I’ve gotten good service here regularly. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
They didnt scan my Amazon return in completely, now Im having to wait two weeks to get my credit back from Amazon. Everytime we called to inquire we got a different story about where it was. Thank goodness we kept our receipt. We wont be back.UPDATE: just discovered today that Amazon didnt receive another return that was processed on the same day/ticket/location.Because I thought this was over with, I tossed my receipt, so now Im on the hook for the cost of an item I no longer have. :(
I drop off Amazon returns to this location and every time I am there, they are insanely fast. I dont even remember what all they have at this store because Im never there long enough but I did snap a photo. The staff have always been warm and friendly to me. For me, this store location is a jog across town but its near to many other places. My doctors office, stores, grocery, USPS. It just works out well for me despite being across town. The inside appears to be very clean. Ill have to look around the next time Im there to see what all they offer but Im happy with the services.
Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and received great customer service from a super friendly/outgoing employee (I didn’t get his name unfortunately)
I was in town from out of state and left a important piece of medical equipment at the Dallas airport on a layover. I went to the UPS Store where I met Charles.He went above and beyond to help me get my equipment back no only overnight, but for a reasonable price. If I lived there, I would go no where else for these services. Thank you again Charles!!!!
I was treated with the utmost professionalism & so we’re all the many people who streamed in... many called by name even when wearing masks. Seems like a good place to do business because of that personal touch we see so little of these days!
Dropped off a return package. No wait. Service was decent and quick. We didnt have our printed-out return-slip affixed to the package, but the guy did it for us. I read a few other reviews, and I didnt really experience the bad service all the others did. The guy wasnt outgoing, but he wasnt rude towards us. Thats funny though bc usually I get all the rude people. lol
Called to ask a question and guy was beyond rude. I was needing to know how much they charged to Notarize some documents and the guy made a smart remark. Definitely will be going elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would.
The owner is a Rude Condescending arrogant person. Quotes are off by over half and doesn’t stand my what is said. I have in all my life never dealt with such arrogance. He won’t even allow his employees to give his name because he is a “notary” he has no right being one and no customer service skills—

I visit ups stores about once a week for business purposes, always needing to print something on the run, and have been very satisfied with the service provided. Upon visiting this one though I was informed that the cost to print was $1 PER PAGE after the gentleman began printing my needed documents. Ive never seen such egregious prices for printing before, and I visit many ups stores. Unfortunately I will not be taking my business here in the future. I needed to print about 30 pages and it would have cost me more than buying a cartridge of ink outright.

The clerk was not helpful and did not act professionally. He mumbled and appeared irritated when I asked questions. I will not return.
Had a scanning job I needed done quickly. Printer was being troublesome but I had good help. Kaitlyn took great care of me and made sure the job was right. She took the time to verify the accuracy and that everything was available on my flash drive. The store got busy and her fellow coworker needed some questions asked. Kaitlyn did her best to stick with me while helping others. I left there thinking that I knew where to go next time I need some printing done.The pricing was good, store was stocked and clean. Service with a smile made an impression and someone should let Kaitlyn know shes doing a good job.

Better than the Airport Rd store
The ups driver that comes to my location said the package I was expecting that is already late was showing on the truck but when he looked he said its not in the right place and Im not looking to see if it was put in the wrong spot. Incompetent service. Called customer service yesterday and they couldnt give me any more information on where my very expensive package was than what I could find myself in less than 3 minutes. Will never use there service again.
I went to make copies for my taxes. Even though I always worked in an office and my husband use to repair copy machines the new ones are intimidating. The employee came right over and offered help. She was friendly and had a smile. She wasnt condescending and helpful. That was a huge help.
I have always been treated well here, and service has been very good. I use them for returns to Amazon and it is done very quickly, pleasantly, and professionally. I drive in from HSV, so its a pain getting there, but once there, Ive always been treated well. So I do not understand all the negative comments.
Had to drop off an Amazon package and the man working was extremely rude. Choose a different location if possible. Will never go back.
I shipped a package from the ups store but it was delivered back to me for some reason. It was a large package in the $ 40 area. Now when I called the ups store back to have them pick it up and send to the correct address they informed me that I would have to pay AGAIN to have it shipped!!! Not paying the same store twice to ship on package!
From what I understand a five dollar pick up is where you can have my package delivered to a UPS store. It doesn’t matter who’s delivering it it’s about being able to pick it up at the UPS store. I had one package delivered that way about 20 pounds. I paid my five dollars and picked it up. The problem is this particular store has two different addresses.To my surprise the girl gave me the address to the other store she pointed to it on the business card said this is our address. So I sent a package to the address and it went to the other store 5 + miles away. I had a package delivered yesterday 2/3/20 and one delivered 2/4/20. When I went to go pick them up today they told me that they sent them back they refused the packages. Then they told me that UPS told them that they were no longer doing the five dollar pick up program. I called UPS that is not the case. These people do not want your business. What a shame.
I went here because I had no choice. I had to ship documents and I was sent a UPS label. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews I had read.When I went inside, however, I was treated with courtesy. I asked for a shipping envelope. I put my documents into it and gave the clerk the envelope and the label I had printed. She gave me a receipt. Done! Easy. Ian and out in five minutes. Wish I had asked her name.
I’ve shipped from these stores all over North and Central Arkansas and this place is the worst. The man up front is arrogant, ill informed and very argumentative. This one needs a complete overhaul. Terrible experience.
Worst customer service ever. “Shelby” is her name I think. She refused to give me her name or manager name until I was walking out the door and then she yelled it at me as I walked out. Absolutely the rudest employee I have ever encountered in my 46 years. She would not give me a drop off receipt and acted like I was crazy for asking for such a thing. As I was asking her a question she just basically looked me in the eye and ignored me. It was the craziest thing. I was shipping back a piece of medical equipment and wanted one just in case. I’m not sure if receipts are standard, but I am certain that treating the customer like that is not. I would love to know the owner’s name. I can’t imagine that any business owner would want customers treated so poorly.
These folks at the UPS store on Higdon Ferry rd are about the rudest & least customer friendly retail package stores I’ve ever been to. If you ask a question they ALWAYS have some quick one word response or just a snappy comment back to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. DI NOT USE THERE SERVICES.

If I had never said anything to introduce that I was present no one would’ve even spoken to me. No one made eye contact with me, no one acknowledged that I was there, and when I was spoken to she wouldn’t even give me eye contact. I don’t know if the employees just aren’t trained in customer service or if these people are legitimately unhappy with their lives but either way if you want to maintain a professional standing with your customer base this should be addressed.
I’ve been in here about 5 times and every time the older man is extremely rude. The simplest customer service skills like “hello” “thank you” or “have a great day” is nonexistent. The man is forceful and short with me. He argued with my husband (who managed a UPS store for years) on some print job he needed done and the guy argued saying that he was wrong and couldn’t do it, even though he just didn’t know what he was talking about. We’ve taken our business to Fed Ex and recommend everyone else to as they are the nicest and welcoming staff I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve told Corporate that they need to do a complete rehire or something about the people here. It’s sad even corporate said they’ve received several calls about this location.
Second time coming here & I’m disgusted with the customer service. The way they treat and speak to customers is appalling. It’s a shame I even have to give them one star. For better service use UPS location at 1018 Airport Rd Suite 104 & 106, Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Oh. My. Goodness...Never ever ever have I been spoken to in such a rude manner as I was yesterday at this store. I asked for my package to be taped and was yelled at saying he would do it later couldn’t I see there was a line? I just hope my package went out . I called today to form a complaint but was told the man who spoke to me that way was the owner. I will never go there again. Absolutely rude and no one should ever be spoken to the way I was yesterday.
Hot Springs is a big enough town that we should have a UPS store with all-day Saturday hours. They do a great job with delivery, but not so much on the shipping end, with their hours and their front counter attitude.
This is the shittiest store who doesn’t follow directions and closes before closing so you can’t even get your packages if you tried. My packages were sent here .... and they are open during business hours .... what in the AF do they think people do for a living? Sit at home on their ass and order stuff? I guess so. I work. I have a job. And I can’t even get my packages and can’t even get someone to get them for me after I’ve called them and told them who is coming for them... and given them the tracking numbers to my packages... this is HORRIBLE customer service ! Who owns this ? Do they even care? Probably not. I hate UPS.
Customer service does not exist, how does this store stay open, quoted $100.00 to package an item that weighs 20 lbs and measured 18 X 16 X 8. If you can utilize any other service, I would strongly suggest doing so. This place is a RIP OFF!

Saturday November 29th closed on busiest shipping month of year! Says they should be open 8am-12noon! Now thats some great customer service NOT!
I wish the customer service rep who answered the phone had bothered to give her name. I would publicly list it here so you would know who to avoid. That being said, please exhaust every other available option before using this location as a last resort. Staff is rude and unknowledgeable of the basic aspects of their job.
Ups lost a package and they didnt do what they said they would do to help me. I had to stay on top of them and I caught them in numerous lies. One lie is that I informed them of contents of package when lost they say I didnt. Worst customer service and do not recommend using them. I will never use them again.
Customer service was awful yesterday at this location. the man behind the counter was the only one there (poor management). he had a non caring attitude and i could tell he did not want to be there. he was not explaining things clearly and we had to keep probing for answers and clarifying what he was saying. It was 4:00 when we came in - they close at 6. he said we would have to leave the items (fragile antiques) with him with our cc info on a loose leaf sheet of paper so that he could bill when he got to it. (that was unsettling ... who knows if he would have shred that paper when he was done with it or if it wouldve gotten lost or in the wrong hands...) i was writing the to and from addresses on a blank sticky label and a list of all of the items. (we brought them in wrapped separately in news paper and bags. there were 7 bags.) I had just finished telling him that the last time we shipped, one of our items did not make it and the store said that they did not have it (a diff packing store) and i did not want that to happen again. so as i was writing a list of our items he says I dont need to know how many items you have and what they are. in a tone of voice that sounded irritated that i was making a list. i told him i cared and wanted to make sure all of the items made the shipping. after all if he was that busy how was i to know he would get to them before he left for the night. and if he didnt get to them, i wanted the next shift to know what was supposed to ship together. then i stuck the to address to one of the bags. in a very irritated voice he says dont do that! I lost it. (wish i hadnt been rude myself - but for someone to tell me what to do and what not to do regarding something so harmless as sticking the address to a bag was uncalled for.) I told him that was very rude and i did not appreciate him saying that to me, especially in that tone of voice. he asked if we wanted to take our stuff elsewhere. and i said that wed be happy to.I was rude to him myself, of which i am not proud of. i wish i had been a little more level headed to explain to him what boundaries he had crossed and why it frustrated me so much. I own a business and there are rules when you deal with the public. like being polite, respectful, and professional. he was none of the above. In fact, another customer that he was trying to help while helping us (another dont in the customer service business) walked out with us because the man was short with him too said that this was not the first time this man had been rude. ...however i must say this: he did not look healthy. maybe he was in pain, exhausted, overworked and underpaid ... find a new job! one that can accommodate your needs and personality. there ARE jobs out there and if everyone would find the job that suited them instead of working what they could find - theyd be a lot happier. stop buying crap you dont need so that you dont have bills that arent necessary.I am not proud of acting ugly to this man - maybe making his day, job, life a little more miserable. Maybe it pushed him to his limit and will find a new job .. i can only pray i can keep my cool next time some person talks to me like i am a four year old when i am their customer, a grown woman.
