.

I was looking for a college computer and hoped to be greeted with good customer service but was ignore while other customers were tended to. When I asked a man some questions he responded rudely and with foul language. He also didn’t offer up any suggestions or advice until I asked and it was just to “get a MacBook” without any explanation. I’m disappointed in the service.

Its 3.5 stars for me. Knowledgeable staff (when you can catch one) Curbside is good but try calling them if you dare...hard to get someone to answer! Prices are competitive. Overall not bad.

Im giving 4 stars just based on my most recent visit a couple weeks ago. I normally find a real lack in customer assistance in store, but the girl that greeted me this time was great! The store is completely updated, its nice and very clean! they now supply service from all the major cell/internet providers in store, which is efficient and a great business move on their part, but the layout makes the front entrance a major cluster to get through... and they had very little in inventory... I recommend online ordering for sure over walk-in service...

Went looking for a tv and found qhat i wanted at a reasonable price

Very considerate and pay close attention to your needs.

Received quick service even though the first person couldnt answer our questions another, more knowledgeable person was there in seconds. Had to order several items that werent instock but to be expected these days. Lets see how delivery and installation goes.

I would not recommend this store if youre looking for technical advice, but it is one of the few stores in the area to get better consumer electronics than what you would find at Walmart or Target. I would suggest referring to a friend or family member that is fairly well versed in tech either join you or be available over the phone if you have any questions, it can be difficult to find somebody to help you at all much less find someone that could answer all of your questions. It was upsetting to see how few computer components that are current were available, would I do understand that there is a global shortage on some of these components currently. When looking at some of their higher end TVs in excessive $2,000 I wasnt able to find anyone that knew what nitt peak brightness was much less know what the peak brightness was for the tv I was inquiring about. The person I had spoke to supposedly went check with one of the geek squad members to see if they could find out that information based on the part or model number, but their response was to look to see if the TV was HDR or not. Sadly this does not tell you much since there are several HDR certifications. Granted if the box for the TV with a specified which HDR certification the TV I was inquiring about had it would have helped give me my answer to an extent but just knowing that the TV was HDR did not answer my question.It would be nice to see Best buy having components that would allow you to build an entire computer...

Gave 3 stars because we decided to get cameras (doorbell and floodlights) that would be compatible with our Google Hub max thinking that they know more than any other store about these types of things right? WRONG so I did my research before hand and was about to get the one that I researched (Arlo) my husband ask for help to make sure. The workers (male and female) was like oh Ring is #1 and its compatible in like no its not so the back and forth and so long story short we bought it because why not Its THE GEEK SQUAD.... get home only to learn its not compatible so we had to returned it to the store and get Arlo. Just wish that they really knew the products in the store and not guess whats compatible like the commercials advertise.

DO NOT EXPECT CURBSIDE PICKUP TO BE QUICK. I waited 30 minutes in my car before I went inside. One person was checking out people. My order had STILL NOT been pulled. No telling how long they would have made me sit in my car waiting!

Have you ever had a customer experience that just leaves you wondering how a business keeps their doors open?After shopping for a camera part, I went to the checkout line. I waited for a few minutes as the the customer service counter staff watched me and I watched them. There wasnt anyone in line for customer service. I was maybe 10 feet from the counter.The greeter at the door looked at me and I ended up walking over to speak with that individual and was pointed to the customer service counter.To reiterate. . . The staff at the customer service counter werent busy. Im standing in the checkout line thinking someone will walk over. I makes eye contact with all of the staff and Im obviously waiting to pay.I ended up walking over to two of the customer service staff who I had been watching having a chat. they ask me in I need anything. . . So I indicate Id like to pay for the item Im holding.Im giving one full star only because I cant leave a review with 0 stars.

Stopped in to browse around and ended up buying some Sony headphones on sale for Black Friday. Was greeted while walking in and assisted by an associate that was very knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about.

This store has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped my computer off over 2 months ago and it’s been a TOTAL MESS ever since. If I could give 0 stars I could. If you need a repair you’re better off driving the extra miles to a different Best Buy. The team members and the mangers have no idea what is going on EVER!

Ive always gotten my new phone from best buy. The workers have been wonderful. Today I happily walked in to buy the new s10. The girl who helped me at the phone desk was a terrible worker. I asked her the differences between the s10 and the s10+ as a refresher for myself and she said the only difference is the size. Knowing this to be incorrect I repeated what she said only to get a harsh yeah. I then inquired if they still do the buy back of the old phone. She said you might get 20 bucks. Never went to inquire or see if that was factual, as I was going to get $150 from another store. So unpleasant. Youd think a store would want workers who actually want to move product.

Normally I walk into a Best Buy and Im ignored until I search for someone to help me, but not this time. Melissa is a tremendous customer service provider and immediately acknowledged me and provided me with as much help as she could. Her attitude left me smiling and if I ever need anything Im going back and seeing her, and you should too.

Every single best buy store I go into has the same attitude- let me help you as fast as possible so I can make my sales numbers. I know that best buy isnt commissioned, but my god they are so willing to get rid of you and move to the next customer that unless you know what youre looking for before you even go in, you wont leave with what you want.This store is slightly better than the rest mostly due to the layout of the store, except for the checkout lines, good luck with that mess.

I called about an item I bought and had to call back several times because know one would answer the phone and still know answer after an hour and fifteen minutes gave up horrible service when trying to get service on the phone .

It was a little difficult to find someone to assist us.

Mostly go there to get refills for uncles Soda Stream machine. Thats a pretty quick process. Have been there for other things as well. For tech dummies, like myself, I need help trying to find the answers for what I need. The wait isnt too long but would be sweet if there was always a back up person in the department I needed. Otherwise, theres pretty much all the tech stuff close at hand.

Went to store to return I pad that malfunctioned . was greeted with a smile. They checked it out and said do I want one like it or would you like to see a better one.and I said show me a better one. I purchased one and they asked if wanted a warranty. They explained it to me and I bought one. They were quick and respectful I must of thanked them several times.

No music CDs. Very limited laptop inventory. Salesman tried to say the lower priced laptops ($400 range) were basically garbage and we would need to buy a much more expensive one. I actually walked out the store without screaming and called my husband on his cell to tell him to WALK AWAY. An honest salesperson may have gotten a sale from us.

I always find the products I need there at good prices. There are generally good sales. Like price matching feature and refunding of difference in price if product purchased goes on sale within allowed period of time. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Been to one ... you been to them all... don’t expect a decent financing contract even with good credit... your payments are gonna be twice a month and ridiculous... I payed less on a car note than what they expect
