The staff and mechanics are awesome! They are so kind, the owner took my husband to town so we could get an awesome lunch, they are not in the box people, it’s really refreshing to have people with so much common sense working on our truck. I had a water pump go out on my diesel pusher. They ordered the part overnight, and had it installed within 2 hours of the part arriving. I am very pleased with both parts and service here.

Extremely impressed with their service department! Grimm is an honest and reliable guy. My husband and I brought a school bus here to get inspected prior to purchasing it and he steered us clear and showed us some of the things that were wrong with it. He saved us from a money pit. I cant say enough good things!

If they could get a couple more reliable mechanics to go with the good one they have, they would be a much quicker shop. Good workers who know what they are doing are hard to find.

Easy access location just outside of Hot Springs. Ive been using them for service for many years. Friendly people and reliable sevice at a reasonable price.

Gave me wrong filter for my transmission, its Saturday and I have to wait till Tuesday. This isnt the first time I have had issues with these unknowledgeable incompetent people, that is why I drive to RVT in Benton, thought I would give another chance, screwed me again and its the last time!
