I just want to Thank @Kays of Hot Springs AR. 4 weeks ago I went into Kays to get my ring cleaned. As they were cleaning it one of my diamonds fell out. They sent it in to have the diamond replaced. While they had it I had them to resize them because I have went from a size 9 ring to a size 6 ring during my weightloss journey. They were also going to Solder the 2 rings (not pictured) together. I picked it up on the 6th. Last night I noticed another diamond fell out again.🤦‍♀️ They had the rings for 3 weeks because they couldnt get the diamonds to set properly in the ring when they were resizing. I took the rings in today to get it fixed. They were so accommodating. They got me into a NEW ring that I love and didnt cost me any extra. I am so in love with this ring. I have set Kyle Hawthorn on a mission to buy me a band because they didnt have a band that I liked and that would look good with this cut. I am soo over the moon. Thank you Kays. I am one happy returning customer. ☺If anyone knows the district manager of this Store... tell them Thank you!😀

I have been buying from Kays since 2005. In 2013 we wanted to upgrade a ring. The stores in Park Plaza (Little Rock) and McCain Mall (North Little Rock) did not want to give us time or opportunity. Very disappointed with their customer service. We were in Hot Springs on a Sunday. Stopped in Kays in Hot Springs. Danielle was way more than helpful! She researched prior purchases and completed the upgrade that other locations would not do. This store and Danielle has earned our business ever since. Recently made another purchase there. It was a super experience. I recommend of you are looking for jewelry let this be your fist and LAST stop.ATTN: DISTRICT, AREA, AND REGIONAL MANGERS - YOU NEED ABOUT 10 DANIELLESS IN EVERY STORE!!!!!!!!!!

I am not satisfied with the service I receieved. I had a ring sent off due to a gem coming out and I needed it resized. I was told at checkout that it would be the first of November before the ring came back in. I waited 3 weeks. I call on the first and they tell me that now my promise date is the 6th of November. So I call on the 6th and they tell me they got a shipment of jewelry in and that they woukd make a note to contact me the next day. I had to contact them. I then go to pick up the ring and it fit just like it did before I had it sent off. It slips right off of my finger. So I ask for a sizer and im told $30 for ONE sizer! You can go to walmart and buy a pack of them, multiple sizes come in the pack, in the jewelry department for 5 bucks. I am not very happy with this company!!!!!!

If you haven’t shopped with Kay’s on Central Av, you should! Ask for Angel! She is absolutely an awesome sales lady and makes your experience educational and fun, too! She knows her stuff!! I learned so much about diamonds I may could teach a class by now! 😂In all sincerity, you can’t beat their prices and quality plus add the warranty Kay’s offers. The Central Store was remarkable!

3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and they are closed for an hour for lunch and I’m having to wait in the parking lot to get my order and there is nothing on the door or on the internet that shows this store closes on Saturday and opens back up at 4

Everytime I drive by the new location, the new bright lights makes me feel pressured. Pressured to buy the love of my life Cheryl a new diamond ring. She keeps looking through the windows longingly and then....puppy eyes. How can i function with the guilt of not buying her some platinum diamonds? She keeps showing me her hand and points to the ring finger. The she stares. She always stares at me but this is a bigger stare. Do you want me to be broke Kay Jewelers? Buying a Ring for Cheryl? I mean shes sweet.....but sometimes mentally I wonder.

I was going to purchase my husband and I a new wedding set. We found his ring which had to be ordered which was perfectly fine with me. I stepped outside of Kays to speak with a friend. I came back to my husband being upset. He told me he was mad at what the associate called me and wanted to leave. Instead of her calling me a woman or the lady, she told my husband that he had to wait for Black Girl to come back! We found it very disrespectful and rude. This is no way to address any customer especially if you want their business.

I took my pearls to be restringed. When I went to pick them up they were all dented and damaged. They were inside a plastic bag. I complained and the person told to leave there that she would talk to the manager, Ms. Marilys Chai. The manager called and said the pearls were already like that. However, she was the one that received the pearls when took them. If they indeed were like that, should she not tell us then. Of course they were not. We have recent pics showing they were in perfect condition. We decided to pick up them today. Now they were in a fancy box, all protected. We told her to put back in the original plastic bag she had and we would call corporate office and if not resolved, take them to small claims court. She was very unprofessional. Beware of this store
