I needed to rent an oxygen concentrator for a short time. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Even stayed a little late to give me time to get there and rent the machine .Equipment was new and wonderful.I would use them again, and or, recommend to friends.

We couldnt be more Happy with Synergy Healthcare! We were here for the weekend and just needed a chair for a few days. We called and they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got the chair we needed and to our delite the chair was well maintained and in good condition. The staff was very courteous and professional and I cannot stress enough....they went out of their way to help us!!!! I would recommend them for any of your health care needs.

Fantastic service, I gave these guys a call and explained the problems I was having with another DME and Robert said he would get me taken care of by Friday and he showed up with my supplies and showed me properly how to use them. So, I didnt actually go inside. I was googling medical supply stores in hot springs. There was one I had called befor calling this place and they were rude. The lady was snippy so I hung up.When I got to the Google page for synergy, they had a really cool online messaging portal where I was able to communicate with the staff, an Aaron in particular, who was kind and understanding. They were able to send a man out to my second floor apartment and fit me with a brace for my fractured spine. It really was a huge blessing, as those stairs scare me when im not injured.This man, a certified physical therapist whos card reads Leon.This man was funny, personable, knowledgeable, and respectful of my body and my space, given the fact he had to fit me with a setup befitting a paratrooper with chest straps for support. Really he was truly a professional. I could see inviting this man to a family dinner as an old friend, like super kind.When it came down to the payment, they let me know they would run my insurance, and worst case scenario they would be able to work out a payment plan, which in todays economy is so wonderful. Other stores DO NOT offer the services you receive here. I will never go anywhere else for my medical needs if this is their basic day to day operation. 100/10 starsThey even accepted my insurance!!

Great company to work with! Met up last minute (on a Saturday!) with me to get a wheel chair. Due to an unforeseen injury we needed a wheel chair last minute and they accommodated. It was very sweet! Also the price was not bad at all!!PSA!! Side note though I had trouble finding them, bring from out of town but for future visitors they are a green building a little further back then the other buildings. (I called when I could not find them and they gave great instructions and were so sweet about it!)

After calling several medical equipment stores trying to rent a scooter or electric wheelchair for a trip to Lake Catherine State Park I called Synergy. I told them what I needed and that I would need to return it on a Sunday. I really didn’t think they would be able to help since I knew they would be closed on Sunday. Amber told me that she would call me back in about 20 min and she would see what they could do. She called back in a few min. and had called the state park to see if we could leave it at the visitors center, which we could. They delivered it to my campsite right when they said they would. They went above and beyond!
