Everyone in here is so friendly! Every question I always ask is answered even if I don’t purchase anything. I had an issue with the new LED lights that I bought from them and they returned them with no issues or arguments! (The issue with the lights had nothing to do with their product, it was my vehicle didn’t tolerate them) I went in a few days ago for a shipping box and a couple employees took the time to search for one and even crammed it in my car! They are so friendly, they represent advanced auto above and beyond standard and I love doing business here!

Ive gone in the past two weeks and the service has been terrible. Younger guy with a beard is only one runing the show. I believe his name is harmon. There were 4 people in line and I asked where help was. He finally got to me and gave great service. The manager sitting in office with phones ringing off the hook while employee trying to do it all. Two days ago same situation except a lady running counter while manager in office, people in line and phones ringing off the hook. Whats going on Houlton Advance? Ive been a customer for years and the service has never been this terrible.
