Great place to get desserts in hot springs! A bit pricey but Absolutely delicious!!!

One of the best ice cream i have eaten! So creamy and tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Very good ice cream. Customer Service is terrible. Old man started screaming on my son thinking that he’ll run away with the ice cream without paying lol. He also said “you can not have a kids ice cream for adults” which does not make sense since I’m paying for what I want and I don’t want to eat much. If there is an owner, he needs to talk to them.

Hey.Must visit place 👍, you like chocolates or not it doesn’t matter. I’ve been privilege to experience of the heritage in such lovely town. It was family trip ad we tried many ice creams and fudges. All were amazing in flavor and tests. It was mouth watering and delicious 😋. I tried tried different ice creams allong with coconut, chocolates and caramel with sea salt was amazing. 👌👌👌👌👌Fudge was little sweeter for me as I don’t have extra sweet teeth. But worth trying it specially chocolates-with sea salt.Very friendly customer service and lovely lady recommend to try couple of different flavors as I ask for.Recommendations and suggestions:Limited seating area but who cares while grab your ice creams and walk around the street and experience such picturesque town.

Ice cream was excellent! Service was great! Only problem was someone hit the fire alarm accidentally and we had to listen to that until the Fire Department arrived. Nothing Kilwins could have done to change that though. Great place for a cool treat!

It was like eating sugar straight out of the bag. Overpriced sugar! We tried several ice cream flavors and toffee, none of it was any good. The workers also don’t use gloves for anything. They use their hands to directly touch the cones. Come on guys do better.

Interesting store with various sweets, candies and ice cream flavors. They even make their own icecream waffles in the store. Pretty crowded in the weekends, especially during afternoons, though considering its location its not a big surprise. Definately check it out if you visit the town.

Every single time I come across this place I tell myself I will not go, but I smell outside and it smells so good I just have to! If youre ever near it definitely get some ice cream!

Less than impressed by this whole operation. The family of 7 in front of me wanted to buy the whole chocolate section so I was made to wait for approximately 5 minutes due to their one check out person. I had one cone to pay for. Mamoos around the corner was much better all around for the same price as this CHAIN! I would recommend NOT going here.

They have some awesome peanut butter fudge. And the milk shakes are perfect for a hot day.

Today out of all days. This place is open still. Its 4:50pm. Just made us two milk iceacream shakes and working hard in their. I admire the older lady and gentlemen and even the young cashier here. I put somethings together for my dad to ship it to him. He lives in NY City. He will definitely love the items i got him because i loved it. Well guys come by and have a taste of icecream or a candy apple or chocolate bits like the one in Matilda the movie. This place was so relaxing when sitting infront around this time. Well done im proud to support this local shop.

If you find yourself any where near historic downtown Hot Springs do yourself a favor and visit Kilwins. They have the absolute best candies ever and you can even watch them as they make some right in the store. And their ice cream is incredible. The owners are some of the nicest people you can ever hope to meet and offer great service.

This ice cream shop has very good and creamy ice cream. They have about 20 some brands. They only have 2 small tables inside so it is mostly a carry out shop. They have more than ice cream. They have a large variety of chocolates/candies too.

Chocolate peanut butter on top... cookies n creme on the bottom... their fudge is outstanding, also. 👍🏻 the nicest folks run this establishment as well... my wife and I have been to Hot Springs twice now, and this is the second time we’ve frequented this place... does not disappoint. Their turtle fudge is also divine (according to the wife)!

It is a must that i come here every time im in Hot Springs. The staff will let you sample until youve caught a brain freeze lol which is a good bad thing because im so indecisive .. But everything in here is crazy good, you cant go wrong. This trip i went with New Orleans Praline Pecan in a waffle cone it was super yummy! Next trip im trying a candy apple!

Nice staff good service. It’s hard to find Superman ice cream but they have it there! One of my favorite flavors. Would recommend this place. While we did not have any of the fudge it looked wonderful. They had quite a few flavor choices of ice cream and fudge.

This truly is a confectionery Shop with wall-to-wall chocolate at every turn. They had everything from chocolate dipped Oreos to delicious ice cream. Their brownie ice cream is to die for! All of the staff was very personable and truly were genuine with every remark. I will give you the example that my son wanted a cookie which they did not have any traditional cookies at the time. Instead of trying to sell me on something else they told me where I could go get a traditional cookie for him down the road. With great people behind the counter willing to separate a dollar from humanity is something to be said for. Great experience great ice cream! I will be back

Perfect place to go for chocolate, fudge, and ice cream. The fudge is to die for. The apples are huge and tasty. Definitely worth going into. Not if you are trying to lose weight or stay away from sweets. You won’t be able to resist.

Guy behind the counter grabbed the candy I ordered without gloves. He then threw the candy loose in a bag with a box of candy pulled off the shelf that had been touched by who knows how many people. Pandemic or not this is not acceptable sanitary standards.

Amazing ice cream shop!

Got a waffle cone, and they didnt put any ice cream in the cone, only a little scoop on top. I also got a kids cone for my son, and he had more ice cream in his cone than I had in mine (which cost more of course).I asked the lady if she they dont normally put any ice cream inside the cone, and she said they dont, and tried it convince me that the cone would break if they did. As if Ive never gotten ice cream from any other place, or scooped ice cream into a waffle cone myself without it breaking.

I am an avid Killins enthusiast, making it my priority wherever I may be going, but I was rather disappointed with this location. It was rather dirty, not a whole lot looked to be up to date. The employees appeared rather dismayed at the sight of people in line. One employee asked a man to put his mask on, a good thing, yet the employee making fudge that people will eat, had no mask on whatsoever. Overall, employees dismissive, location was cramped and dirty, and the treats were good.

I purchased an apple and my husband a drink, both were good. The apple was a little expensive at $6.99.

I am very disappointed in this place. Everyone really likes it’s deserts, but it’s cleanliness is very bad. I didn’t even need to order anything to know. The worker wasn’t wearing gloves, which is a must in COVID or no COVID, and he was playing in his nose.

I wasnt impressed with the sweets. They have wonderful selection, but nothing was over the top good that I tried. They do have a wide variety. More of a run of the mills sweets shop (not that common any more). Wouldnt call it gourmet.
