This location has the best curbside pickup out of all the locations I have picked up from. In particular I have to mention Cory who is not only the kindest walmart employee I have ever met but probably the best in customer service I have ever encountered. We really appreciate the service of curbside pickup and the outstanding customer service.

Smaller variety of items bc its not a supercenter location, and I prefer those. Always very clean and well maintained though.

This walmart is small. Little to no produce is the norm. Small frozen food, dairy, and shelf stable food section. They also cant seem to keep up with demand. I often go into the store and see empty shelves or go in looking for something theyve already sold out of.

Nice Wal-Mart better than most big city Wal-Marts

I’d avoid this place if you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Employees here actively refuse to use preferred pronouns. Sometimes its hard to tell wether this store is part of a national chain or a church.

I always end up spending more than I wanted or planned; too many choices, always grab items I dont really need which adds up. I much rather prefer running into a smaller store for some of the household items I shop for. They also offer services for customers to pick up goods.

Parking is a disaster and you can pay with cash but they prefer card but not everyone has a card

The store arrangement leaves alot to be desired. Hard to find basic items (bath towel racks). Got directed to jewelery for a CR-2032 battery, found it near the pharmacy

First trip back to this store was just a couple weeks ago since March of 2020, and half the lights were not on! Was very difficult to see things to shop, so we decided to pay for what we had and leave, then the lights were turned on. Very weird.

Located in Presque Isle, has almost everything you need under one roof.

Walmart was a typical setup, in design, and their selection had improved over their sister store in Bsngor; and yet, i could not locate similar like items.

Not a supercenter . Grocery section looks perfect for a genz college sophomore living on campus. No fresh veggies at all and hardly any in frozen. But 3 rows dedicated to candy . Seasonal and every day.Staff always friendly and helpful.Its better than no Walmart at all.

Walmart was fast & efficient

My mask slipped down below my nose. I didnt realize it had slipped. A store clerk approached me in a very disrespectful way, raised her voice to let me know that I would not be allowed to stay in the store unless I covered my nose. She could have simply reminded me that my mask had slipped but she chose to embarrass me in front of others. Second time this has happened in a week. Amazon.com is looking better everyday.

There are hardly any employees at the checkout lines, and instead have reverted to using self checkout, which is only monitored by one employee. I do not want to bag my own goods and scan everything. Maybe they should discount their products if they feel like we should do what they pay employees to do.

Love our hometown WalMart...easy parking, clean store (including restrooms) One stop does do it all!

It is simply amazing that I go down to Walmart to get my medication, go through the process that they have and then Im told I cannot get my medication till June 1st. Why even bother sending me a notification to come & get It If its not going to be given to me until June 1st. It does not make any sense I left upset. I will still get my medication from there but hopefully it will be somebody different than the person that waited on me today.

I am used to small town stores. So I am always grateful when I am able to find a one-stop shop for the things I need. Everything is easy to find, neat, and clean. The cashiers have always been friendly with me, and I usually leave with more than I went in for.

Too long line not enough registers open for the presque isle one but I realize its because of covid 19. The houlton wal mart I just dont like because Brenda Harvey the cashier thing always treats me badly if I run into her.

Pretty small store but I guess thats par for the course for such a remote area. Prices are pretty cheap and staff are extremely friendly. Its busy but there were enough checkout lines open. There were washrooms on both ends that were fairly clean. Still amazed how cheap beer is in the US.

I cannot give a five star to this particular one, sorry about that, from out of state and could not get a sim card? Did not really know where to send me for one. Great store otherwise

People that work there are friendly and make you feel like you want to go back.Selection has gotten a whole lot worse over the last 2-5 years so that alone makes you feel like there is no sense going there because you more than likely wont find what you need. If there were other competitors in the area, I think you would definitely lose a lot of business!

I bought my Granddaughter a gift card from here at Christmas and when she went to use in Rhode Island they refused it tilling her she only could use at the Houlton Wal Mart. This is a rip-off she is never in Houlton. Do not give a gift card from the Houlton Wal Mart unless you plan on the person using it in. Houlton.
