I have found my new scrub store! Ive been here a few times recently and both ladies were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. I believe they have both gone above the standard of customer service as I was not the only one in there. They took care of everyone thoroughly and with high standards. I was very pleased with the options of brands, styles, colors and the option to order items that they dont carry in the store at the current moment. My biggest thing is I do not want to purchase stuff that I cannot try on. With online ordering you have to purchase them, pay for shipping possibly, then if they dont fit right,etc. you have to pay for shipping back and I am not for that! Ive come to find out there are not many (or any!!) options for in-store scrub lines in this area, so Im really glad that they actually do have options for the scrubs at decent pricing AND the high standards to take care of their customers as well. Like I said my new scrub store! Thank you ladies!!

I have been a total of three times. Every time I went they were very friendly. While the prices are little high I still enjoy going there. They were very kind and offered to help every time I went. The selections are great and I plan to keep purchasing my scrubs from them.

OMG! I love this place! The nice young woman who helped me today had excellent customer service & she made my shopping experience a breeze! There are so many different varieties of scrubs in so many different colors! SHOP HERE FOR YOUR SCRUBS!

Everyone is always really helpful and friendly! If theres something I need a different size/color in they dont have in store at the time, they can order it from the catalog!

Very dis-satisfied with company policy. I ordered a scrub jacket. When I went to pick it up, the wrong style/trim color had been ordered. I was informed that a 25% re-stocking fee would be charged. I refused and the fee was waived. However a refund would have to be issued as a store credit. I told them to apply it to the $70 I had just spent on additional scrubs 10 minutes prior to that. They refused to do that. Therefore, I searched to find anything to spend the store credit on so as to be DONE with IHC!!! From this day forward, Ill buy my scrubs at Atwoods or Online! Poor Customer Service!!!

I had never had to buy scrubs, but I got a new job recently that required them. Brenda helped me find the perfect fit in my price range and I am so thankful! She was amazing and I will sure be back!

Ive been here twice and both times the lady was very rude! IF you buy something dont even think about trying to return it they dont do refunds and she will be even more rude about that!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! I have spent over $200 in the last 2 months on scrubs, on one pair of the pants the seam on the pocket came unstitched (after wearing them only 3 times). I go to exchange the product and the lady told me no because it’s been past 30 days! I will not spend another dollar here and would not recommend this place to anyone!!
