There’s no worse feeling than having a loved one in pain and you can’t do anything to help them.My wife 0f 30 years had surgery on her hand today. The doctor had given her some pain medication to help her through the recovery. Unfortunately had to travel to 4 different pharmacies before Mary A pharmacist at CVS. Took time to listen to what was going on and help me out.Apparently the doctor gave my wife a 10 day supply of pain medication. Which In today’s World people sometimes abuse. Discrete red tape in there for people who need medication can’t get it. Mary said I can help you out if we just give you seven days. Which is great my wife will probably be much better in just two or three days. But tonight she’s in a lot of pain.Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story and help me take care of my wife.

Why does CVS let people give them a script and then sit in line until it is filled and hold up the pickup line? Ridiculous to have to sit in line for 30 minutes to pick up. Pharmacist is pleasant and the young man is very nice but there is a woman there that is maybe the rudest person I have ever had wait on me.

UPS redirected a package to this CVS after waiting exactly 2.5 seconds at our front door (recorded on Ring camera). My wife tried to pick up the package from Brenda at this CVS… Brenda basically accused my wife of trying to steal this package… even though we have the same last name on her DL, Brenda insisted the UPS sticker likely blew off the door, then apparently she assumed we were trying to steal the package… on camera, inside a CVS… yeah I’m sure there are actually people who find UPS stickers on front doors, then take them, but only wait to try and steal them when their name exactly matches the delivery recipient.

This CVS has no idea what they are doing. I genuinely believe it’s not intentional, but they are either not trained or simply don’t care. Go across the street to Walgreens.

I had to switch pharmacy’s a couple of years ago to cvs, per insurance. Every cvs that I’ve tried has been bad but this one is beyond bad. I will NEVER step foot in this place every again and actually hope that they go under

The drive-thru Pharmacy will ignore you. I had to ring the bell twice before they came to the window. The customer ahead of me was never waited on and drove off. They had 3 employees so I know they were not busy.

They never answer the phone and do not send notifications to let you know that your meds are ready for pick up not a great pharmacy at all I prefer Kroger

I wouldnt even rate CVS they never answer their phones or put u on hold forever I have used the one in hot spring and conway ar, and they r both the same under staffed and slow..I have now been on the phone on hold for over 15 minutes horrible service

A young man who came to the drive through in Hot Springs AR on March 26, 2020 spoke to me so rudely and acted like he could care less about what I needed. He even said I was free to use another pharmacy. I finally asked to speak to someone else. A lady came over to finish helping me. She was nice. I am still needing one prescription and they won’t answer the phone. I am looking for another pharmacy. Curtesy is my #1 requirement.

Dont try to get these people on the phone Ive been on hold for 26 minutes the first time and 18 minutes so far this time and still on hold.28 minutes and have not been acknowledged.

Dont even shop here yet been getting phone calls for a week stating my prescription is ready for pickup, called them twice to stop the calls they still continue

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wait times are extremely long for reasons unknown. Some workers just standing around not doing anything to expedite process. I’m not sure how CVS is in business far inferior to Walgreens.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.I went in to have a prescription filled. The child who was in charge of filling my prescription wrote all over my prescription, then, tells me they have to call the doctor. Well, its the middle of the night. Never had any problem getting my medicine at my usual pharmacy. I highly recommend Crawfords, they are just a block away, and they are true professionals. NEVER go to CVS for any prescription. They are a bunch of no experience idiots.The price of everything in the store is 5 times anywhere also too.I will be calling their corporate office in the morning, but, truly dont think they care either way. They hire these no experience kids out of high school, and this whole experience was a huge waste of my time.ME, MY FAMILY, AND MY CUSTOMER BASE OF OVER TEN THOUSAND CLIENTS FOR MY BUSINESS WILL GET A NOTICE OF HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS.NEVER AGAIN.

Dont bother calling the pharmacy, they wont answer. Drive through is the same way, last to get service. They rarely have things ready on time. Be prepared to get sent back into the line while they find it.Edit: waited over 24hrs to tell me they dont have med in stock..... rank incompetence.

Hot Springs, AR CVS pharmacy is terrible. They do not have the staff to handle the amount of business. You cannot get through on the phone. Long line at the walk up counter. Long line at the drive thru. Close the drive thru line!! You do not have the staff to handle both. We are changing our prescription plan January 1 and cannot wait. Do yourself a favor and do not choose CVS as your pharmacy!!

Horrible Service. Cant figure out how to get a hold of dr to confirm prescription . 5 days too long to wait!Almost any other Pharmacy is better.They definitely dont know what customer service is.

The first prescrition I filled there they called an employee from the front to help.I was next.During helping me he complained half of the time how much He hated being called back to the pharmacy and was obviously upset.I recently called with a problem with the automatic prescrition filling because it isnt my regular pharmacy.The woman on the phone was the rudest person Ive encountered in 6 years in Hot Springs at a pharmacy.It would take too long to explain the conversation.Obviously they have some unhappy employees.I will not get my medicine there unless I have to late at night or something because its wonderful they stay open all night.Very convenient.Just would rather fill mine where employees are nice for my permanent pharmacy.

If you need your prescription the same day dont hold your breath.any place is quicker. Send them to a pharmacy in Canada youll get them much faster. McDonalds gets your order right more than cvs.

Absolutely horrible experience here! Dropped my prescription off. Tried to pick it up the next day and they told me I had to wait another 5 days because it hadnt been 30 days. Called after 5 days and they said they had no record of my prescription. How can that happen??? Now Im out of town and about to run out of medicine. Do not under any circumstances go here!!!

The CVS Pharmacy in Hot Springs is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. They have the worse customer service skills. Actually they don’t have customer service skills at all. All of the staffs I have dealt with were very rude and and incompetent of their job. They sometimes don’t even run my prescriptions through my insurance, so I had to pay out of my pocket. So if you do go here, make sure you ask them to run it with your insurance every time you pick up your prescription. Anyways, they don’t even deserve a one star in my opinion.

Took a prescription in on Thurs for pain medication. Waited 45 minutes before they told me there was a problem contacting the Dr. They said they would call when it was ready. No response!Called the next day and they told me I need to get my Dr. to contact them.All weekend, no pain meds. Monday, I drove to cvs, picked up the scri, drove to my Dr’s office, they wrote the contact nformation. I took it back to CVS, only to be told they would call. 5 hrs later still no call, called CVS and was put on hold for 45 minutes.So now I have been put behind other customers. My 4 days of waiting means nothing to them. I have never experienced such uncaring attitude. Now I going to have to make another trip there. This time I will pick up my script and take it to someplace that cares and knows how to dial a phone.Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time or money here.

I love this store! I am so glad we finally have a CVS. The employees are very nice and helpful and the pharmacists are so much more courteous and respectful than any of the Walgreens in this town. I hope they are giving them a run for their money. Walgreens pharmacy workers are rude and nosey! CVS is my new pharmacy and the most competent!

The pharmacist Lisa M Gill gave me an incorrect prescription. A big mess up on her part seeing as Adderrall is considered a Schedule II controlled substance by the state of Arkansas and she let me leave the store with the incorrect medication. Usually I would just say it was an honest mistake, but when I called CVS to alert her of the mix up, Ms Gill was beyond rude and unapologetic. As far as Im concerned if you cant properly read a prescription pad, you shouldnt be distributing medication. My family and I wont be using CVS any longer since the staff is inadequate and untrustworthy.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I would prefer to rub my a** with sandpaper and sit in a puddle of alcohol than to wait for a prescription from this store. Horrible customer service
